I think it's way too early for baker sign ins. IMHO let's see what the state of the place is once we remove the OSS stench. I think it will be running surprisingly well. It actually always did but the board management treated the bakers like dirt and had fun with bakeoffs at anon expense. They wouldn't lock breads or clean the catalog and mocked anons that asked them to.

All we are saying is give anons a chance to work this out before you start forcing people out of anonymity. That's a pretty drastic step.

We're what, 6 days in? Here's the way I see the baking/ebaking right now. For the bake it's a handoff. For a ebake its' from a ghosted kitchen with no notables. When there are dual bakes at the same time, for the time being, I wouldn't take it personally if your bread gets locked and it's nothing anybody did wrong and the management has to pick whatever works better for the board in their opinion. None of this is personal. It's just sorting things out 6 days in. OSS is a master of making people angry and hostile. That's why we broke up with him.

That is a good defense of tripcodes. OSS did a lot of damage lying about people using his 'proofs' that really didn't show anything. He just made wild shit up and started attacking his perceived threats. Tripcodes would have stopped that but also tripcodes breed elitism that would hatch more mini oss's. Anon's not putting up with a baker - how do anons get rid of that baker? Need a lot more rules for sure around 'tripcodes'.
