The sleeps much better sober and helps if you can stick to a rough schedule (doesnt have to be down to the minute or anything crazy). As for the social triggers…I had to withdraw from that shit completely but it sounds like you've got a better grasp on it. Also chewing gum helps if ya get the itch when you're out and about and it's around. I have no idea why but someone told me and it worked.
Yea i went pretty deep for a long time. Truth be told I still drink once a month…without the shakes and sweats (and the rough shit that goes with that) it's all mental. Good job to you too man.
