Been a lurker since January (I'm always the last to know type) and a recent poster, digger, and half ass'd meme'r.
Anyway, the way I understand Q, is that this board (and others boards Q has used) will unfold as 100% of the intel as the future happens. Q stated that '"you have more than you know" several times.
Long story short, the 40/60 will be for the sheeple, sleeping, and arbitrators who do not have eyes that see or ears that hear as does this board.
My beleif is that Q has FULL CONTROL, and has given ALL of the intel (mentioned this was the biggest INTEL drop in history)..
