We are at a crossroads.

 

There are ways of keeping shills out of the kitchen.

But it means asking bakers to show their work or otherwise demonstrate both their competancy and their ability to cooperate. Not after they have messed things up but when asking for a handff.

 

The kitchen has done this before and it did work.

Admin will support in any way possible, but if the kitch is wide open, you WILL have shills baking - just like if you leave your front door open, you will have people wandering in.

 

Combined with the idea that bakers decision is final and it's not ok to change their notables, it means having muh joos and whatever else baker wants - with no anon recourse.

 

We just had 16 months of that. Let's no do it again.

 

IMO, ethical bakers do not - or should not - mind revealing their work - it's the shills who object.
