Congress chooses Bidan as chief executive, but military recognizes Trump as CinC. Bidan has day-to-day say in running the country as President approved by congress. Congress has no say in who the military determines is CinC. Military looks at election data and determines it. Can't risk a civil wat, though, if the MSM is telling the country Bidan got 81 million votes.
Trigger event will be when Trump rolls out a media platform coordinated with the release of the evidence to the country of the true vote. That's why Bidan ponied up more money to current media outfits and called out the shills against "Qanon". QAnon will lead the charge informing normies. Autists just biding their time now waiting for the trigger.
Normies have to go hard on government protests and forced shutdowns at the local level. My guess is the Trump statement about questioning the vaccine playing into the enemies hands is that the remnants of the MSM will try to pass the protests off as anti-vax, like the ones in Europe. If you don't want the vaccine, don't take it, the problem is trying to force that opinion on others, it just comes across as an insecurity in your own belief. Splits up the contingency you're going to need to provide the Bidan overthrow. Real anti-vaxxers quit or drop out in face of a mandate, and start to form the base of a new economic paradigm.
Entire country has to join up to protest Bidan stealing the election and promptly proceeding to FUBAR the country. It has to into to universal tactics designed to shut down the Bidan economy. Military will have to step in to restore order at that point by removing Bidan & the congress that installed him. The military will remove government and go to a military solution until a new civilian government and chief executive is determined.
Have to think of it as Vichy France, IMO. French on the streets protesting about the Nazi takeover in the years 1940-1944 wouldn't have accomplished shit. Need the barrel of a big gun backing you up, bigger than the LE the installed government is using to keep you in line.
