What you see in those videos does not constitute RISING UP, especially after that OB/GYN doctor revealed on 12/13 that she had found critters in the vaxxes. She did that on a big stage in the same area (Gwanghwamun, in front of Gyeongbokkung Palace) and had a big screen to display what she saw through her microscope. It was an organized event, and it had money behind it. I took that as a sign that by the New Year, Gwanghwamun would be flooded with hundreds of thousands of protesters. Sadly, that is not turning out to be the case.
Also, for what it's worth, I doubt there is a society on the planet that is higher in face diaper compliance than this one.
