America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) filed a brief for a case going before the Supreme Court today. The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health care workers at facilities that receive federal funding.

As you are likely aware, the medical consensus on the COVID-19 “vaccine” effectiveness is that they do not prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2. As you also may know, AFLDS recently filed a brief with the Supreme Court noting that these injections are merely a personal treatment choice, and not a public health measure at all. With over 50 other citations, AFLDS’ brief breaks new legal ground.

We want to remind you that the SCOTUS has scheduled one hour of oral argument on the OSHA mandate tomorrow, Friday, January 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. EST. A second hour of oral argument on the CMS mandate for healthcare workers will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. EST.

It is the consensus of the medical community that the currently available Covid-19 vaccine injections do not prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2. Relevant federal agencies have repeatedly acknowledged this consensus. Therefore, there is no scientific or legal justification for OSHA to segregate injected and un-injected people. Indeed, since the Covid-19 injections do not confer immunity upon the recipients, but are claimed to merely reduce the symptoms of the disease, they do not fall within the long-established definition of a vaccine at all. They are instead treatments and must be analyzed as such under the law.

Even if OSHA possessed the statutory and constitutional authority to issue the ETS now challenged before the Court, which it does not, the substantive due process clause of the Fifth Amendment would require the federal government to establish that the OSHA ETS is narrowly tailored to meet a compelling state interest. This is a standard it cannot meet.

President Trump’s Former White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham Says Ex-Trump Officials to Meet to Decide How to Stop Him

Former White House Press Secretary for President Trump, Stephanie Grisham, says that a group of former Trump officials are getting together to decide how to stop him.

Former White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham said Thursday that more than a dozen of her former Trump administration colleagues plan to meet next week to try and stop former President Donald Trump as he continues to “manipulate people and divide our country.”

“Next week, a group of former Trump staff are going to come together, administration officials are going to come together and we’re going to talk about how we can formally do some things to try and stop him and also, the extremism, that that kind of violence, rhetoric that has been talked about and continues to divide our country,” Grisham told CNN’s John Berman and Brianna Keilar in an interview on “New Day.”

Grisham, who was also chief of staff to former first lady Melania Trump, declined to reveal who will be joining her in the efforts, but said there would be “about 15” of her former colleagues, including some who worked inside the White House. Some of the officials, she said, were junior to her, while others were senior. A few of the officials had “informal chats,” did outreach to others, and conducted “some Zooms, some conference calls,” culminating in the partially in-person formal meeting next week, according to Grisham.

Several people involved in the effort who spoke to CNN said the group currently includes between 15 to 20 individuals who served in the Trump administration, but have since soured on the former President, and who believe his indisputable control of the Republican Party is negatively impacting the country.

It’s no surprise that Grisham would meet with Bolton and Krebs. Bolton was a disaster and President Trump let the whole world know it after Bolton fell off the rails and pushed for policies, like more military actions, which President Trump was not behind.

Krebs oversaw cybersecurity for the election and shared before the election, along with crooked FBI Director Chris Wray that the 2020 Election would be the most secure election ever.

The 2020 Election was stolen and Wray did nothing but look the other way, which is something that could never happen in the private sector.

President Trump has been under attack since he first announced he was running for office. These people hate him for calling them out. It’s no surprise that they would meet to complain and attempt to derail President Trump some more.

Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan Responds to Misleading Mainstream Media Reports on His Company’s Shutdown

Cyber Ninjas is closing shop. The Florida company was hired to run the Arizona Senate audit of the 2020 election in Maricopa County, Arizona’s largest county. Maricopa voted Democrat for the first time since Harry Truman after World War II. It must have been Joe Biden’s charisma? Or maybe it was fraud?

The media attacked the Florida firm mercilessly for running the investigation on the questionable results in Maricopa County.

The audit found evidence of alleged illegal activity and over 700,000 suspect ballots issues.

This morning we spoke with Doug Logan, CEO of Cyber Ninjas.

Doug told us the media reports were misleading. The company’s decision to shut down had nothing to do with the court ruling this week in Arizona. An Arizona judge fined Cyber Ninjas $50,000 a day for noncompliance with an August order to turn over audit-related records to the far left Arizona Republic.

Doug said the company paid off many of its creditors but was still in debt. In fact, Cyber Ninjas laid off workers in January and made the decision to shut down last year.

Logan mentioned that he believes the Arizona Senate should have paid more per their contract. He did say his employees were all paid before they were let go.

Cyber Ninja, which had no election review experience, eventually found that Trump lost the county, and Arizona, to President Biden by more votes than originally counted.

‘Russian submarine’ hit British warship – UK MOD

The moment a UK warship’s underwater sonar was allegedly hit is said to have been caught on camera

A towed sonar array of the Royal Navy’s HMS Northumberland was hit by a Russian submarine 13 months ago, the UK Ministry of Defence has claimed, after British media reported the incident was captured by a documentary film crew.

“In late 2020, a Russian submarine being tracked by HMS Northumberland came into contact with her towed array sonar,” a Ministry of Defence spokesman alleged, in a rare comment on UK Navy operations. The collision reportedly damaged the sonar – a large tube filled with sensitive equipment that the ship was towing underwater hundreds of meters behind it.

HMS Northumberland was scouting for the “hunter-killer” submarine in the Arctic Circle, some 200 miles north of Scotland, when it disappeared from the ship’s radar. The British MoD did not provide any details to prove it was indeed a Russian undersea vessel, and Russian authorities have not commented on the incident.

A Channel 5 crew was aboard at the time of the incident, filming a documentary series titled ‘Warship: Life at Sea’. The crew supposedly captured the incident on camera, and it was included in the documentary.

The video in question does not show anything resembling a submarine. The footage shows sailors on board HMS Northumberland as they run around and swear, all against the background noise of an alarm signal.

Poland admits buying Israeli Pegasus spyware

The leader of the ruling Law and Justice party says it's a good thing that his country obtained the high-tech surveillance software

Poland’s most powerful lawmaker has admitted that his country purchased spyware from the controversial Israeli NSO Group. He denied it was being used to target politicians, however, claiming it was used by the secret services.

Speaking to the weekly right-wing magazine Sieci, Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the leader of Poland’s ruling Law and Justice (PiS) party, said that it was a positive thing that Polish security services were using powerful snooping software.

“It would be bad if the Polish services did not have this type of tool,” Kaczynski stated, referring to the Israeli NSO software. The full interview is due to be published in Monday’s edition of Sieci, but excerpts were published on Friday by news portal wPolityce.pl.

Kaczynski said that the Pegasus software represented a great technological advancement over existing surveillance systems, noting that security services had previously been unable to read encrypted messages.

While admitting that Poland had bought the software from the now-embattled NSO Group, he claimed it had not been used to target politicians, Associated Press reported.

The admission follows a number of allegations leveled against the Polish government concerning the use of Pegasus software to snoop on political opponents.

In a scandal dubbed ‘Polish Watergate’ by local media, it is alleged that the government of Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki had spied on Krzysztof Brejza, a member of the Civic Platform party who coordinated its 2019 election campaign, and on Roman Giertych, a lawyer involved in cases against the PiS party.

It is also alleged that Ewa Wrzosek, a prosecutor and opposition figure, has been snooped-on. The allegations were made by Citizen Lab, a cyber-watchdog group at the University of Toronto.

“There is nothing here, no fact, except the hysteria of the opposition. There is no Pegasus case, no surveillance,” Kaczynski said in the interview.

“No Pegasus, no services, no secretly obtained information played any role in the 2019 election campaign. They lost because they lost. They shouldn’t look for such excuses today,” he added.

Kaczynski’s allies have previously denied any dealings with the Israeli spyware-maker. Morawiecki said the Citizen Lab and AP findings were “fake news” and claimed foreign agents could have been using the spyware.

The NSO software grants the user the ability to access the smartphone of their targets, to read messages, look through photos, track locations, and even to switch on the camera, all without the knowledge of the device’s user.

White House Blasts "Crazy" Russia-China Statements Accusing US Of 'Color Revolution' In Kazakhstan

Unlike most instances where there's crisis or conflicts near Russia's borders, the White House has been slow to respond to fast-moving events in Kazakhstan, only saying that it questions the "legitimacy" of the Kremlin sending troops to the country to help restore order under the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).

"We are closely monitoring reports that the Collective Security Treaty Organization have dispatched its collective peacekeeping forces to Kazakhstan," press secretary Jen Psaki said. "We have questions about the nature of this request and whether it has — it was a legitimate invitation or not. We don’t know at this point."

The day prior she had denounced as "crazy" reports out of Russian media that the US and its allies could be stoking the uprising, unrest and destruction - which has seen a presidential residence and multiple government buildings torched, and widespread looting, after dozens of deaths on both the police and protest side. More recently Beijing has also floated that it believes the likelihood that the US is covertly involved.

It was during her Wednesday press briefing that Psaki called out the "Russian disinformation playbook" while addressing the Kazakhstan situation:

"We’re monitoring reports of protests in Kazakhstan. We support calls for calm, for protesters to express themselves peacefully and for authorities to exercise restraint," Psaki told reporters during her regular briefing.

"There are some crazy Russian claims about the US being behind this. Let me just use this opportunity to convey that as absolutely false, and clearly a part of the standard Russian disinformation playbook."

Meanwhile China appears to be backing President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev's crackdown on the protests and riots, as well as the deployment of Russian and other foreign peacekeeping troops there. NPR has in its latest cited the presence of at least 3,000 Russian troops on the ground in Kazakhstan at this point.

"China supports all efforts that help the Kazakh authorities end the chaos as soon as possible and firmly opposes external forces’ acts to deliberately create social unrest and incite violence," Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said in a Friday press conference. He offered help to Kazakh authorities, calling China ready to act as a "a brotherly neighbor".

Ten Dead Bodies Crammed Into Car Left Outside Mexican Governor's Office

In the latest sign of Mexico's out-of-control cartel violence, ten bodies were abandoned outside the governor's office, in a public square lit up with Christmas decorations, in the north-central Mexican state of Zacatecas on Thursday.

According to CBS News, the state governor, David Monreal, said the bodies of eight men and two women were crammed into a Mazda SUV outside his office; all of the deceased had signs of beating and bruising.

"They came to leave them here … bodies, apparently beaten, with wounds," Monreal said.

Francisco Murillo, the state's chief prosecutor, said seven of the ten bodies died of "asphyxiation by strangulation." He said five bodies had been identified so far. Three of them have a past criminal record.

Murillo said several suspects had been arrested in possible connections to the body dump.

The federal public safety department said a man drove the Mazda SUV to the governor's office, then exited the vehicle early Thursday and walked down the street into an alley.

Zacatecas has been transformed into a warzone in recent years as Sinaloa and Jalisco cartels, and other drug cartels are fighting to control highways in the state used to transport drugs to the US border.

Drug cartels use grisly tactics, such as killing their enemies and displaying them for the public to see as a way to intimidate rival gangs and or even local officials.

In November, ten bodies were found hanging from a highway bridge in northwest Zacatecas.

"What we received was a cursed inheritance" from previous administrations, Monreal said, referring to the high violent crime in the state.

So far, President Andrés Manuel López Obrador has had little success in decreasing homicides across the country. There were 31,615 killings in the first 11 months of 2021, a decline of 3.6% from 32,814 in 2020.

Taliban weed about to attract millions in foreign investment

A German investor plans to produce medical cannabis in Afghanistan

CPharm International (ECI), a German research and development firm, has said it is planning a multi-million-dollar investment in Taliban-controlled Afghanistan, with the aim of producing weed for medical purposes.

Following an unfortunate case of mistaken identity in late 2021, Vice media agency tracked down a German company, CPharm International (ECI), which has struck a deal with the Taliban.

Last year, a tweet from the Afghan Ministry of the Interior claimed that a firm called “Cpharm” had met with Taliban officials and would invest $450 million in Afghanistan to set up a “hashish-processing” operation. The media wrongly identified a small Australian medical consulting firm of the same name; they vehemently denied the link with the Taliban.

Werner Zimmermann, 56, ECI’s owner and managing director, told Vice on Friday he was not happy that news of the deal had gone public, and claimed the scale of the agreement had been misconstrued.

His company operates in Lesotho, Morocco, Kyrgyzstan, North Macedonia, and Cyprus, with Kazakhstan and Afghanistan soon to be added to the list.

Zimmermann’s firm builds cannabis-processing plants and consults on legal issues, such as the feasibility of exporting medical weed to other countries. The Afghan project is due to follow the building of a €500,000 ($565,818) plant in Kazakhstan.

ECI plans to produce medical cannabis in Afghanistan for both local and international markets, but if countries like Germany legalize the drug, they may start growing the plant for recreational use, the businessman told Vice.

Zimmermann dismissed concerns about human rights abuses committed by the Taliban. “I work professionally, not ideologically, with the minister of the interior in charge, and I support them with my project,” he said.

The businessman also claimed that he’s been receiving threats from representatives of a European drug cartel who are unhappy with his plans, which could cut into their share of the market.

Despite being outlawed since the ‘70s, the cannabis plant is indigenous to Afghanistan and was, at least until the Taliban takeover in the summer, consumed by people in remote parts of the country.

Ex-Michigan House Speaker Lee Chatfield accused of sexually assaulting teen for years

LANSING, Mich. — State police in northern Michigan were investigating Thursday after a woman accused former state House Speaker Lee Chatfield of sexually assaulting her multiple times,beginning when she was 14 or 15 years old.

The accuser, now 26, filed a criminal complaint with the Lansing Police Department, which referred it to state police earlier this week. Her lawyer, Jamie White, confirmed the nature of the allegations first reported by Lansing City Pulse, including that Chatfield began molesting her more than a decade ago and the sexual contact continued until last year.

State police spokesperson Shanon Banner declined to provide additional information.

The alleged assaults began when the then-14- or 15-year-old girl attended Northern Michigan Baptist Bible Church and Northern Michigan Christian Academy near Burt Lake, about 60 miles northeast of Traverse City, White said.

The Associated Press does not typically identify people who say they are victims of sexual assault unless they choose to come forward publicly.

Chatfield taught and coached at the school and was the athletic director between 2010 and 2014, according to his LinkedIn profile. His father is pastor of the church, the school superintendent and a teacher.

Phone and text messages seeking comment were left by the AP Thursday night for Chatfield, 33, who left the House in 2020 due to term limits.

“She did what she’s supposed to do. She went to the immediate jurisdiction that she thought was appropriate,” White said. “Her and her family, they’re working through it. They’re looking forward to working with law enforcement to bring this allegation to conclusion and (bring) accountability for others that have been harmed.”

Chatfield, the youngest House speaker in more than a century, was the Republican leader for two years and was among seven Michigan GOP lawmakers who met with then-President Donald Trump at the White House as Trump tried to overturn Democrat Joe Biden’s win in the state.

Philip Banks, unindicted co-conspirator in bribery scandal, named deputy mayor

Mayor Eric Adams has named former NYPD chief Philip Banks — an unindicted co-conspirator in a sweeping federal police corruption case — the deputy mayor of public safety, City Hall sources confirmed Friday.

Banks, who’s long been rumored to be appointed to the reinstituted post by Adams, will return to public office nearly eight years after abruptly resigning from the top uniformed spot in the department amid the federal probe into the NYPD.

The post, last held by Milton Mollen in 1992, is tasked with overseeing the NYPD and other public safety matters. Banks’ day-to-day duties, however, were not immediately clear.

At the time, Banks had said his rift with then-Police Commissioner Bill Bratton over his promotion to first deputy commissioner, the second in command, spurred his resignation.

It was later revealed the rising star’s surprise move came as the feds probed “hundreds of thousands” of dollars in Banks’ account as part of the investigation into Jona Rechnitz and Jeremy Reichberg, who bribed cops with hookers and jewelry.

Banks was never charged in the case but later named by the feds as an unindicted co-conspirator.

Rechnitz and Reichberg were both convicted of bribery and corruption and sentenced to 48 months in prison.

Banks, as well as Adams, has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and pointed to the fact that the feds never brought criminal charges as proof of his innocence.

Dr. Robert Malone Reveals CIA Psychological Operation Pushing COVID-19 Hysteria, Vaccines

Speaking to radio host Stew Peters, Dr. Robert Malone exposed what he described as a “handshake agreement” psychological operation “managed” by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency and their international colleagues in the UK against the American and British populations with regards to the COVID-19 vaccines.

Dr. Robert Malone, who’s work pioneered the creation of modern mRNA vaccines, recently told radio host Stew Peters that U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and their international colleagues in the United Kingdom are “managing” a psychological operation, otherwise known as “psyops,” on the American and British populations with regards the controversial COVID-19 vaccines, which do not prevent vaccinated individuals from contracting or spreading the virus.

The psyops, according to Peters and Malone, are designed to convince people in the US and UK to agree to be injected with the controversial COVID-19 vaccines, which Dr. Malone said have been linked to a “huge number of deaths and adverse events,” despite the U.S. government “manipulating data” on them.

“There’s psyops happening, conflicting ones, all over the globe,” Peters said to Dr. Malone. “This is what I’m really most interested in, I think, hearing from you about because we know that our CIA is involved in psyops.”

Dr. Malone replied, “So here’s the game. The way its playing is that the CIA is managing the psyops for the domestic US government outside of the US borders, and their equivalent colleagues over in the UK are managing the psyops against the United States.”

“So you don’t believe that the CIA is actively involved in getting Americans to agree to get vaccinated through a psyop?” Peters asked.

“They don’t have to,” Dr. Malone said. “It’s a wink-wink, nod-nod, agreement so they have cover, legal cover, because they’re not allowed to do this against the United States, and so what they do is get their buddies in the UK do to it against us, and the folks in the UK aren’t allowed to do it against their people, so we do it against the UK.”

“It’s a handshake agreement,” Dr. Malone said.

Dr. Malone had previously amassed a huge following on Twitter before being banned by the Big Tech giant for tweeting verifiable content that was critical of the COVID-19 vaccines. The following day, he appeared for an interview with Joe Rogan and explained that millions of people have undergone a phenomena known as mass formation psychosis.

‘Destroying Democracy’ – Polish Govt Takes Facebook to Task for Banning Right-Wing Party

Poland’s government has taken Facebook (now rebranding as Meta) to task for blacklisting a eurosceptic party with representation in the Polish parliament from Facebook.

“Today Meta announced that it would block the official Facebook page of Konfederacja, a political party which has representatives in the Polish parliament,” wrote Janusz Cieszyński, the Secretary of State for Digital Affairs in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland, in a letter to the Mark Zuckerberg led social media giant dated January 5th.

Cieszyński said he had “been informed that the blocking is due to the repeated spreading of COVID-19 disinformation on the party’s Facebook profile” and noted that the Polish government was “itself conducting a number of activities aimed at combatting” disinformation of the type alleged — but insisted in bold print that “Nevertheless, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Poland, I would like to protest your decision in the strongest terms and [call on you to bring] the profile back to Facebook.”

“I believe that this decision sets a dangerous precedent in which a legally operating political party, which enjoys considerable support and has a representation in parliament, loses an important platform where they can reach out to its voters,” he explained, accusing Facebook of taking away “a major political discourse opportunity” from “both sides of the democratic process” — which he described as “the essence of modern European society.”

Award-winning teacher at Manhattan charter school is accused of grooming and sexually abusing a student for years starting when she was in fourth grade

A celebrated teacher at a Manhattan charter school has been arrested for allegedly grooming and sexually assaulting a fourth grade student for several years.

Cesar Sanchez, a 39-year-old science and basketball teacher at KIPP Washington Heights, began making sexually suggestive comments when the girl was in fourth grade.

The girl, now aged 14, said he then progressed to groping her in middle school.

A second girl also accused Sanchez of behaving inappropriately, and blurring student-teacher lines like asking to be friends on Instagram.

In 2018, he was awarded the 'Blackboard Award' by the New York Family newsletter, and in his acceptance speech thanked parents for trusting him with their children.

He paid tribute to 'the amazing families who trust me with their kids every single day.'

A criminal complaint was filed in Manhattan Criminal Court against Sanchez, a father of two whose wife is a principal at another KIPP school.

The alleged abuse stopped temporarily when classes went remote in March 2020, but in February 2021 Sanchez touched the girl's breast and pushed his crotch against her, according to the complaint.

Sanchez was arraigned on December 23 and a judge set bail at $7,500.

He was charged with sexual conduct against a child and endangering child welfare and is due back in court next month.

Parents were informed on Thursday that Sanchez had been fired, as well as the principal Danny Swersky, for his handling of the case.

Swersky was terminated soon after Sanchez's arrest for failing 'to follow KIPP NYC's procedures or meet KIPP NYC's expectations in how he handled this matter,' said superintendent Jim Manly in an email sent to parents on Thursday morning, obtained by The New York Daily News.

Following Free Beacon Story, DHS Reveals Report on Illegal Immigrant Population - Biden admin failed to produce report on visa overstays in 2021

President Joe Biden's Department of Homeland Security quietly released a long-awaited report on Tuesday evening detailing large segments of the illegal immigrant population that it had been keeping from the public, but backdated the report to make it look as if the agency had posted it online when it was expected last year.

The agency posted its 2020 Entry/Exit Overstay Report, which provides an exact accounting of foreign travelers with expired visas who are no longer legally allowed to be in the United States. The release comes two months after the Washington Free Beacon reported in November on the administration's failure to post the report, which the executive branch is legally required to produce annually to Congress and has in the past been promptly shared with the public. While the administration had released the report to select members of Congress, it had yet to be released to the public—a major departure from prior transparency standards.

Though the report wasn't released until Jan. 4, 2022, the DHS website backdated the release date on its website to show it was posted on Sept. 30, 2021, the date the report was submitted to Congress. In previous years, the release date on DHS's website reflects when the report was posted publicly and not when the report was first given to Congress.

DHS did not respond to a request for comment on the decision to backdate the report.

The failure to publicly release the report elicited anger from Republicans on Capitol Hill, who voiced concerns that the administration was withholding the report during negotiations over the White House spending proposals to hide the number of migrants who could receive amnesty under the president's Build Back Better plan. Sens. Josh Hawley (R., Mo.) and James Lankford (R., Okla.) in December sent a letter to DHS chief Alejandro Mayorkas demanding its public release.

"We are concerned that DHS did not publish the FY 2020 Entry/Exit Overstay Report on a public website out of concerns that this report would complicate the conversation around the ‘Plan C' amnesty proposals in the Democrats’ partisan reconciliation package," Hawley and Lankford wrote. "Plan C" amnesty refers to the third attempt by Democratic lawmakers to get the Senate parliamentarian to allow the inclusion of immigration reform in their budget reconciliation bill.

The now-public 2020 report documents the "highest ‘suspected in country overstay rate' of all the public reports out there," one immigration expert who viewed the report told the Free Beacon. According to the data provided by DHS, 584,885 foreign nationals overstayed their visa, compared with 497,272 in 2019.

That record-breaking overstay rate is due to "the COVID-19 outbreak," Mayorkas says in the report, calling it "an anomaly when compared with the prevailing trend" of declining overstays over the years. He wrote that DHS "will continue to publicly release this report, at a minimum, on an annual basis," ignoring the fact that no report was published publicly last year.

Those identified as potential visa overstays in the report are not necessarily targeted for removal by immigration authorities. Congress mandated that the report be released annually to the public due to the belief that "the large number of annual in-country alien overstays threatens national security and the integrity of legal immigration."

Trump targeted visa overstay rates in an April 2019 executive order that directed DHS to "engage with the governments of countries with [high] total overstay [rates]."

The 2021 fiscal year saw more recorded illegal border crossings than at any time in U.S. history. November saw an increase in border crossings after a three-month downward trend.

Biden's handling of the visa overstay report is part of a broader culture of secrecy from the White House on the topic of immigration. The Free Beacon reported on Wednesday that Immigration and Customs Enforcement has yet to release its annual report detailing the number of illegal immigrants removed from the United States in 2021.

After attempting to open a court case against Ennadha, on suspicion of terrorism, now the executive headed by the president – which since 25 July 2021 has controlled all levers of power in the land of jasmine – has now taken action. On the night of December 31, Interior Ministry officials in civilian clothes arrested Bhiri, vice president of Ennadha and former Minister of Justice in Tunisia from 2011 to 2012. Bhiri is accused of terrorism.

According to Ennadha, it would not be an arrest but a real kidnapping, carried out by security agents in civilian clothes. According to what emerged, during the kidnapping, Bhiri’s wife, lawyer Saida al Akrimi, was allegedly attacked while opposing her husband’s kidnapping. Ennadha “strongly denounces this dangerous precedent which marks the country’s entry into the tunnel of tyranny and the oppression of political opponents by the coup regime”.

President Kais Saied, accused by the moderate Islamic party Ennahda of having orchestrated a coup d’état with the freezing of parliament on 25 July, has promised to defend the rights and freedoms won in the 2011 Tunisian revolution.

Ennahda, which has the most seats in the suspended parliament, was banned before the revolution due to its ties to Islamic extremism, but has since become the most influential party and member of successive coalition governments. Due to the severe economic crisis and a political system paralyzed by inter-party power plays and corruption, support for Ennahda has declined and, although it came first in the 2019 parliamentary elections, it won far fewer votes than in previous years. After Saied’s speech in July, several senior politicians and company executives were arrested or subjected to prosecution, often for corruption offenses.

Tunisian Interior Minister Taoufik Charfeddine justified on Monday the arrest of Noureddine Bhiri, with “suspicions of terrorism”, assuring that Bhiri is hospitalized because he refuses food and medicine, and that he is “well treated”.

According to a delegation from the Authority for the Prevention of Torture (INPT, independent authority) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights who visited him, Noureddine Bhiri has been hospitalized since Sunday “under close surveillance in cardiology” because he is suffering from various chronic diseases, diabetes and hypertension.

Bhiri is one of the founders of Ennadha. The Tunisian politician had already been arrested in the mid-eighties during the period of the Bourghiba presidency.

Pfizer Trial Data Shows Jab Caused Severe Fever in 1 Out of 5 Children

Pfizer’s experimental mRNA jab caused one in five children aged 2–5 enrolled in clinical trials to develop severe fevers, according to data from the company’s own trial. Fevers were observed in the higher dosage 10-microgram dose of mRNA, but it has still been approved by the FDA and CDC for children aged 5 to 12. All of this despite children having an extremely low risk of dying from Covid complications.

Pfizer’s experimental mRNA jab caused one in five children aged 2–5 enrolled in clinical trials to develop severe fevers, data from the company’s own trial shows.

Reporting on his Substack “Unreported Truths,” researcher Alex Berenson highlighted the alarming data released by the company itself to investors last month shows Pfizer is struggling to figure out dosages for the young age group.

“Fevers in kids 2-5 who received 10 micrograms of mRNA were both more common and more severe than those in other children tested with the vaccine, the company found,” Berenson reported, adding the adverse event occurred regardless of first, or second dose tests.

The data appears in slide #23 of a slideshow presentation prepared for analysts and investors on December 17, and shows the 2 to 5 age range was more highly affected than any other group.

Kazakh President Issues "Shoot To Kill Without Warning" Order As Armed Insurgent Groups Form

Kazakhstan’s president as well as international news wires are saying that Kazakh security forces have taken control of most of the city streets in Almaty, where days of riots have raged and central government buildings have been torched. Heavy military vehicles and armaments have also been seen deployed across other major cities.

This after President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev ordered his security forces to "shoot to kill without warning" - according to Reuters and state media. He reiterated in a Friday televised address that the demonstrators and rioters will be "destroyed" as prior riot control measures have moved to "counterterrorist" operations.

This as an estimated 3,000 Russian troops are said to be on the ground as part of a joint peace-keeping mission authorized by Russian-led the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). More may be on the way.

Despite the claim that order is slowly being restored, there have still been widespread reports of gunshots ringing out over central city squares and streets, following dramatic images of the past few days showing pitched gun battles. Al Jazeera reports Friday:

The interior ministry said that 26 "armed criminals" had been "liquidated" and more than 3,000 detained since last weekend, while 18 police and national guard service members had also been killed.

Gunshots could be heard on Friday morning near the central square in the largest city, Almaty, where troops and protesters battled on previous days.

Deputies arrest Florida man who allegedly broke into home, sexually assaulted a teen girl in her bedroom

MARION COUNTY, Fla. – Deputies with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 19-year-old man who allegedly kicked in the door of a home and assaulted a girl on Wednesday.

The Sheriff’s Office reported: On January 5, 2022, at approximately 2:00 p.m., the Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) received a report of a suspicious incident at a home near Belleview. Deputy Michael Lowder responded to the home and, upon his arrival, he came into contact with the victim and also observed Tylor Moreno running away from the home toward the woods. The victim told Deputy Lowder that Moreno, with whom she was acquainted, forced his way into her home and then into her bedroom where he sexually battered her against her will. The victim also told investigators that during the attack, Moreno took her cellphone away so that she could not call for help.

MCSO Deputies, with the assistance of the Sheriff’s Aviation Unit and K-9 unit, conducted a search of the area. Moreno was located by members of the Aviation Unit who relayed his position to deputies on the ground who took Moreno into custody.

Moreno was transported to Central Operations for an interview with Inspector Dice. During the interview, Moreno admitted to going to the victim’s residence and kicking in the doors to gain entry. He admitted to taking the victim’s phone away to prevent her from contacting law enforcement. Moreno also admitted that he committed sexual battery upon the victim against her will.

Moreno was placed under arrest and transported to the Marion County Jail, where he is held without bond. He is charged with: Sexual Battery on a Victim 12 Years of Age or Older but Less than 18 Years of Age, Burglary of an Occupied Dwelling, and Tampering with a Victim

The Pentagon and CIA Have Shaped Thousands of Hollywood Movies Into Super Effective Propaganda

Propaganda is most impactful when people don’t think it’s propaganda, and most decisive when it’s censorship you never knew happened. When we imagine that the U.S. military only occasionally and slightly influences US movies, we are extremely badly deceived. The actual impact is on thousands of movies made, and thousands of others never made. And television shows of every variety. The military guests and celebrations of the US military on game shows and cooking shows are no more spontaneous or civilian in origin than the ceremonies glorifying members of the US military at professional sports games — ceremonies that have been paid for and choreographed by US tax dollars and the US military. The “entertainment” content carefully shaped by the “entertainment” offices of the Pentagon and the CIA doesn’t just insidiously prepare people to react differently to news about war and peace in the world. To a huge extent it substitutes a different reality for people who learn very little actual news about the world at all.

The US military knows that few people watch boring and non-credible news programs, much less read boring and non-credible newspapers, but that great masses will eagerly watch long movies and TV shows without too much worrying about whether anything makes sense. We know that the Pentagon knows this, and what military officials scheme and plot as a result of knowing this, because of the work of relentless researchers making use of the Freedom of Information Act. These researchers have obtained many thousands of pages of memos, notes, and script re-writes. I don’t know whether they’ve put all of these documents online — I certainly hope they do and that they make the link widely available. I wish such a link were in giant font at the end of a fantastic new film. The film is called Theaters of War: How the Pentagon and CIA Took Hollywood. The Director, Editor, and Narrator is Roger Stahl. The Co-Producers are Matthew Alford, Tom Secker, Sebastian Kaempf. They’ve provided an important public service.

In the film we see copies of and hear quotations from and analysis of much of what has been uncovered, and learn that thousands of pages exist that nobody has yet seen because the military has refused to produce them. Film producers sign contracts with the US military or CIA. They agree to “weave in key talking points.” While unknown quantities of this sort of thing remain unknown, we do know that nearly 3,000 films and many thousands of TV episodes have been given the Pentagon treatment, and many others have been handled by the CIA. In many film productions, the military effectively becomes a co-producer with veto power, in exchange for allowing the use of military bases, weapons, experts, and troops. The alternative is the denial of those things.

But the military is not as passive as this might suggest. It actively pitches new story ideas to movie and TV producers. It seeks out new ideas and new collaborators who might bring them to a theater or laptop near you. Act of Valor actually began life as a recruitment advertisement.
