The truckers need to rethink the severity their situation. If they all sign that paper, and the jail cells do not fill up, then the government absolutely will win the war, and they will do it by sheer attrition. The real winning strategy, which I have not yet seen being discussed, is to overwhelm the government's capacity to process detainees.
