Democrats Were Stealing Overseas and Military Ballots from Michigan, Georgia and Now Arizona Too

 

Last Monday the Arizona Senate reconvened. During a senate session, the discussion turned to the UOCAVA voters — the voters covered under the Uniform Overseas Civilian Absentee Voting Act. These are the men and women who are serving their country in the military and send in a mail-in vote from where they are stationed outside the country.

 

The act officially covers:

 

members of the United States Uniformed Services and merchant marine;

their family members; and

United States citizens residing outside the United States.

 

During the hearing, Paul Harris, a Maricopa resident and veteran in corporate executive management, spoke to the committee. Harris was a manager during the audit of the Maricopa County audit of the 2020 election ballots.

 

Paul Harris was tasked with overseeing the UOCAVA ballots during the audit. He described his experience.

 

Paul Harris: The UOCAVA is the Uniform Overseas Civilian Absentee Voting Act ballot. That ballot is sent out to men and women who work overseas and the people who work overseas to get a chance to work in the election. This is what a ballot looks like that goes out, an 11 1/2 X 19 ballot. When I opened up a box of ballots this is what a ballot looks like that’s a UOCAVA ballot. You know what that is? It’s an 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of copy paper.

 

Paul Harris continued: “Did you all know that our ballots come back like this from our overseas people? Did any of you know thia? It is such a sham that I had people everyday at my table taking pictures of these ballots that were scanned down. It took my team three complete days to count all of the UOCAVA ballots. You know why? Because in 2016 the numbers were apparently 1,600 UOCAVA ballots that came back in the most significant election in our lifetime. In 2020 the numbers were close to 9,600 ballots that came back. And I will tell you as an eye-witness, 95%… all went towards one candidate. And in a state where a candidate won by 10,000 votes that is 8,000 new votes during an election where people were brought home because there was a pandemic… No chain of custody. There’s nothing to identify where this piece of paper came from.

 

This testimony by Paul Harris is very similar to what we witnessed in Michigan and Georgia.

President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden in Michigan on election night when all of a sudden they stopped counting votes.

 

At around 4:30 AM AFTER Election Day, a massive ballot dump of more than 130,000 votes appeared for Joe Biden in Michigan.

 

One GOP elections observer on Tuesday said all of the military ballots she saw looked like “Xerox copies” of each other – none were registered Michigan voters and 100% went for Joe Biden.

 

The witness, Patty McMurray, described her experience at the TCF Center on Wednesday morning.

 

“Not one of the military ballots was a registered voter and the ballots looked like they were all exactly the same Xerox copies of the ballot – they were all for Biden across the board, there wasn’t a single Trump vote and none of the voters were registered, “witness Patty said. “They had to manually enter the names, addresses, enter birthdate of 1/1/2020 which would override the system and allow them to enter non-registered voters of which I saw several that day, throughout the day, that’s how they would override voters that were neither in the electronic poll book or in the supplemental updated poll book.”

The original military votes were discarded and Democrats printed up new military ballots for Joe Biden — 100% for Joe Biden!

 

So what happened to these original ballots? And how were they intercepted?

 

This was not an isolated incident.

 

The same thing occurred in Fulton County Georgia. Nearly all the votes went to Joe Biden, which is statistically impossible:

The Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) and The Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR) passed a staggering $419 million of Zuckerberg’s money into local government elections offices, and it came with strings attached.

 

CTCL demanded the promotion of universal mail-in voting through suspending election laws, extending deadlines that favored mail-in over in-person voting, staffed get-out-the-vote efforts, ballot curing, and counting operations.

 

CTCL also drove the proliferation of ballot drop boxes which created the opportunity for this network of “2000 Mules” to illegally ballot harvest in the swing states that ultimately decided the outcome of the election.

 

At the very same time Zuckerberg worked to radically transform the 2020 election, he emailed Dr. Anthony Fauci on March 15, 2020, and said, “I also wanted to share a few ideas of ways we could help you get your message out".

 

That message was deleting anti-lockdown protest pages, blocking scientists and doctors from discussions of early treatment protocols, closing down schools, promoting mask mandates, and pushing for the nationwide lockdowns that would allow Zuckerberg’s CTCL to implement universal mail-in voting and ballot drop boxes.

“Votes cast by mail are less likely to be counted, more likely to be compromised and more likely to be contested than those cast in a voting booth, statistics show… Voting by mail is now common enough and problematic enough that election experts say there have been multiple elections in which no one can say with confidence which candidate was the deserved winner… Absentee ballots also make it much easier to buy and sell votes… all the evidence of stolen elections involves absentee ballots and the like.”

 

The above quote was compiled from a 2012 New York Times article entitled, “Error and Fraud at Issue as Absentee Voting Rises”. Before the 2020 election, there was a bipartisan consensus that voting by mail was more easily abused than in-person voting.

 

In a 2005 report signed by President Jimmy Carter and James A. Baker III, who served as secretary of state under the first President George Bush, the Commission on Federal Election Reform report stated, “Absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud.”

 

Specifically, the report called on states to prohibit third parties or political operatives from collecting ballots—a practice commonly known as “ballot harvesting.”

 

“State and local jurisdictions should prohibit a person from handling absentee ballots other than the voter, an acknowledged family member, the U.S. Postal Service, or other legitimate shipper, or election officials,” the 2005 commission report said. “The practice in some states of allowing candidates or party workers to pick up and deliver absentee ballots should be eliminated.”

 

A Slate article stated in 2016, "the only voting fraud schemes with the potential to actually swing elections involved mail-in ballots… This makes sense: It’s much easier to forge a signature, impersonate a voter, or buy a vote in the privacy of one’s home than it is in a voting booth at the polls…If Republicans were truly serious about eradicating voter fraud, they would severely restrict absentee voting, permitting it only when voters have a good excuse, like illness."

 

In March 2020, as coronavirus lockdowns rolled out around the country, prominent Democrats such as Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, and Barack Obama publicly called for a “vote-by-mail” election and “no-excuse absentee voting”.

 

On March 15, 2020, Joe Biden tweeted, “If you're exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 — or might be at risk — absentee or vote by mail options are the best way to make your voice heard, while protecting your neighbors.”

 

On March 17, 2020, the Washington Post and the New York Times’ cited Democratic National Committee’s chairman, Tom Perez, in two articles that urged states to “adopt vote-by-mail” and “no-excuse absentee voting” due to the coronavirus outbreak.

 

On March 19, 2020, Hillary Clinton tweeted, “Every voter must have the opportunity to vote by mail this year.” That same day California became the first state to lockdown due to the coronavirus followed by New York a day later.

 

On March 21, 2020, Adam Schiff tweeted, “All states should allow no-excuse vote by mail. Starting right now.” By March 25, 2020, Illinois, Connecticut, Wisconsin, Michigan, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Vermont, Hawaii, and Massachusetts had all locked down as Democrats continued the push for a vote-by-mail election.

 

On April 3, 2020, Nancy Pelosi tweeted, “Vote-by-mail is essential to protecting the future of our democracy as we confront this public health crisis. There is no legitimate argument against enacting it."

 

By April 9, 2020, as Ilhan Omar tweeted, “We need vote by mail nationwide,” every state except Arkansas, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming had already entered lockdowns.

A day later, Barack Obama tweeted, “Let’s not use the tragedy of a pandemic to compromise our democracy. Check the facts of vote by mail.” Obama’s tweet linked to an article by the New York Times entitled, “Does Vote-by-Mail Favor Democrats? No. It’s a False Argument by Trump.”

 

Although bipartisan consensus previously agreed that vote-by-mail leads to fraudulent elections, Democrats were able to increase the overall total of ballots cast by mail from 28.8 million in 2016 to 66.4 million in 2020, a whopping 131 percent increase.

 

Democrats simultaneously used the covid-19 crisis to push for nationwide mail-in voting, while altering election laws in 37 states to drop to mail-in ballot rejection rate by as much as 90% in key swing states.

 

Contrary to the New York Times article shared by former President Obama, Democrats did significantly benefit from the increase in vote-by-mail. The percentage of Democrats voting by mail rose from 26 percent in 2016 to 60 percent in 2020.

 

On the other hand, Republican voters only saw a rise from 21 percent to 32 percent. In other words, the extra 37.6 million ballots cast by mail during the 2020 election swung the election for Democrats.

 

But the question that remains is, how many of those mail-in ballots were illegal? A recent Rasmussen poll revealed that 59% of the country and 41% of Democrats believe that cheating was likely in the 2020 election.

 

This week surveillance footage emerged of an illegal ballot harvesting operation that took place during the 2020 election. True The Vote has spent the last year collecting more than 27 terabytes of geospatial and temporal data—a total of 10 trillion cell phone pings—between Oct. 1 and Nov. 6 in targeted areas in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

 

The data includes geofenced points of interest like ballot drop box locations, as well as UPS stores and select government, commercial, and non-governmental organization (NGO) facilities.

 

The vote monitoring organization based out of Houston, Texas, was able to take cell phone ping data and piece together that over 2,000 people—suspected ballot harvesters—were making multiple trips to multiple drop boxes. From there, True The Vote gathered 24 terabytes of surveillance video on ballot drop boxes to match the cell phone data.

 

Conservative podcaster, Dinesh D'Souza, released a trailer on Saturday for a film entitled “2,000 Mules” in which True The Vote’s 27 terabytes of geospatial data and 24 terabytes of ballot drop box surveillance videos will be turned into a highly-produced documentary by the experienced filmmaker. The trailer shows video surveillance of suspected ballot harvesters wearing gloves and disguises dropping off stacks of ballots in drop boxes.

 

This comes days after VoterGA’s David Cross released a video of Gwinnett County drop box surveillance footage. In the video, you can clearly see a man snapping a photo of his hand filled with fanned-out ballots before placing all of the ballots in a drop box. Georgia law strictly prohibits third-party activists from picking up and delivering ballots on behalf of voters, a tactic called "ballot harvesting".

 

John Solomon of Just The News reported that illegal ballot harvesters were paid $10 per ballot after he interviewed a Georgia man who admitted he was paid thousands of dollars to harvest ballots in the Atlanta area. This ballot trafficker was just one of 242 alleged ballot traffickers who made a total of 5,662 trips to ballot boxes in Georgia according to the investigation by True the Vote.

Biden won 25 of the 26 cities and counties that received at least $1 million in Zuckerberg’s CTCL grants. These dollars didn’t flow indiscriminately to needy areas of the country but largely to government election offices in the biggest cities of swing states, where the majority of Democrat voters are concentrated.

 

While Zuckerberg and Democrats pushed for universal mail-in voting in 2020, most developed countries ban mail-in ballots unless the citizen is living abroad or require Photo-IDs to obtain those ballots. In Europe, 74 percent of nations ban mail-in ballots for citizens living inside their country and an additional 21 percent require photo voter IDs.

 

In Europe, there are only two countries that do not restrict mail-in ballots: Germany and Hungary, though unlike the United States people must prove their citizenship to register to vote. Brazil, Russia, Israel, Mexico and a host of additional developed nations have also banned mail-in voting completely.

There are still many unanswered questions about the True The Vote investigation. Like who paid the ballot harvesters and how far those payments can be followed up the chain? Will a corrupt and compromised FBI and DOJ even pursue the perpetrators? Will state legislatures take action against mail-in ballot fraud and ballot drop boxes? How many illegal ballots were harvested by these “2,000 Mules”?

Voracious Lawyers Are Wildly Abusing Federal Disability Law To Run People Out Of Business

 

The American Disabilities Act created a new regulatory weapon to be used against any small business with a web presence.

 

magine a town with a Wal-Mart and a small family shop. Both are ground level and perfectly wheelchair accessible, but a new wheelchair ramp requirement — conspicuously supported by Wal-Mart — passes as a town ordinance. Wal-Mart builds its unnecessary ramp, but the small family shop can’t afford the construction expense and must close.

 

This is a simple explanation of how the American Disabilities Act (ADA), passed in 1990, can hurt small businesses. This charter has increased legal requirements that benefit disabled people, but it’s also fashioned a new regulatory weapon to be used against small business. Now it’s being weaponized against small businesses too, through litigation that claims their websites discriminate against the disabled.

 

It’s common knowledge that most regulation tends to disadvantage small businesses. Major corporations with higher profits can better afford to pay for fines, facilities, legal defense, and other expenses associated with regulation, while smaller businesses can’t.

 

Large companies also go on offense by lobbying rent-seeking politicians to pass regulations that favor themselves and hurt their smaller competitors. The regulatory impact on small businesses was especially evident during the pandemic, as large corporations lobbied hard for business closures that disproportionately applied to their mom-and-pop competitors.

 

Sometimes, this type of lawfare becomes its own cottage industry — and the ADA is a prime example. One California man filed more than 180 disability lawsuits, including one that demanded $75,000 in compensation from a family restaurant where “Someone bumped into his wheelchair, which jostled him as he was eating.”

Frivolous ADA Website Lawsuits

 

A new frontier in this lawfare is in the borderless digital world: ADA website compliance.

 

The ADA was passed before most Americans used the internet, so it doesn’t provide specific guidance for websites. But disabilities like vision impairment are an issue for online customers, meaning the ADA can be used against any company with a web presence that lacks various software add-ons, such as coded text descriptions that can be robotically read aloud for every image on the page. In 2022, an estimated 97 percent of websites are still non-compliant.

 

As a result, an enterprising group of 10 law firms has been filing thousands of ADA website lawsuits every year. For many small businesses, like the boutique Avanti Hotel in Palm Springs, California, the cost of compliance, along with fines and the ADA’s punitive attorney fee rules, make settling easier than fighting it out in court.

 

“I would really like to fight it, but it just comes down to finances,” Avanti’s manager Jim Rutledge told the Los Angeles Times. Most business owners settle with the plaintiffs, which has prevented courts from developing a clear body of case law regarding compliance.

Legislation Needed

 

These frivolous lawsuits are the digital version of ambulance-chasing. A group of 103 congressional representatives, led by Rep. Ted Budd, R-N.C., made exactly this argument in a letter to then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions in 2018, asking the Department of Justice to clarify its website ADA rules. But Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd responded that the Department of Justice would not be issuing any clarifying guidelines on ADA for websites, encouraging Congress to pass legislation instead.

 

Budd immediately sought to do so, introducing a rules clarification bill called the Online Accessibility Act (H.R. 8478) with bipartisan co-sponsorship. Budd is a rare tech-savvy congressman, with a better-than-average understanding of technical issues like online censorship and cryptocurrency.

 

But most of his fellow members on the House Committee on Energy and Commerce are not, and H.R. 8478 failed to pass in the 116th Congress. Budd has reintroduced his bill in the current session. He is also running for U.S. Senate in North Carolina — so business owners may have some hope this issue will be resolved in coming years.

 

Lainey Feingold, one of the attorneys who has made a career out of filing ADA website settlements to recoup legal fees, penned an article in favor of current vague ADA guidelines for websites. That’s because as long as the rules are not clearly defined, winning settlements is easy, and there will always be plenty of targets — the 97 percent of businesses that have not yet taken steps to correct their websites. Feingold believes that as long as there is “a Democrat in the White House and Democratic control over the House and Senate,” the ADA will never be clarified.

 

The alliance between large corporations, these ambulance chasers, and the Democrats will continue hurting small businesses until somebody stands up for them. Congress must recognize, albeit 20 years late, that websites are the new storefronts — and the law should be clear about how they’re handled.
