In January, Robb Pitts, the Fulton County Georgia Board of Commissioners Chairman, lashed out at President Donald Trump over his claims of election fraud in Fulton County Georgia.

Fulton County elections workers are now famous for removing GOP observers on Election night and rolling out hidden “suitcases” of ballots to begin counting. There is also video, first reported at The Gateway Pundit, of election workers running the same stack of ballots through the voting machines several times while no election observers were in the room.

Then in July after Fulton County readied to hold an audit of the absentee ballots, County Commissioner Robb Pitts asked that all counties be investigated.

But this week after former Senator David Perdue filed his lawsuit against Fulton County for access to the absentee ballots Robb Pitts reacted with fury.

Pitts told Perdue and the auditors to, “Stay the hell out of Fulton County!”

Fulton County Commission Chairman Robb Pitts has sent a very direct message to GOP gubernatorial candidate David Perdue, who filed a lawsuit Friday seeking to inspect absentee ballots from the November 2020 election: “Stay the hell out of Fulton County.”

“My advice to him would be to concentrate on his upcoming election and leave Fulton County alone,” Pitts said in a statement.

The lawsuit, filed just four days after Perdue launched his campaign to unseat fellow Republican Brian Kemp, echoes the failed legal challenges by supporters of former President Donald Trump, who claim massive election fraud put President Joe Biden in office…

With 1.7 Million Illegal Border Crossings This Past Fiscal Year – Where Did These People Go and Who Paid For It?

1.7 million illegal aliens were allowed into the US this past fiscal year and then they disappeared.

Who paid for this and where did they go?

The US tallied a record number of illegal border crossings by migrants over the past year, The New York Times reported.

As the publication noted, border officials recorded 1.7 million illegal crossings over the past year, the most since at least 1960, when the government began keeping records. The Washington Post noted it was more than triple the average number of annual border arrests, 504,000, for the previous nine US fiscal years, which run through the end of September.

Of the latest figure, 1.1 million of the arrests were single adults, while 479,000 were of members of migrant families – about 48,000 fewer than in 2019. Almost 147,000 children were found to have crossed the border without parents or guardians, US Customs and Border Protection reported.

Where did all these people go? If you traveled this past year you had to notice individuals at airports being allowed on planes with no apparent ID’s in hand, only papers.

TSA said it accepts alternate forms of identification including a Notice to Appear (NTA) in court, according to the email. Before obtaining an NTA, or another Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Immigration and Customs Enforcement(ICE)/U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) document, border agents would have processed a migrant’s biometrics, taken photos of them, and run their fingerprints through immigration and the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) databases, according to CBP. Any names given to border agents are the names that are processed unless the biometric data matches other names, according to CBP.

“When I asked a border patrol officer about TSA allowing migrants to fly with no identification, they told me a Notice to Appear is not sufficient identification and they often have to take migrants at their word that they are who they say they are,” Gooden said. “TSA and non-profit groups are putting millions of Americans travelling for Christmas at risk by allowing these unknown and unvetted migrants to board planes and fly across the country.”

Who paid for these people to fly across the US? Are we really expected to believe these people flew on their own accord? But more importantly, where did these people go?

Vaccine mandates for workers met with mass protests in Australia

Thousands walked out to protest against Covid vaccine mandates in cities across Australia, after the regional authorities made inoculation compulsory for a wide range of employees.

In Melbourne, protesters gathered outside the local parliament on Sunday, marching through the city center and bringing traffic to a halt. Among the slogans seen and heard at the demonstration were “my body, my choice” and “sack Dan Andrews,” the latter being a reference to the premier of the state of Victoria.

Andrews, who has been in office since 2014, has drawn ire for his new public health laws. Passed earlier this month, they give Victoria’s government more leeway in imposing lockdowns at the regional level. Last month, the authorities put in place a sweeping vaccine mandate that included a very broad list of workplaces where vaccination would be compulsory, essentially covering almost all employees in the state.

The ‘Freedom Rally’ passed almost without incident under the watchful eye of police. One 59-year-old woman was arrested for assaulting an officer. Verbal altercations between the protesters and bystanders were reported by the Australian media. Water was also reportedly poured on the procession from high-rise apartment buildings.

Some of those who assembled had brought along their children – a move the organizers of the event had called for.

Melbourne has been a hotspot of anti-mandate protests in Australia of late, with demonstrators taking to the streets on a weekly basis. Similar scenes played out on Sunday in Sydney, Australia’s most populous city, where people voiced concerns over vaccine mandates for healthcare and education workers in the state of New South Wales.

Ahead of the reopening of Queensland’s border to only vaccinated travelers from other states, anti-mandate rallies across the region also drew several thousand activists.

The protests come amid reports of dozens of Omicron cases being detected across Australia, with the federal authorities shortening the waiting time before a booster dose can be administered from six to five months.

Four States Calling In National Guard To Alleviate Healthcare Staffing Crisis

As hospitals face capacity constraints - including firing thousands of workers who refuse to comply with Biden's illegal directive and get jabbed - amid a COVID-19 surge, some states have enlisted the National Guard to help staff healthcare facilities, Becker's Hospital Review reported on December 10.

Indiana

Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health, the state's largest hospital system, announced Dec. 9 it requested assistance from the National Guard for most of its hospitals (except Riley Children's Hospital). New daily COVID-19 hospitalizations in Indiana have climbed 47% over the last two weeks, according to data tracked by The New York Times.

"As COVID cases continue to increase and hospitalization of COVID and non-COVID patients reach all-time highs, the demand and strain on IU Health's team members, nurses and providers has never been greater," IU Health said in a statement shared with Becker's, "To best support our team members and patients, IU Health will leverage all available resources and enlist members of Indiana's National Guard, in conjunction with the Indiana Department of Health, to assist in areas of critical need."

Six-person National Guard teams with clinical and nonclinical members, will deploy to IU Health hospitals in two-week increments.

Maine

In Maine, Gov. Janet Mills announced Dec. 8 that she activated up to 75 additional members of the state National Guard. She said they would be used in nonclinical support roles to expand capacity at healthcare facilities.

Joel Botler, MD, CMO of Portland-based Maine Medical Center, said in a statement Dec. 8 that the state's largest hospital at times this week "has had no critical care beds available." He said the hospital had to close six more operating rooms, in addition to six that were already closed, to free up workers to provide care and create more bed space. About half of surgeries at Maine Medical Center were being rescheduled.

New Hampshire

Seventy National Guard members will be deployed in New Hampshire within the next few weeks to provide nonclinical support at hospitals, The New York Times reported Dec. 9. The newspaper reported that Gov. Chris Sununu also said at a news conference that the Federal Emergency Management Agency was sending a 24-person team to help the facilities.

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul announced this month that 120 National Guard troops would be deployed to overburdened nursing homes.

New York officials also announced Dec. 6 that the state would require 32 hospitals with limited capacity to halt nonurgent procedures as COVID-19 cases increase in the state. The state defined limited capacity as below 10 percent staffed bed capacity, or as determined by the health department based on regional and healthcare utilization factors.

New daily COVID-19 hospitalizations in the state have climbed 33 percent over the last two weeks, according to data tracked by The New York Times.

Bishop stripped of powers after marrying satanic erotica writer

The Spanish Catholic Church has formally stripped the country’s youngest bishop of his powers, months after he resigned from his clerical post to marry a “transgressive” author of erotica whose works contain satanic references.

In a statement issued on Saturday, the Spanish Episcopal Conference (SEC) said that Xavier Novell – once a high-profile bishop in the Solsona diocese – had forfeited his clerical privileges and powers after marrying novelist Silvia Caballol in a civil ceremony in Barcelona last month.

Citing Canon Law, the SEC – a collection of bishops from dioceses across the country – noted that Novell was now prohibited from “exercising any of the rights and duties inherent to the episcopal office” and cautioned that “other possible consequences” could follow.

Although Novell has been allowed to retain his status as bishop, he cannot conduct any of the functions and roles related to the position – such as “administering the sacraments or engaging in any teaching activity, whether public or private.”

In 2010, Novell had become Spain’s youngest bishop when, as a 41-year-old, he was appointed to Solsona, a small municipality in the country’s northeastern Catalonia. He gained prominence after supporting independence for the region. According to the BBC, Novell had also backed so-called conversion therapies for gay people and carried out exorcisms.

At the end of August, Novell came into the national spotlight after reports surfaced about how he had withdrawn from his post on what was described as “strictly personal grounds.” However, local media outlets reported that he had confided to friends about having “fallen in love with a woman, for the first time in [his] life and [wanted] to do things right.”

Caballol, a 38-year-old clinical psychologist who became a novelist in 2015, was then identified as the object of his affection. Her publisher describes Caballo as a “dynamic and transgressive author.” Her works include titles such as the ‘Amnesia’ trilogy and ‘The Hell of Gabriel’s Lust’, which delves into the “crude struggle between good and evil, between God and Satan, and between the angels and demons.”

Neither Novell nor Caballol has yet commented about their marriage or the suspension of his clerical powers.

Childs asked more questions and the Controller’s chief counsel, Rick Chivaro, admitted the state held electronic records and “warrant records” akin to “maintaining a checking account online.”

Today, in a Sacramento superior court, the controller denies having a checkbook and claims the warrant register doesn’t contain vendor information. The Golden State is the only state in the nation not to produce state spending under open records laws.

Yee is claiming her office “couldn’t locate” a single payment. No, that’s not fake news, or a comedy punch line. California’s top financial officer actually argued this in court recently, despite admitting she paid 50 million individual bills last year.

Furthermore, the controller now claims that transparency itself is an “undue burden.” She swears it's necessary to take 72,000 work hours to go through each of the 50 million payments by hand.

“In order to produce checkbook level data as requested … staff would need to manually review the estimated 50 million transactions …” (Emphasis added.)

BioNTech CEO replies to claims he refused vaccination

The head and co-founder of a company that produces one of the most widely used Covid jabs, Ugur Sahin, has commented on an interview in which he revealed that he and his family had not been vaccinated.

A video of Sahin, the German immunology and oncology professor who helped develop the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, telling a reporter he was not immunized against the coronavirus recently went viral on social media. In an interview with the German DW TV channel, conducted in English, the reporter queries whether the CEO will “allow personal questions,” before asking,“I have heard that you yourself have not taken the vaccine yet. Why not?” Sahin responds that he is “legally not allowed to take the vaccine at the moment,” due to there being a priority list. “It is more important for us that our co-workers and partners get vaccinated,” he says, adding, “What is also important, we were even not allowed to participate in clinical trials.”

In an apparent response to the video, Sahin posted a rebuttal on the professional networking site LinkedIn this week. His friends had been urging him to share a photograph of himself being inoculated against the deadly virus, he wrote, but he had thus far “refused to do so,” explaining that he had been of the view that his communications should not be about himself, but “should contribute to scientific transparency and provide data, facts, and insights.”

However, he said, since the aforementioned interview, he and his wife had each received two doses and a booster of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. The LinkedIn post was accompanied by a photo of Sahin being jabbed against Covid-19 “in early 2021,” he said, to address the “false rumors” circulating on social media that he had refused to be vaccinated.

Urging others to follow suit, and citing the experience of a friend “fighting for his life” against severe Covid, Sahin added that his company was currently developing another vaccine “to address the Omicron variant, irrespective of whether it will be needed or not.”

The video of the interview, which is still doing the rounds on Twitter, has garnered so much attention that the BioNTech press office has also been obliged to comment on it. The statements its then-unvaccinated CEO made in it were accurate at the time, it said, but were now “completely outdated,” a spokesperson told Reuters. US threatening 6-figure fines for contributing to ‘banned’ sites, journalist tells RT

American journalists are being threatened with large fines by the US Treasury for writing for the ‘wrong’ websites, writer Daniel Lazare told RT, concerned his country’s reputation as a defender of press freedom might be over.

Lazare and other US journalists who’ve written for the Strategic Culture Foundation, a website that describes itself as a “research platform on Eurasian global affairs,” recently received threatening letters from the Treasury Department warning they could be on the hook for at least $300,000 in sanctions penalties, he told RT on Sunday.

“It’s impossible to battle the US Treasury in this kind of case,” Lazare said, pointing out that the Treasury’s power was “enormous,” while “that of an individual freelance journalist is microscopic.” Citing the “chilling effect” of merely receiving such a document, he pointed out that few journalists would even acknowledge being thus targeted, never mind coming forward to do an interview about it, as he had.

They’re unwilling to write, and they’re unwilling to talk about why they’re too afraid to write.

Washington had targeted the website and several others with a round of sanctions in April, claiming it was involved in election interference, controlled by Russia’s foreign intelligence service, SVR, and connected to the Russian Foreign Ministry – a claim the foundation denies.

Lazare was most concerned about the precedent such heavy-handed tactics set for the US’ once-staunch defense of the right to a free press, which is enshrined in the First Amendment to the Constitution and had previously been upheld in the courts.

“To stop journalists from writing for these kinds of websites is a new step,” he said. “I was surprised, because the United States, in fact, has a very good track record when it comes to a free press. In America, we can say anything we want,” he continued, noting that he could mock current and former presidents “and not have to worry about the secret police crashing through my door.”

“But now things may be changing slightly – and that doesn’t augur well.”

Scottish government under fire for asking kids about ‘anal sex’

PRIVACY regulators are investigating complaints that the Scottish Government's sex census for kids that asks if they have had anal sex is breaching data protection rules and human rights legislation.

The Information Commissioner's Office, which is responsible for upholding data privacy is looking into concerns that the controversial census billed as anonymous by Nicola Sturgeon as for "statistical and research purposes only" is not strictly confidential.

Parents have expressed concerns about these questions, and the survey is also being investigated by Scotland’s Information Commissioner’s Office, which is responsible for upholding data privacy. While the census has been described by First Minister Nicola Sturgeon as anonymous, reporting by The Herald found that local authorities will be able to identify participants by cross-checking their census forms against a separate database.

The government says that individual children may be identified if local authorities “see anything in the answers provided by some children and young people that raises some concerns.”

Privacy concerns aside, opposition to the survey has also come from conservative groups. The Family Education Trust (FET) warned that the census essentially asks children to admit to “illegal activity,” as most participants would be under the age of consent.

“You will be aware of the negligence that was shown by many local authorities in dealing [with] the sexual abuse of young girls by grooming gangs,” the FET wrote in a letter to Scottish Health Secretary Humza Yousaf last month. “The problem in many cases was that the local authority treated having underage sex as a normal part of growing up, thus allowing the abuse to continue.

“The questions in this survey display the same irresponsible attitude to young people’s sexual activity that was shown by so many local authorities,” the letter concluded.

Amid mounting controversy, Sturgeon told the Scottish parliament on Thursday that children will be free to opt out of the survey or skip questions that make them uncomfortable. She insisted, however, that the census asks vital questions for crafting policy for kids.

“We can refuse to ask the questions so that we don’t know the answers, or we can get the answers that then allows us to better support young people,” she said.

Over 300 arrested on Gulf Coast, including 92 alleged gang members

More than 300 people were arrested and $4 million seized at the end of a six-month operation aimed at apprehending alleged gang members and other violent offenders in Texas, federal officials announced.

The investigation, named Operation Triple Beam, produced 351 arrests, including 92 alleged gang members, the confiscation of 86 guns, $4,360,968 and 32 kilos of illicit drugs, according to the US Marshal Service. The probe — headed by the Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force in cooperation with several federal and state agencies — stretched from April 7 to Sept. 30.

The investigation zeroed in on street and prison gangs that operate in Nueces, Aransas and San Patricio counties in the Lone Star State, the US Marshals Service revealed.

“As violent crime and gang violence continue to rise and plague our cities and counties, those of us in the law enforcement community must be ready and willing to engage,” US Marshal for the Southern District of Texas T. Michael O’Connor said Monday in a statement.

“The goal of Operation Triple Beam is to foster safer communities by providing immediate relief from gang-related violence by investigating and arresting fugitive gang members and the criminal organizations responsible for committing violent crimes.”

The Corpus Christi Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations; Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the US Attorney’s Office and other entities were involved in the operation, authorities said.

“I am extremely proud of all our law enforcement partners who have worked so diligently these past several months,” said O’Connor.

Bill de Blasio: Without ‘Tough’ Vaccine Mandates, Shutdowns Could Be Back

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that there could be lockdowns again without widespread “tough” vaccine mandates like the one he implemented in New York City.

De Blasio said, “Look, right now, here’s what I fear. Omicron is here. It’s all over the country. This variant moves fast. We have to move faster. I’ll tell you what I hear from our business community that their greatest fear is shutdowns. Their greatest fear is going back to where we were in 2020 to restrictions, to people losing their livelihood. You mentioned unemployment. The greatest threat to employment right now is that the Omicron variant and the cold winter months are going to supercharge COVID and take us backward. So I’m going to argue to you that mandates work, and it’s time since I put mandates in place in New York City. Starting in August, we’ve seen over 1 million more doses. Seventy-one percent of our people fully vaccinated. A lot of those people made the decision because the mandate was there, and it was the thing that moved them. It’s keeping people alive.”

He added, “This is my fear. We thought several times we’re going to leave the COVID era behind. We could leave it behind in 2022 if we truly focus on vaccination and put the tough mandates in place to make sure we turn the corner. If we don’t, here’s what I fear, we go back to lockdowns, restrictions, we lose another year. I can tell you, for a lot of businesses, small business owners, I’ve talked to mom and pop stores. They can’t afford to lose another year.”

UK: Abdul Elahi Jailed for Blackmailing 2,000 Victims Into Paedophilic Activity, Self-Harming

Abdul Elahi, a serial blackmailer who targeted 2,000 victims online, forcing them to self-harm and engage in paedophilic activity, was jailed after admitting 158 charges committed against 72 victims.

Abdul Elahi, 26, forced his victims, around 550 of whom were British, to send degrading images of themselves or others to him.

The National Crime Agency (NCA), roughly equivalent to America’s Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), said that Elahi would target vulnerable people, such the underage and people in debt, by posing as a wealthy individual on ‘sugar daddy’ websites and promising large sums of cash for indecent photos.

After he obtained the photos, Elahi would use them as blackmail to extort more extreme photos and horrific videos from his victims, demanding that they film themselves self-harming and/or physically abusing young children and younger siblings, for example.

If victims refused to send Elahi what he demanded he would become aggressive and threaten to send their explicit photos and videos to their families and friends.

When his victims begged for mercy or said they were suicidal, Elahi would laugh at and ridicule them.

Elahi would sell this content via encrypted platforms and made upwards of £25,000 in the process. One customer alone purchased over 1,000 hours of ‘box set’ content from Elahi.

When questioned in court Elahi admitted that he viewed his “sadistic” crimes as a job and was “trying to make as much money” as he possibly could.

His victims ranged from eight-month-old babies to adults, and detectives believe there are many more victims to be discovered.

More than 67,000 images were recovered from Elahi’s hard drives and victims are believed to be from around thirty different countries.

Sentencing judge Sarah Buckingham described Abdul Elahi as the “very worst type of predatory offender ever identified thus far”.

She told Elahi he had “plainly derived pleasure from the agony you caused – with complete disregard for your victims’ suffering,” and that there was “a sadistic element to your offending, demonstrated through the blackmail and the relentless targeting of children and young adults.”

“The abhorrent nature of your crimes warrants an extremely long sentence for the protection of the public,” she said, handing down a reported sentence of 32 years — although he will be eligible for release after serving only two-thirds of it.

EU Members Agree to Import Nearly 40,000 Afghan Migrants, Over Half to Germany

15 EU member-states have agreed to take in nearly 40,000 migrants from Afghanistan, with over half being taken in by Germany alone.

The European Commissioner for Home Affairs, Ylva Johansson, has announced that 15 EU member-states have agreed to take in over 38,000 migrants from Afghanistan.

Of this number, it is understood that Germany, now led by Olaf Scholz of the leftist Social Democratic Party (SPD), will be taking 25,000 of the migrants — over half of the total amount being accepted by the EU.

AFP reports that the Netherlands will take the second-highest number, at just over 3,000, while Spain and France will be joint-third in the venture, taking 2,500 migrants each.

Commissioner Johansson praised the measure, calling it an “impressive act of solidarity” and claiming that preventing “irregular arrivals” requires EU members to invest in “legal ways to come to the European Union”.

While Germany has agreed to take in 25,000 Afghans, the country’s new Euro-federalist foreign minister, Annalena Baerbock, has previously promised to take in a lot more.

Baerbock, who heads of the Green Party which is now part of Germany’s new coalition government, has said that her country is obliged to take in 50,000 migrants from Afghanistan alone.

The coalition has also vowed to boost immigration more generally, opening up the country to mass chain migration by allowing migrants to bring family members to Germany.

This comes despite the number of problems Germany has had with migrants in the past.

The nation’s lax migration policy under Scholz’s predecessor Angela Merkel, for example, resulted in both the infamous Cologne sex attacks as well as an Islamist attack on the Berlin Christmas market in 2016.

Alternative for Germany (AfD), a populist, anti-immigration party, has slammed the new government’s new policies, saying that they promote “the abolition of Germany”.

Israel’s Gantz Says He Told US Officials Iran Is ‘Biggest Threat’ to Global Peace

Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz said Friday that he told US officials during a visit to Washington that Iran is the “biggest threat” to global peace.

Gantz met with Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Thursday. At the Israeli American Council’s national summit in Florida on Friday, Gantz said he used “every occasion” during the meetings to say, “Iran is first and foremost the biggest threat to global and regional peace and stability, and only then is it a threat to Israel.”

Gantz said it’s not up to Israel to deal with Iran alone and that the world should take action. “The international community, with US leadership, must stand together and act forcefully against Iran’s hegemonic aspirations and nuclear program and restore stability for the sake of global peace,” he said.

The fact that Gantz claims Iran has hegemonic aspirations and is a threat to the world exposes the absurdity of the Israeli rhetoric against Iran. Regardless, the US has been coordinating very closely with Israel on Iran amid negotiations to revive the nuclear deal, known as the JCPOA.

At the same summit, Israel’s Ambassador to the UN Gilad Erdan claimed the Biden administration agrees with Israel’s view that the JCPOA would not stop Iran from developing a nuclear weapon. But CIA Director William Burns recently contradicted Israeli claims that Iran is seeking a bomb and said that the US has no evidence Tehran has decided to weaponize its civilian nuclear program.

During his visit with Austin on Thursday, Gantz called for “joint military readiness” between the US and Israel against Iran. Austin said the US was prepared to “turn to other options” if talks to revive the JCPOA failed. Also on Thursday, the White House said President Biden ordered his administrations to prepare “other options” in case the JCPOA isn’t revived.

New Zealand: Pfizer “Confidential Document” Concedes that There Is a Large Increase in Types of Adverse Event Reaction to Its Vaccine

Up until now, New Zealand GPs and hospitals have been provided with a fact sheet from Pfizer listing 21 possible adverse events as a result of vaccination.

All of these are minor, requiring little or no treatment other than rest, with the exception of severe allergic reactions, myocarditis and pericarditis (inflammation of the heart). As a result, most of the many thousands of New Zealanders reporting adverse effects post vaccination have been sent home with little more than advice to take an aspirin and rest. Some have been told that their conditions may be unrelated medical events, psychosomatic, or due to anxiety on their part.

Relying on the short official Pfizer fact sheet as a guide, Medsafe, our NZ medicines regulatory body, has only accepted one out of the 100+ deaths actually reported to them as related to vaccination. Most are listed as unrelated, under investigation, or unknowable. By contrast, the NZ Health Forum and other groups have collected unofficial reports of adverse effects and death proximate to vaccination. Out of 670+ reports of death compiled by the Forum, 270 have already been investigated by medical professionals and closely linked to known adverse effects. Following the publication of the new Pfizer document many more are expected to be connected with vaccination. Reports describe symptoms such as chest pain, brain fog, extreme fatigue, neurological symptoms, tachycardia, stroke, heart attacks, and many more. Collected data suggests that as many as two-thirds of adverse event enquiries made to medical staff by vaccine recipients have not been reported to CARM—the NZ system of adverse event reporting. Medsafe itself estimates in its Guide to Adverse Reaction Reporting that in NZ only 5% of adverse events are reported. As a result the NZ public is completely unaware of the extent of reported possible risks of vaccination.

Did Pfizer supply this information to our government during the early days of our universal vaccination programme? If so the results should have been shared with our medical professionals, politicians, and the public. Many of the new 100+ listed new adverse event types now released by Pfizer in this 38 page document pose long term risks to health. Until very recently, the document was being withheld by Pfizer who maintained it should be kept confidential. There is a strong possibility that very large numbers of New Zealanders will suffer long term injury as a result.

OTF – The “Independent” Internet Freedom Organization that Makes All Your Favorite Privacy Apps – Is Staffed Full of Spies

While the OTF presents itself as independent internet freedom activists, their funding, staff, history and choice of targets all point to the conclusion that they are a digital weapon being used against Washington’s enemies.

The Open Technology Fund (OTF) is one of the most influential and celebrated organizations in the hacking and internet freedom communities. Well over two billion people globally use OTF-produced software, including communications app Signal and web browser Tor, services that are specifically marketed to privacy-conscious consumers looking to circumvent government censorship and surveillance. Yet its close links to the U.S. national security state raise many worrying questions about whether the world is making a mistake by trusting the organization and its products.

Through its research and sponsorship, the OTF is responsible for apps and services that can boast a massive reach. It is estimated that more than two-thirds of all smartphones are equipped with OTF offerings, apps that brand themselves as the obvious choice for privacy-minded users.

The OTF describes itself as “an independent non-profit organization committed to advancing global Internet freedom,” adding that it “supports projects focused on counteracting repressive censorship and surveillance, enabling citizens worldwide to exercise their fundamental human rights online.”

There is strong evidence, however, to suggest that the Open Technology Fund is not what it claims to be: that it is neither independent nor truly committed to online freedom and privacy.

First, while technically a private company, it is directly funded and controlled by the United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM), a government body responsible for overseeing U.S.-funded state media outlets overseas, including Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, Voice of America and Radio and Televisión Martí. The OTF derives essentially all of its funding from USAGM, which, in turn, receives money from Congress through the Department of State, Foreign Operations and Related programs ($808 million in 2019).

Secondly, until 2019, the OTF was officially a government project managed by the infamous Radio Free Asia. Together, The New York Times described these outlets as a “worldwide propaganda network built by the CIA.” Even a brief look at their content suggests that this is essentially an accurate description, with USAGM brought into existence to manage CIA-created media outlets.

This alone would be enough to raise questions. However, the OTF’s definition of freedom should sound even more alarm bells. In its most recently published annual report, it describes its mission as:

…Advanc[ing] internet freedom in repressive environments by supporting the research, development, implementation, and maintenance of technologies that provide secure and uncensored access to USAGM content as well as the broader internet. This critical support helps to counter attempts by authoritarian governments to restrict freedom online.

Baby of ‘fully vaccinated’ mom dies after born bleeding from mouth, nose: VAERS report

A two-year-old’s death which was then scrubbed from the website, a neonate’s hemorrhaging death, and an eight-year-old’s heart attack were among recent VAERS reports

A baby whose mother received two COVID vaccine shots during her last trimester of pregnancy was born bleeding from his mouth and nose, and died the day after his birth, according to a recent report to the U.S. government’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System from a foreign “regulatory authority.”

The baby boy was born on the morning of October 6, 2021, after his mother received two experimental mRNA Moderna shots on July 19 and August 13. He was expected on October 15 but was delivered weighing 2,800 grams (just over six pounds, two ounces) in hospital after a labor marked by unstable fetal heartbeat.

“The doctor said that after the patient was born, there was a cry. When the umbilical cord was cut for newborn care, the nursing staff found that the patient had symptoms of oral and nose bleeding, and immediately asked the pediatrician to intubate and give him oxygen, and he was admitted to the NICU,” according to the report received by the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) November 18 from an unidentified foreign health agency. “In the NICU, his result of examination showed abnormal blood coagulation, pulmonary hemorrhage [acute bleeding from the lungs], and cardiac dysfunction.”

According to the VAERS report (No. 1879991) on the death following “transplacental exposure” to the mRNA vaccine, it was unknown if an autopsy was performed and no cause of death was reported, but the infant’s father suspected it was related to the vaccine.

The infant death is one of 52 reported deaths among 30,550 adverse events recorded by VAERS for children under 17 years old as of December 3.

Japan Health Ministry issues HEART WARNING for Pfizer and Moderna covid vaccines

A top adviser to Merrick Garland is facing calls to recuse herself from the Justice Department’s investigation of the Trump-Russia probe, which has looked into the actions of her husband Jake Sullivan.

Margaret Goodlander serves as counsel to Garland, who oversees Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation. Garland has oversight of Durham’s budget, the scope of the investigation, and the release of a report Durham is believed to be writing. Sullivan, who married Goodlander in 2015, has been referenced in Durham’s indictment of a cybersecurity lawyer who worked for the Clinton campaign.

While there is no indication that Durham is targeting Sullivan, he could be a witness for the investigation given his role as a foreign policy adviser to Hillary’s campaign. Durham’s report could also reveal embarrassing details about Sullivan’s work to dig up dirt on Donald Trump.

Sen. Chuck Grassley and the watchdog group Empower Oversight say Goodlander should be formally recused from the Durham investigation to maintain public trust in the probe.

“The Justice Department’s standing guidance calls for employees to avoid even the appearance of a conflict of interest, especially when it comes to ongoing criminal investigations,” said Grassley.

“It’s in Garland’s best interest—and he’s obligated—to be transparent about whether his department is walling off officials who have a real or even perceived conflict, just as prior administrations have done.”

Twitter will now ban users that repeatedly claim vaccinated people can spread Covid

Twitter has quietly updated its “COVID-19 misleading information policy” to impose new sanctions on tweets about vaccines, PCR tests, and health authorities. These sanctions include removing and labeling tweets. Both types of sanctions also result in Twitter users accruing strikes on their account which can lead to a permanent suspension.

While the top of Twitter’s COVID-19 misleading information policy page currently states “Overview November 2021,” a December 2 archive of the page shows that the page was updated and the “Overview November 2021” text was added after December 2.

One of the most notable changes to this “COVID-19 misleading information policy” we noticed is related to claims about whether vaccinated people can spread the coronavirus. The policy now states that Twitter will label tweets with “corrective information” and give users a strike if they:

Claim that “the vaccines will cause you to be sick, spread the virus, or would be more harmful than getting COVID-19”

Post what Twitter describes as “false or misleading claims that people who have received the vaccine can spread or shed the virus (or symptoms, or immunity) to unvaccinated people”

This means Twitter users could now be sanctioned for sharing or discussing the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC’s) admission that “vaccinated people can still become infected and have the potential to spread the virus to others.”

Another change is that Twitter will start giving a strike to and labeling the tweets of users that use research and statistical findings to “make claims contrary to health authorities,” if it decides that their claims “misrepresent research or statistical findings pertaining to the severity of the disease, prevalence of the virus, or effectiveness of widely accepted preventative measures, treatments, or vaccines.”

Previously, Twitter would sanction what it deemed to be “false or misleading” information about research findings but there was no provision about contradicting health authorities.

In addition to this, Twitter will give users two strikes and remove their tweets if they claim that “vaccines approved by health agencies (such as Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine in the United States) did not actually receive full approval/authorization, and therefore that the vaccines are untested, ‘experimental’ or somehow unsafe.” This appears to be a reference to criticism of a footnote in the Federal Drug Administration (FDA’s) “full authorization” documents for the Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty) vaccine which revealed that the FDA had extended the emergency-use authorization for the same vaccine.

Furthermore, users that claim that vaccines are part of a “global surveillance” effort will have their tweets removed and be given two strikes. The introduction of this provision follows vaccine-related surveillance tech, such as vaccine passports, being introduced in many countries.

PM warns of lockdown if immediate steps not taken to curb Omicron

Echoing discourse during previous pandemic waves, officials express concern over impact of new variant along with low vaccine rate

In a return to the warnings that became a staple of previous waves of the coronavirus pandemic, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said during a cabinet meeting Sunday that “if we do not take immediate and difficult steps now, we will reach a lockdown.”

“Right now our immunization rate is horrible,” Bennett added as the government pushed for higher vaccine numbers, particularly the booster shot, to curb the spread of the Omicron COVID-19 variant.

But the prime minister said that “our overarching goal is to keep the Israeli economy as open as possible, without a lockdown, and to do so without reaching hospitals’ limits.”

Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz said that he, too, was “very troubled by Omicron.

“There are all sorts of indications that it could cause serious illness. We have decided on a series of measures and an extension of existing regulations. The more enforcement there is, the faster we can get past this.”

One such measure Bennett is reportedly eyeing is requiring a Green Pass — proof of valid vaccination of recovery from the virus — to enter malls. According to the Ynet news site, Bennett noted that there is much transmission of infection in malls, but the regulation would be aimed more at encouraging vaccination.

Large share of federal COVID relief for safe school reopening diverted to non-pandemic uses: report

Estimated 40%-65% of funds to protect teachers, students, from virus go to new tracks, tennis courts, stadium expansion, and, security cameras.

This week's Golden Horseshoe Award goes to the U.S. Department of Education for approving pandemic relief spending plans by school districts that include millions for upgrading athletic facilities, installing security cameras, purchasing floor shiners and other non-pandemic related projects.

Approximately $190 billion in pandemic funding under both the Trump and Biden administrations was allocated to schools to safely reopen and protect teachers and students.

The public spending watchdog group Open the Books found widespread misspending of pandemic relief funds by schools.

Creston, Iowa, for example, expanded their sports stadium and spent $231,000 to add bleachers. In Kentucky, a track was replaced using relief funds, the watchdog found.

The Kentucky project used $1 million in federal Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief funds for the track replacement.

"It's a big problem when Congress is throwing so much money at school districts they can't even hardly spend it," Open the Books CEO and Founder Adam Andrzejewski told The National Desk.

Boston schools also upgraded athletic fields and expanded other facilities. The city's ESSER spending included $4 million for athletics expansion, $5.5 million in library services expansion, $3 million for science lab materials and equipment, and an additional $20 million for facilities improvements.

Erwin, Tenn., is also considering spending millions in ESSER funds to upgrade its athletic fields. The Unicoi County School Board recently met with local officials to discuss the funding of the projects, reported the Johnson City Press.

The school is looking to fund a new $3.6 million gymnasium, a new $1.5 million track, and $575,000 for new tennis courts courtesy of U.S. taxpayers.

The education site Chalkbeat found the Newark, N.J. public school system's plans for pandemic relief funds include $6 million in new athletic fields and gym floors; $2.4 million for the installation of security cameras; and $536,000 for floor-polishing machines.

"Newark's schools chief has called the federal windfall a chance to make much-needed district improvements and urged community members to 'not stay stuck on COVID-19' as they dreamed up ways to use the money," Chalkbeat reported.

State education departments received billions in funds through the Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act, passed in March 2020, which provided $13.2 billion; The Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, passed in December 2020, which provided $53.3 billion; and President Biden's American Rescue Plan, enacted in March 2021, which provided $122 billion to schools to reopen safely amid the pandemic.

According to a report by the American Enterprise Institute, ESSER funds were billed as support for school reopenings and pandemic recovery, but "Congress placed few limits on what ESSER funding can be used for."

The report found initial estimates "suggest that $78 billion–$123 billion could go toward spending not directly related to COVID-19."

Gavin Newsom: Hey, Let’s Do With Guns What Texas Did With Abortion

Gavin Newsom won’t let a crisis — or a court case, far away, on a different topic — go to waste.

The nearly-recalled governor of a left-wing state that’s losing citizens announced Saturday night that he will push legislation modeled after Texas’ abortion laws to allow private citizens to sue those who manufacture or sell so-called assault weapons or ghost guns.

“I am outraged by yesterday’s U.S. Supreme Court decision allowing Texas’s ban on most abortion services to remain in place…” Newsom ranted on Twitter, while introducing his scheme, then added, “If the most efficient way to keep these devastating weapons off our streets is to add the threat of private lawsuits, we should do just that.”

Under Texas S.B. 8, abortions are prohibited after a fetal heartbeat is detected, and the law allows individuals to bring civil action against anyone who performs a prohibited abortion.

Newsom asked his staff, the state legislature, and Democrat attorney general to craft a bill that “would create a right of action allowing private citizens to seek injunctive relief, and statutory damages of at least $10,000 per violation plus costs and attorney’s fees, against anyone who manufactures, distributes, or sells an assault weapon or ghost gun kit or parts in the State of California.”

The Firearms Policy Coalition, a California-based nonprofit group, is prepared to fight the Democrat governor to the highest court.

“If Gavin Newsom wants to play a game of constitutional chicken, we will prevail,” the group said.

Newsom’s proposal would first have to pass California’s legislature, which reconvenes in January. Despite the Golden State having full-time, highly-compensated legislators, it usually takes nearly nine months for new bills to pass.

State Sen. Brian Dahle, a Republican from rural northeast California, opposes the plan, and believes it’s a stunt for Newsom to gain praise from his radical base ahead of a possible run for president.

“The right to bear arms is different than the right to have an abortion,” Dahle explained. “The right to have an abortion is not a Constitutional amendment. So I think he’s way off base.”

Dahle is correct.

Firearms, and the right to bear them, are specifically mentioned in the Bill of Rights and enshrined in the Constitution, whereas abortion is mentioned nowhere.

Why Did Pfizer Refuse to Distribute the Vaccine in Countries Which Didn’t Grant Indemnity?

A video has surfaced from what appears to be January 2021 of World Bank President David Malpass explaining that Pfizer is “hesitant” to distribute its vaccine in countries which refuse to grant legal indemnity from liability for adverse events. He says:

The immediate problem is indemnification. Pfizer has been hesitant to go into some of the countries because of the liability problems, they don’t have a liability shield. So we work with the countries to try to do that. But I think also some of the other vaccine manufacturers may be able to go into countries because they’re operating through subsidiaries. This is all something that we’re exploring, and our goal, my goal, is to have vaccines available throughout the developing world based on what their countries decide. We’ve got financing available but the countries need to choose systems and then begin buying or receiving the vaccines.

If Pfizer is so confident that its vaccine has been proven safe in rigorous trials, why is it unwilling to take responsibility for any problems?

And if it is unwilling to take the risk with its own product, how is that going to persuade the vaccine-hesitant to take the risk themselves?

The Pfizer vaccine has been linked with 388,618 adverse events in the UK to date, including 628 deaths.

Taiwan has halted its use in teenagers due to concerns about the risk of myocarditis.

Yet a cloak of secrecy has been thrown over the approvals process and the company has come under fire for “war profiteering” by making huge profits during the pandemic.

Pharmaceutical companies are profit-driven entities and rules on transparency and liability exist to keep them honest and ensure only safe, effective drugs are provided to the public. It may turn out to be a big mistake to have allowed them to avoid this scrutiny and accountability just because many were desperate for a medical way out of the pandemic.
