I couldn't sleep on day 3 & 4 , that's about it. We have 4 different types on liquor in the freezer that I didn't remember we had until I saw it today….no triggers. You're right, my issue was mental (& social habits)
To be on the safe side, I've been avoiding all my regular restaurants. NYE was a bitch at first, but we stayed in, grilled steaks, woke up early w/ no hangover. THAT was the best.
