They're just trying to muddy the whole conversation.. they're saying the truckers are free to leave and get fuel somewhere else and return, but can't store fuel outside their trucks or bring it in the area.. but if the truckers leave, other groups of cops are shutting down roads and won't let them back.
and since they're free to leave and "may return", they don't need excess fuel for safety etc..
graffiti can be art, it can be senseless vandalism, but in the mix are also "roadsigns" for illicit activity..

Back the blue isn't a blanket statement.. it doesn't mean all cops are protected by the people.. it means cops are people too, and ideally, you're making sure to protect the patriots among them, as they play a very special role between people and govt.
And if you let the blue get shit on, ie you don't back them.. you're more likely to end up with only mercenary cops and no do gooders.
