noms only was effective, it got more anons to call out notes, I think it IS practical for the time being until there is more participation.

I dont know who noms, I always used to do it and I wasn't a baker or oldfag. It's easy to do, compared to baking and scraping through 750 posts, and then the notes are by anons, not by one guy who thinks he knows best.
