yeah, I guess these viruses get more contagious and less harmful as they mutate.
Capitalism = Free Markets.
Vaccine Manufacturers = Monopoly
Not the same economic rules. I'd like to sell the Q vaccine. You can take it instead of the other ones. It's just saline. It's free. The government pays me. I charge the government whatever I want. I then take some of that money the government gives me, and send it right back to the government, so they'll continue to give me money and let me set my own prices. Also, if anything goes wrong, the government changed the law so no one can sue me. I have a lot of money left over for bribing a lot of people. I got the media telling everyone to take my Q vaccine.
But, yeah, Free Market and Monopoly/Oligopoly are not the same. The one that's the most Capitalist is the Free Market one.
Attack these Oligopolies and Monopolies. Use that Sherman Anti Trust Act.
The whole Medical Monopoly is total fucking garbage and has been for 100 years.
At this point, I'd say - get rid of patents.
I don't think that whatever "progress" they bring outweighs the potential of "dystopian nightmare" they bring.
There shouldn't be fake vaccines for this virus.
There are many natural things that are known to cure viruses. The Government should pay for the studies to find out which ones work best and how much you should take of them.
All pharmaceuticals that we have right now, should be able to be made by anyone - cheaper than the original, at cost, like in a free market.
The laws are trash, the Food and Drug Act is trash. You need the patent monopoly profits to afford the testing to be able to say it treats disease, and you use those monopoly profits to bribe the politicians and the agency. Have these covid vaccines actually passed any safety tests? If they haven't completely passed all the safety tests, why are we allowing that? Bribery. Why have they been downtalking Ivermectin and Hydroxchloroquine? Well, if those 2 work - and they do, better than vaccines - there is no emergency allowing any emergency use authorization. So, it's just bribery all around.
