Wisconsin governor Tony Evers is pledging to spend the federal Covid relief funds (5 billion dollars) on preventing SUICIDE in the Wisconsin national guard (about 10,000 troops). Is he giving them half a million dollars each? What will it be spent on? Bribes? What does it have to do with covid? This all seems like a payoff scam
