I don't quite think Russia is fucking around with Biden in a joint effort with Ukraine. That's some prime real estate for R. to get a hold of.
I DO think Biden is blackmailing and intentionally harming Ukraine, tho. It's not like he doesn't have a history of doing exactly that.
