I grew up in Chicago.
I had a friend who grew up in Milwaukee.
About 20 years ago, I was talking to this friend about how the elections in Chicago are all rigged and everyone knows it. He thought I was crazy and said, "no way"
I haven't talked to this friend in many years.
I wonder if he still thinks I'm crazy.
Defund Public Schools.
Make all schools Private Schools, run by the parents.
Get rid of the taxes that support Public Schools.
If a person really can't afford school tuition, let them apply for assistance. Like a person would apply for any other kind of welfare.
