Ontario State of Emergency & Ambassador Bridge
Not sure if this is workable, sometimes, not doing, is better than doing
What if the truckers opened the bridge (to avoid fines)…BUT
Don’t deliver the parts for the Automotive Plants and other high end companies – this way, they wouldn’t be breaking the ‘new’ law… They could arrive, but not deliver, thus filling up the parking lots or incoming roads, or something like that
Theory being…
Was being harassed at work – it was not what the person was doing, but what they were NOT doing… How do you prove it?
For example..
• Did not receive invites for meetings (Why didn’t you show up?)
• Batteries in pager (old timer here) were always close to dead, therefore missed pages in the middle of the night
• Exclusion from reports (issues would not go to next level for remediation)
• Inclusion in reports (why did this take so long?) Micro Managing
• Not passing on pertinent information/instructions from higher ups or peers
• And the list goes on….
How do you prove what is not being done….????
I still believe the Truckers, Farmers and all involved are doing the right thing - 100% - just throwing out the option
