May, 1989: Robert Maxwell hosted a party on his yacht named after his youngest daughter, the Lady Ghislaine. Among the guests were Donald Trump; Mike Wallace; William Safire; Barbara Walters; Steve Ross the CEO of soon to be Time Warner; former Secretary of the Navy and one time Henry Kissinger staffer Jon Lehman; Thomas Pickering another former Kissinger staffer who at the time was U.S. ambassador to Israel; Maxwell's co-conspirator Senator John Tower (R-TX) in selling software Mossad had altered with a backdoor to the Los Alamos Labratory, and who had investigated GHW's involvement in Iran-Contra, and who would die (April 5, 1991) in a suspicious plane crash months before Maxwell's own "suicide" off this very yacht; and last, but not least, his daughter Ghislaine.

April 5, 1991: Atlantic Southeast Airlines; Embraer Brasila, flight 2311, near Brunswick, GA, crashed. Senator John Tower, of Texas, was killed along with his daughter, 18 other passengers, and three crew members. Also killed in the crash was NASA astronaut Sonny Carter.

2004: Doug Schoen introduced Victor Pinchuk to the Clintons. Pinchuk is a Ukrainian oligarch and billionaire, founder of Interpipe Group, one of Ukraine’s largest steel producers, EastOne Group, a large London-based international investment firm, and StarLightMedia, Ukraine’s largest broadcasting conglomerate. Pinchuk’s father-in-law is Leonid Kuchma, the Ukrainian president from the mid-1990s through the mid-2000s. Kuchma privatized and sold a state-run steel factory to Pinchuk. Pinchuk was a member of Ukraine’s parliament at about the same time. Pinchuk also founded the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, Ukraine’s largest philanthropic group, which, among other donations, gave about $10 to $25 million to the Clinton Foundation. The Clintons have traveled on Pinchuk’s private plane, and Pinchuk attended former Bill Clinton’s 65th birthday party in Los Angeles in 2011. Pinchuk’s foundation also donated $150,000 to the Donald J. Trump Foundation in 2015 for Trump to appear by video at a Kyiv conference.
