A: Use the liberal (radical) playbook against them.

 

The liberal play book says to isolate one (just one) and attack it mercilessly until it falls into submission. The rest will notice and follow - - and if not, the stragglers will be isolated and attacked in turn until they submit.

 

In this case, their tactics are fine for us to use as well.

US Charged With Trying To Provoke Russian Military Action At UN: "You Want It To Happen"

 

At a rare UN Security Council debate Monday, which was urged by the US but slammed by Russia as a publicity stunt - in order for Moscow to "explain itself" over what Washington has for weeks asserted are "imminent" plans to "invade" Ukraine - Russia's ambassador charged the US with seeking to provoke Russian action.

 

"They themselves are whipping up tensions and rhetoric and are provoking escalation," Russian Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia said of US and NATO motives. "The discussions about a threat of war is provocative in and of itself. You are almost calling for this. You want it to happen. You're waiting for it to happen."

 

Just prior to the meeting at UN headquarters in New York, the Kremlin once again charged the US and and some allies, especially Britain, of stoking "hysteria": "To our dismay, American media have lately been publishing a very large amount of unverified, distorted and deliberately deceitful information about what's happening in Ukraine and around it," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

 

"Hysteria hyped up by Washington is causing hysteria in Ukraine, almost to the point that people are packing their bags for the front. It's a fact," he added. Last week Ukrainian leaders surprisingly made similar statements, seeking to calm their own population amid reports of people raiding grocery stores and taking out all their cash from banks. There have also been reports that average Ukrainians are stockpiling weapons in preparation for a Russian onslaught and occupation.

 

During the UN back-and-forth, US Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield accused Russia of not just building up forces near the Ukrainian border, but of a massive force build-up in Belarus. She said Russia aims to send at least 30,000 troops to its closest former Soviet satellite state ally:

 

After placing some 5,000 troops in Belarus, "we've seen evidence that Russia intends to expand that presence to more than 30,000 troops near the Belarus border" with Ukraine by early February, US Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield told the UN Security Council, noting the forces would be "less than two hours north of Kyiv."

 

Her words had echoes of recent admin officials who bizarrely claimed (without evidence) that Russia is looking to invade and take over the Ukraine capital. During the remarks, Thomas-Greenfield decried what she described as "the largestโ€ฆ mobilization of troops in Europe in decades."

 

"You heard from our Russian colleagues that we're calling for this meeting to make you all feel uncomfortable. Imagine how uncomfortable you would be if you had 100,000 troops sitting on your border in the way that these troops are sitting on the border with Ukraine," she said. "This is not about antics. China is dead meat. It's not just Evergrande, but the entire RE sector, where ordinary Chinese have their life savings. So Evergrande, for example, has been paying their vendors for some time, with said commercial paper. A bustling secondary market exists for that paper. So if a company got a note that said, "We owe you a million, and you will get it a year from now, the company could turn around and dump the note on the secondary market for a discount of say 5%. Then they could turn around and pay their staff and their own sub vendors with the remaining $950,000.

 

Meanwhile, those other companies were also writing their own promissory notes for this and that. With a company the size of Evergrande (not to mention all the others, such as Kaisa), many of the vendors dealt only with the larger company. Their entire income stream was dependent on that one company. Obviously they are dead meat if that one company can't pay its vendors any more, with it visibly being a near certainty that they never will do so.

 

Evergrande is now run by the CCP through what they call a Risk Management Committee. What they are likely doing is stalling while they (CCP) cherry picks the remaining assets and transfers the good ones to other CCP entities. After them, first in line is Chinese investors, overseas barbarians pound sand. Evergrande ignored those overseas people (who have lawyered up) until about a week ago, when they actually trotted out a buck toothed Chinaman to say in effect, "We need another 6 months before we will submit a PRELIMINARY plan to deal with what we owe you." In other words, get fucked, you will get nothing, ever.

A 5-year-old boy from the UK who was born with autism never showed any emotion nor spoke a single word until his parents, by happenstance, found him a four-legged best friend for life.

 

Parents Hayley and Karsten Kirby-Bulner, from Andover, Hampshire, never intended for Fern the cocker spaniel to be their son Leonโ€™s dog; it just worked out that way. The couple own a falconry business, and the new puppy was supposed to do flushing work with hawks.

 

That is, until Fern met Leon, then 2, for the first time, in 2018. Thanks to the furry friend, the boyโ€™s reclusive state suddenly changed.

 

โ€œThe first time the duo met, we saw Leonโ€™s little face light up, he smiled and engaged with the tiny Fern,โ€ Hayley told The Epoch Times. โ€œAs parents, we were amazed, as Leon didnโ€™t interact, speak, or show any emotion at this point.โ€

 

Seeing the remarkable effect Fern had on their son, the parents knew right then and there theyโ€™d lost their falconry dog; Fern would belong to Leon.

 

In order to foster this special bond, and this seemingly miraculous change in their son, the parents set about finding a trainer for Fernโ€”to help her help Leon.

 

โ€œShe takes his clothes off, brings nappies, puts items in the bin, loads the washing machine, tidies up toys,โ€ said Hayley. โ€œAnd she has been trained to find him if he runs off.โ€

 

Moreover, Leon, who once was totally nonverbal, started to speakโ€”and not just a little bit.

Leon was also born with a rare brain condition called a Chiari malformation, which causes his lower brain to push down on his spinal canal, causing chronic headaches which he has difficulty dealing with.

 

โ€œWhen he suffers from a Chiari headache, he becomes very upset and angry and will self-harm, headbutting and hitting his head,โ€ Hayley said.

 

โ€œA simple shopping trip to a supermarket can be very troublesome, and when overloaded, Leon will start banging his head on floors,โ€ she added. โ€œFern will block his attempts and lay beneath his head until he has calmed down

 

โ€œFern was never taught to stop Leonโ€™s headbanging but she has instinctively done it from a young age.โ€

 

Fern would also have a calming effect during Leonโ€™s meltdowns, laying on him and applying deep, soothing pressure to ease his nerves, or nudging his hand as a distraction, encouraging him to stroke her.

 

But moreover, Leonโ€™s found a friend in Fern, and a source of strength.

 

โ€œFern gives Leon confidence in situations he would otherwise find impossible,โ€ Hayley said. They do everything together, from showering to sleeping to trying new foods.

 

So delighted were the Kirby-Bulners that they even started a dog training organization called T.A.P. Assistance Dogs to help more families with autistic children. They recently placed a second cocker spaniel, Arlo, with a family whose autistic child was in need of a friend.

Democrats Were Stealing Overseas and Military Ballots from Michigan, Georgia and Now Arizona Too

 

Last Monday the Arizona Senate reconvened. During a senate session, the discussion turned to the UOCAVA voters โ€” the voters covered under the Uniform Overseas Civilian Absentee Voting Act. These are the men and women who are serving their country in the military and send in a mail-in vote from where they are stationed outside the country.

 

The act officially covers:

 

members of the United States Uniformed Services and merchant marine;

their family members; and

United States citizens residing outside the United States.

 

During the hearing, Paul Harris, a Maricopa resident and veteran in corporate executive management, spoke to the committee. Harris was a manager during the audit of the Maricopa County audit of the 2020 election ballots.

 

Paul Harris was tasked with overseeing the UOCAVA ballots during the audit. He described his experience.

 

Paul Harris: The UOCAVA is the Uniform Overseas Civilian Absentee Voting Act ballot. That ballot is sent out to men and women who work overseas and the people who work overseas to get a chance to work in the election. This is what a ballot looks like that goes out, an 11 1/2 X 19 ballot. When I opened up a box of ballots this is what a ballot looks like thatโ€™s a UOCAVA ballot. You know what that is? Itโ€™s an 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of copy paper.

 

Paul Harris continued: โ€œDid you all know that our ballots come back like this from our overseas people? Did any of you know thia? It is such a sham that I had people everyday at my table taking pictures of these ballots that were scanned down. It took my team three complete days to count all of the UOCAVA ballots. You know why? Because in 2016 the numbers were apparently 1,600 UOCAVA ballots that came back in the most significant election in our lifetime. In 2020 the numbers were close to 9,600 ballots that came back. And I will tell you as an eye-witness, 95%โ€ฆ all went towards one candidate. And in a state where a candidate won by 10,000 votes that is 8,000 new votes during an election where people were brought home because there was a pandemicโ€ฆ No chain of custody. Thereโ€™s nothing to identify where this piece of paper came from.

 

This testimony by Paul Harris is very similar to what we witnessed in Michigan and Georgia.

The 2020 election was unlike previous elections with tech-billionaire Mark Zuckerberg effectively buying the election to create a two-tiered election system that disproportionately benefited Democrats.

 

The Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) and The Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR) passed a staggering $419 million of Zuckerbergโ€™s money into local government elections offices, and it came with strings attached.

 

CTCL demanded the promotion of universal mail-in voting through suspending election laws, extending deadlines that favored mail-in over in-person voting, staffed get-out-the-vote efforts, ballot curing, and counting operations.

 

CTCL also drove the proliferation of ballot drop boxes which created the opportunity for this network of โ€œ2000 Mulesโ€ to illegally ballot harvest in the swing states that ultimately decided the outcome of the election.

 

At the very same time Zuckerberg worked to radically transform the 2020 election, he emailed Dr. Anthony Fauci on March 15, 2020, and said, โ€œI also wanted to share a few ideas of ways we could help you get your message out".

 

That message was deleting anti-lockdown protest pages, blocking scientists and doctors from discussions of early treatment protocols, closing down schools, promoting mask mandates, and pushing for the nationwide lockdowns that would allow Zuckerbergโ€™s CTCL to implement universal mail-in voting and ballot drop boxes.

Nope the reason they will drop it in the UK is they are removing rights via the proposed changes to the Human Rights Act. They are removing the right to bodily autonomy so if the catastrophic changes get through they will not need a mandate.

The government is committed to updating the Human Rights Act 1998. This consultation seeks views on the governmentโ€™s proposals to revise the Human Rights Act and replace it with a Bill of Rights, in order to restore a proper balance between the rights of individuals, personal responsibility and the wider public interest.

 

Chapters 1 and 2 provide a background of the domestic and international human rights context. Chapter 3 explores issues that have emerged with how the Human Rights Act 1998 operates in practice and outlines the case for reform. Chapter 4 sets out the governmentโ€™s proposed reforms and their rationale in detail.

 

Each proposal is accompanied by specific consultation questions. We welcome responses on those questions. Submissions which do not focus on the questions but deal with the subject of the Human Rights Act more generally are also welcome.

 

To help us take full account of all potential impacts, including equality impacts, we shall complete a full Impact Assessment as necessary, once we have considered the responses to the consultation. We welcome responses from consultees on these proposals with regard to the potential impacts.

 

You will find the consultation document, along with a large print version, below.

 

We have published a Welsh language executive summary below and will publish a full Welsh consultation paper, and an easy read version in due course.

The above quote was compiled from a 2012 New York Times article entitled, โ€œError and Fraud at Issue as Absentee Voting Risesโ€. Before the 2020 election, there was a bipartisan consensus that voting by mail was more easily abused than in-person voting.

 

In a 2005 report signed by President Jimmy Carter and James A. Baker III, who served as secretary of state under the first President George Bush, the Commission on Federal Election Reform report stated, โ€œAbsentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud.โ€

 

Specifically, the report called on states to prohibit third parties or political operatives from collecting ballotsโ€”a practice commonly known as โ€œballot harvesting.โ€

 

โ€œState and local jurisdictions should prohibit a person from handling absentee ballots other than the voter, an acknowledged family member, the U.S. Postal Service, or other legitimate shipper, or election officials,โ€ the 2005 commission report said. โ€œThe practice in some states of allowing candidates or party workers to pick up and deliver absentee ballots should be eliminated.โ€

 

A Slate article stated in 2016, "the only voting fraud schemes with the potential to actually swing elections involved mail-in ballotsโ€ฆ This makes sense: Itโ€™s much easier to forge a signature, impersonate a voter, or buy a vote in the privacy of oneโ€™s home than it is in a voting booth at the pollsโ€ฆIf Republicans were truly serious about eradicating voter fraud, they would severely restrict absentee voting, permitting it only when voters have a good excuse, like illness."

 

In March 2020, as coronavirus lockdowns rolled out around the country, prominent Democrats such as Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, and Barack Obama publicly called for a โ€œvote-by-mailโ€ election and โ€œno-excuse absentee votingโ€.

 

On March 15, 2020, Joe Biden tweeted, โ€œIf you're exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 โ€” or might be at risk โ€” absentee or vote by mail options are the best way to make your voice heard, while protecting your neighbors.โ€

 

On March 17, 2020, the Washington Post and the New York Timesโ€™ cited Democratic National Committeeโ€™s chairman, Tom Perez, in two articles that urged states to โ€œadopt vote-by-mailโ€ and โ€œno-excuse absentee votingโ€ due to the coronavirus outbreak.

 

On March 19, 2020, Hillary Clinton tweeted, โ€œEvery voter must have the opportunity to vote by mail this year.โ€ That same day California became the first state to lockdown due to the coronavirus followed by New York a day later.

 

On March 21, 2020, Adam Schiff tweeted, โ€œAll states should allow no-excuse vote by mail. Starting right now.โ€ By March 25, 2020, Illinois, Connecticut, Wisconsin, Michigan, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Vermont, Hawaii, and Massachusetts had all locked down as Democrats continued the push for a vote-by-mail election.

 

On April 3, 2020, Nancy Pelosi tweeted, โ€œVote-by-mail is essential to protecting the future of our democracy as we confront this public health crisis. There is no legitimate argument against enacting it."

 

By April 9, 2020, as Ilhan Omar tweeted, โ€œWe need vote by mail nationwide,โ€ every state except Arkansas, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming had already entered lockdowns.

A day later, Barack Obama tweeted, โ€œLetโ€™s not use the tragedy of a pandemic to compromise our democracy. Check the facts of vote by mail.โ€ Obamaโ€™s tweet linked to an article by the New York Times entitled, โ€œDoes Vote-by-Mail Favor Democrats? No. Itโ€™s a False Argument by Trump.โ€

 

Although bipartisan consensus previously agreed that vote-by-mail leads to fraudulent elections, Democrats were able to increase the overall total of ballots cast by mail from 28.8 million in 2016 to 66.4 million in 2020, a whopping 131 percent increase.

 

Democrats simultaneously used the covid-19 crisis to push for nationwide mail-in voting, while altering election laws in 37 states to drop to mail-in ballot rejection rate by as much as 90% in key swing states.

 

Contrary to the New York Times article shared by former President Obama, Democrats did significantly benefit from the increase in vote-by-mail. The percentage of Democrats voting by mail rose from 26 percent in 2016 to 60 percent in 2020.

 

On the other hand, Republican voters only saw a rise from 21 percent to 32 percent. In other words, the extra 37.6 million ballots cast by mail during the 2020 election swung the election for Democrats.

 

But the question that remains is, how many of those mail-in ballots were illegal? A recent Rasmussen poll revealed that 59% of the country and 41% of Democrats believe that cheating was likely in the 2020 election.

 

This week surveillance footage emerged of an illegal ballot harvesting operation that took place during the 2020 election. True The Vote has spent the last year collecting more than 27 terabytes of geospatial and temporal dataโ€”a total of 10 trillion cell phone pingsโ€”between Oct. 1 and Nov. 6 in targeted areas in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

 

The data includes geofenced points of interest like ballot drop box locations, as well as UPS stores and select government, commercial, and non-governmental organization (NGO) facilities.

 

The vote monitoring organization based out of Houston, Texas, was able to take cell phone ping data and piece together that over 2,000 peopleโ€”suspected ballot harvestersโ€”were making multiple trips to multiple drop boxes. From there, True The Vote gathered 24 terabytes of surveillance video on ballot drop boxes to match the cell phone data.

 

Conservative podcaster, Dinesh D'Souza, released a trailer on Saturday for a film entitled โ€œ2,000 Mulesโ€ in which True The Voteโ€™s 27 terabytes of geospatial data and 24 terabytes of ballot drop box surveillance videos will be turned into a highly-produced documentary by the experienced filmmaker. The trailer shows video surveillance of suspected ballot harvesters wearing gloves and disguises dropping off stacks of ballots in drop boxes.

 

This comes days after VoterGAโ€™s David Cross released a video of Gwinnett County drop box surveillance footage. In the video, you can clearly see a man snapping a photo of his hand filled with fanned-out ballots before placing all of the ballots in a drop box. Georgia law strictly prohibits third-party activists from picking up and delivering ballots on behalf of voters, a tactic called "ballot harvesting".

 

John Solomon of Just The News reported that illegal ballot harvesters were paid $10 per ballot after he interviewed a Georgia man who admitted he was paid thousands of dollars to harvest ballots in the Atlanta area. This ballot trafficker was just one of 242 alleged ballot traffickers who made a total of 5,662 trips to ballot boxes in Georgia according to the investigation by True the Vote.

 

The 2020 election was unlike previous elections with tech-billionaire Mark Zuckerberg effectively buying the election to create a two-tiered election system that disproportionately benefited Democrats. There has also never been an example of a coordinated illegal vote harvesting ring crossing over multiple states until the 2020 election.

The Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) and The Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR) passed a staggering $419 million of Zuckerbergโ€™s money into local government elections offices, and it came with strings attached.

 

CTCL demanded the promotion of universal mail-in voting through suspending election laws, extending deadlines that favored mail-in over in-person voting, staffed get-out-the-vote efforts, ballot curing, and counting operations. CTCL also drove the proliferation of ballot drop boxes which created the opportunity for this network of โ€œ2000 Mulesโ€ to illegally ballot harvest in the swing states that ultimately decided the outcome of the election.

 

At the very same time Zuckerberg worked to radically transform the 2020 election, he emailed Dr. Anthony Fauci on March 15, 2020, and said, โ€œI also wanted to share a few ideas of ways we could help you get your message out".

 

That message was deleting anti-lockdown protest pages, blocking scientists and doctors from discussions of early treatment protocols, closing down schools, promoting mask mandates, and pushing for the nationwide lockdowns that would allow Zuckerbergโ€™s CTCL to implement universal mail-in voting and ballot drop boxes.

 

Biden won 25 of the 26 cities and counties that received at least $1 million in Zuckerbergโ€™s CTCL grants. These dollars didnโ€™t flow indiscriminately to needy areas of the country but largely to government election offices in the biggest cities of swing states, where the majority of Democrat voters are concentrated.

 

While Zuckerberg and Democrats pushed for universal mail-in voting in 2020, most developed countries ban mail-in ballots unless the citizen is living abroad or require Photo-IDs to obtain those ballots. In Europe, 74 percent of nations ban mail-in ballots for citizens living inside their country and an additional 21 percent require photo voter IDs.

 

In Europe, there are only two countries that do not restrict mail-in ballots: Germany and Hungary, though unlike the United States people must prove their citizenship to register to vote. Brazil, Russia, Israel, Mexico and a host of additional developed nations have also banned mail-in voting completely.

There are still many unanswered questions about the True The Vote investigation. Like who paid the ballot harvesters and how far those payments can be followed up the chain? Will a corrupt and compromised FBI and DOJ even pursue the perpetrators? Will state legislatures take action against mail-in ballot fraud and ballot drop boxes? How many illegal ballots were harvested by these โ€œ2,000 Mulesโ€?

Both are ground level and perfectly wheelchair accessible, but a new wheelchair ramp requirement โ€” conspicuously supported by Wal-Mart โ€” passes as a town ordinance. Wal-Mart builds its unnecessary ramp, but the small family shop canโ€™t afford the construction expense and must close.

 

This is a simple explanation of how the American Disabilities Act (ADA), passed in 1990, can hurt small businesses. This charter has increased legal requirements that benefit disabled people, but itโ€™s also fashioned a new regulatory weapon to be used against small business. Now itโ€™s being weaponized against small businesses too, through litigation that claims their websites discriminate against the disabled.

 

Itโ€™s common knowledge that most regulation tends to disadvantage small businesses. Major corporations with higher profits can better afford to pay for fines, facilities, legal defense, and other expenses associated with regulation, while smaller businesses canโ€™t.

 

Large companies also go on offense by lobbying rent-seeking politicians to pass regulations that favor themselves and hurt their smaller competitors. The regulatory impact on small businesses was especially evident during the pandemic, as large corporations lobbied hard for business closures that disproportionately applied to their mom-and-pop competitors.

 

Sometimes, this type of lawfare becomes its own cottage industry โ€” and the ADA is a prime example. One California man filed more than 180 disability lawsuits, including one that demanded $75,000 in compensation from a family restaurant where โ€œSomeone bumped into his wheelchair, which jostled him as he was eating.โ€

The ADA was passed before most Americans used the internet, so it doesnโ€™t provide specific guidance for websites. But disabilities like vision impairment are an issue for online customers, meaning the ADA can be used against any company with a web presence that lacks various software add-ons, such as coded text descriptions that can be robotically read aloud for every image on the page. In 2022, an estimated 97 percent of websites are still non-compliant.

 

As a result, an enterprising group of 10 law firms has been filing thousands of ADA website lawsuits every year. BRUNSWICK, Ga. (AP) โ€” A federal judge rejected a plea agreement Monday that would have averted a hate crimes trial for the white man convicted of murder for fatally shooting Ahmaud Arbery, whose parents angrily objected to the deal as unfair and unjust.

 

The decision by U.S. District Court Judge Lisa Godbey Wood came just hours after prosecutors gave notice that son and father Travis and Greg McMichael had agreed to plead guilty to hate crime charges that they chased, threatened and killed 25-year-old Arbery because he was Black.

 

But Travis McMichaelโ€™s sentencing hearing Monday afternoon turned emotional and contentious as federal prosecutors urged the judge to approve the deal even after Arberyโ€™s parents pleaded passionately for her to deny it.

 

Travis McMichael would have received 30 years in federal prison to be served alongside the penalty of life in prison without parole imposed by a state court judge for the murder conviction. By pleading guilty, he would have given up the chance to appeal his federal sentence.

 

But Arberyโ€™s family objected to a provision that sought to transfer Travis McMichael immediately to federal custody from state prison. Arberyโ€™s parents argued that conditions in federal prison wouldnโ€™t be as tough for the McMichaels.

 

Arberyโ€™s mother, Wanda Cooper-Jones, said she felt strongly that Travis McMichael should serve his entire sentence in a Georgia state prison.

 

โ€œPlease listen to me,โ€ Cooper-Jones told the judge. โ€œGranting these men their preferred choice of confinement would defeat me. It gives them one last chance to spit in my face.โ€

 

Wood said she was rejecting the deal because its terms would have locked her into a specific sentence. She said the Arbery family should have a say at sentencing in whatever punishment is ultimately given.

 

Now the question is whether Travis McMichael will withdraw the guilty plea he entered Monday, and whether Greg McMichael, who had been offered the same deal the judge denied, will still plead guilty as planned. The judge gave them both until Friday to return to the federal courthouse in Brunswick and give their answer.

 

The McMichaels armed themselves and chased Arbery in a pickup truck after they spotted him running in their neighborhood outside the port city of Brunswick on Feb. 23, 2020. A neighbor, William โ€œRoddieโ€ Bryan, joined the chase in his own truck and recorded cellphone video of Travis McMichael blasting Arbery with a shotgun.

 

A national outcry erupted when the graphic video leaked online two months later. Georgia was one of just four U.S. states without a hate crimes law at the time. Legislators quickly approved one, but it came too late for state hate crime charges in Arberyโ€™s killing.

 

Despite being convicted of murder in a Georgia state court trial last November, the McMichaels and Bryan still face federal hate crimes charges that accuse them of violating Arberyโ€™s civil rights and targeting him because he was Black.

Legislation Needed

 

These frivolous lawsuits are the digital version of ambulance-chasing. A group of 103 congressional representatives, led by Rep. Ted Budd, R-N.C., made exactly this argument in a letter to then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions in 2018, asking the Department of Justice to clarify its website ADA rules. But Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd responded that the Department of Justice would not be issuing any clarifying guidelines on ADA for websites, encouraging Congress to pass legislation instead.

 

Budd immediately sought to do so, introducing a rules clarification bill called the Online Accessibility Act (H.R. 8478) with bipartisan co-sponsorship. Budd is a rare tech-savvy congressman, with a better-than-average understanding of technical issues like online censorship and cryptocurrency.

 

But most of his fellow members on the House Committee on Energy and Commerce are not, and H.R. 8478 failed to pass in the 116th Congress. Budd has reintroduced his bill in the current session. He is also running for U.S. Senate in North Carolina โ€” so business owners may have some hope this issue will be resolved in coming years.

So the Biodefense Steering Committee will be chaired by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. Weโ€™ll see the Secretary of HHS come up again later so just keep it in mind. Two days after the moratorium on gain-of-function research was lifted, Fauci made the statement that โ€œno doubt Trump will face surprise infectious disease outbreakโ€

There are multiple examples of NGOs and the political establishment holding โ€œpandemic exercisesโ€

The United States Government was funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology through grant money originating from the Anthony Fauci led NIAID

Trumpโ€™s December 2017 National Security Strategy specifically mentions pandemics that โ€œTake lives, generate economic losses, and contribute to the loss of confidence in government institutionsโ€

Trumpโ€™s September 2018 NSPM 14 was specifically geared toward supporting national biodefense and was issued in conjunction with the National Biodefense Strategy

The National Biodefense Strategy discusses deliberate biological threats and outlines support and preservation of continuity of operations

NSPM 14 established a committee chaired by the Secretary of Health and Human Services that was tasked with implementing the National Biodefense Strategy

NSPM 14 established the National Security Advisor as the lead for policy coordination and review to provide strategic input and facilitate policy integration for Federal biodefense efforts

Now this is where things get really interesting.

Modernizing Influenza Vaccines

Since the beginning of his Presidency, Donald Trump and our military have viewed China as the biggest threat to not just America, but Democracy everywhere. This fact has been mentioned by Trump numerous times but was also laid out in the previously mentioned National Security Strategy:

Trump was already taking steps to beef up our biodefense in the face of a pandemic and deliberate biological threats. He also likely has โ€œJudas Goatsโ€ among the enemy which could provide intel. Knowing all of that and knowing how Trump viewed China based on his National Security Strategyโ€ฆ.

Before I show you those actions there is one more interesting thing we need to look at. As I have already stated, we donโ€™t yet have all the facts surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic but there are some interesting details we can look at as weโ€™re piecing things together. In August of 2021, the House Foreign Affairs Republicans issued a report that provides us with some important information on the origins of Covid-19.

The report concludes that Covid originated from the Wuhan Institute of Virology and also gives us some dates we can look at:

Covid originated from the WIV sometime before September 12, 2019

The WIVโ€™s virus and sample database was removed in the middle of the night on September 12, 2019

The World Military Games took place from the 18th to 27th of October 2019 in Wuhan, China and was the first โ€œsuper-spreaderโ€ of Covid

The United States has satellite imagery of Wuhan
