Midnight Honk

Anon had suggested this peaceful form of protest way back after "two weeks to flatten the curve."

At midnight, everyone in your town or neighborhood goes outside and starts honking. It soon spreads all over the area. We used to do this in highschool just to be assholes, but this is the perfect situation where the Midnight Honk could have an impact.

Similar to the Twilight Bark in 101 Dalmatians.
