There are definitely a couple of ways to keep things organized. And to make sure bakers aren't shills.
It's using either tripcodes or past-bake verification so that shill bakers can't get in. There may be other solutions too, bring your ideas.
Yes, vetting bakers limits the freedom of just anybody to bake. But all it really means is that they need to "show their work", so we can keep this place from being overrun with shills.
No business lets just anybody come in and run the place. Why should we?
