A yacht named “Graceful” and said to belong to Russia President Vladimir Putin left port in Hamburg abruptly before finishing repairs, according to reports from German media. It is unclear what prompted the move, but the US$100 million yacht’s relocation from German waters to Kaliningrad, part of Russian territory, comes amid fears the West would impose sanctions if Russia were to invade Ukraine.

F-16s from Germany to Romania most likely re-deployed from Ramstein, I'd guess. Putin's yacht being pulled out of repairs in Hamburg also involves Germany. Don't know how this will shake out. German folk may protest any German involvement, wouldn't mean shit to the brass at Ramstein, but maybe they want to give the German suits an alibi, Don't know.
Why now? No NATO for Ukraine yet. Maybe Z-man given an offer by Putin that he refused, or got brow beaten on in DC. DC seems to be telling Scholz what Scholz is going to do with NS II. Brandon's gang are bullies, I think, and Putin may his opening now to settle the matter.
Truck convoys blocking a relatively few autobahns can fuck up Europe real good. Might be Putin sees that coming and will roll off that pick into the Ukraine. Brandon, eyeing the truckers, may want to wag the dog now to head off a trucker blockade in the US. Can't have trucker's not being patriots and get behind the US in times of war, and all that.
