I watched the video (re-embedded) and stared at the foliage to see if there was any wind.
Saw one of the white spots in the green move.
Then noticed that there's a ceiling fan visible through the window in the upper right, in motion it looks like the entire time (didn't watch the whole song and dance routine).
So fake backdrop, but they used an animated backdrop. Wonder if they'll film in a freezer next?
