can anons recommend a good Motherboard/Processor monitoring tool that's lite on the system and easy on the eyes?

Anon upgraded from a ryzen 3 3200g to a ryzen 7 5700G and most things are much faster but brave is freezing up more and I had videos crash the other day due to 'driver failure'??

took anon 5 minutes to figure out the place the screws go into to secure processor to motherboard had backed out behind the mb and fix, so anon is curious if the paste hardened before the job was done and maybe it's not cooling properly. just looking for a way to rule that out.
