Both, Epstein's chair is most likely to gain info, the dental chair, but the sound proof room is a clean room, so not sure what they extract, aluminum foil makes me think of using electricity for what ever reason, so I'm sure it smells like burnt hair and excrement.

They love to be interactive, so, I'm sure it's used for that as well, but the more hands on, with their own tool, the better. If they have a willing client, with enough money for a fast extraction of it, then yea, but they do prefer it messy, inside a clean place usually is not the place.

For future pics of such types of chairs, if in an indoor bathroom, look for a drain on the floor, and a room that can be sprayed down, to remove evidence. Looking at some properties to buy, I did see some really planned out bathrooms, I would think, one day, will be torn down, and made a bird sanctuary, like what I'm hearing DC will become.
