Any of you faggots working on this China PIPL stuff?

I am. If you ask me, it’s like China is bracing for a moment in time when they will be disconnected from the rest of the world.

The way the laws work on this is that no personal info about a human can leave (transmit) or be stored outside of China. The result is that all server infrastructure is to be housed in China, making everything able to be run internally, without any external dependencies.

Just seems fishy that it’s being driven like a mad rush to get out in place. Why is it so urgent?
