The level of cooperation between Moscow and London risks going “below zero,” Russia’s Minister of Defense Sergey Shoigu warned during a meeting on Friday. His British counterpart, Ben Wallace, called the negotiations in Moscow “constructive.”

 

The first meeting of the defense ministers in years, it came amid a crisis over Ukraine, with Western countries repeatedly accusing Russia of an alleged plan to invade Ukraine. Moscow categorically denies these claims.

 

“The situation in Europe is becoming more and more tense, and it is by no means our fault,” Shoigu said. He warned against threatening Russia with sanctions and called on the West “to stop stuffing Ukraine with weapons.” The minister expressed hope that his meeting with Wallace would turn out to be substantial and cover the urgent and real threats the world is now facing.

 

“Unfortunately, the level of our cooperation is close to zero and is about to cross the zero meridian and go below zero, which I really would not like to happen,” Shoigu added.

 

Some of Moscow’s concerns, according to Wallace, have been heard.

 

“I heard clearly from the Russian government that they had no intention of invading Ukraine. And I also heard some of their concerns,” the UK minister said at the press conference in the British Embassy following the meeting. He also revealed that, in his conversation with Shoigu, there has been “absolutely no deafness or blindness” which, according to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, marked yesterday’s negotiations with UK Foreign Secretary Liz Truss.

 

However, according to Wallace, while the discussion had been “constructive and frank,” there was “still [a] considerable way to go” between the two sides.

 

“The disposition of the Russian forces that we see – over 100,000 in both Belarus and Ukraine – obviously gives that size of force the ability to do a whole range of actions, including an invasion of a neighboring country at any time,” he explained.

 

During his visit to Russia, Wallace also laid down flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and, accompanied by Shoigu, visited an exhibition on cooperation between the Allies in WWII.

No Peace For Libya. Dbeibah Offside, Bashaga Will Be The New Premier

 

There is no peace for Libya. Now it is the turn of the now former prime minister Dbeibah to play the role of the pooper. According to the Libyan press, Dbeibah miraculously escaped an attack.

 

An armed group allegedly attacked his convoy last Tuesday. But there are several doubts about the true nature of the attack. Dbeibah struggles to stay in power, but now his chances are slim.

 

The parliament of Tobruk has given the green light to the formation of a new government of national unity. With the mediation of Aquila Saleh, the parliament appointed former Interior Minister Fathi Bashaga to form the new government. The elections, according to the indications coming from the parliamentary assembly, are once again postponed. The protesters expressed their rejection of any new transitional stage after the parliament decided to choose a new government on Thursday. They raised slogans demanding to go to elections and clarify the nature of the force majeure announced by the speaker of Tobruk-based Parliament, Aqila Saleh, and how to end it. Other protesters sharing the same demands protested in Martyrs Square in central Tripoli.

 

On Tuesday night, Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah delivered a speech in which he called on the Libyan people to take to the streets and express their rejection of what he called “the political class holding to power” and say no to any new transitional stages before organizing elections. A clear attack on the three-way ticket formed by Saleh, Bashaga and Haftar.

Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham Open Fire At People Protesting Against Its Brutality In Greater Idlib

 

On February 11, hundreds of people gathered near the towns of Atimah and Deir Hassan in the northwestern Syrian region of Greater Idlib to protest against the brutality of al-Qaeda-affiliated Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS).

 

The protests were named after Fatima al-Hamid, a 28-year old mother of four who was shot in the head by HTS security forces a day earlier simply for trying to smuggle a few liters of fuel into Greater Idlib from the Turkish-occupied area of Afrin.

 

“Our blood is not a scapegoat to gain the grace of the US,” one the banners raised by the protesters reads.

 

Ironically, HTS security forces opened fire at the protesters near Atimah and Deir Hassan forcing them to flee. Several casualties were reported.

Hard drive giant Western Digital said a contamination issue in two of its Japanese factories severely impacted production, resulting in a loss of 6.5 billion gigabytes of flash storage.

 

The company admitted the mishap in a Wednesday press release, revealing the contamination issue had effectively shut down two of its NAND production facilities. The incident will impact the availability of the chips that are vital to production of many electronic devices and serve as the primary component of solid state hard drives (SSDs).

 

Western Digital claimed to be working with its joint venture partner Kioxia (formerly Toshiba) to “restore the facilities to normal operational status as quickly as possible.”

Theory being…

 

Was being harassed at work – it was not what the person was doing, but what they were NOT doing… How do you prove it?

For example..

• Did not receive invites for meetings (Why didn’t you show up?)

• Batteries in pager (old timer here) were always close to dead, therefore missed pages in the middle of the night

• Exclusion from reports (issues would not go to next level for remediation)

• Inclusion in reports (why did this take so long?) Micro Managing

A newly released infrared image showed a 'swarm' of three 'Tic-Tac shaped' UFOs chase four U.S. Navy destroyers off the coast of California.

 

The grainy image has been released by the Navy and shows what appears to be three small dots, representing unmanned aerial systems (UAS), hovering near the USS Paul Hamilton. It was one of the many occurrences Naval ships saw over the course of weeks, as many destroyers spotted these contraptions in July 2019.

 

These three UAS appeared near the ship around 8pm on July 17 shortly after the USS Paul Hamilton cut location broadcasting via the Automatic Identification System (AIS). Ships are not required to broadcast their location 24/7 and usually disable the transponder in situations that call for heightened security.

 

This decision was not reflected on the ship's deck log, but earlier in the month, logs indicate that other ships in the area also turned of AIS during UAS activity.

 

Additionally, the USS Paul Hamilton's log did indicate that the UAS appeared shortly after it had turned its navigation lights on.

 

Shortly before 8pm, one UAS was spotted one nautical mile away. Twenty minutes later, the timeline indicates that two more were seen, with one falling into the water, The Drive reported after viewing documents it received through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. The ship reported seeing red, flashing lights.

 

Roughly 30 minutes later, the USS Paul Hamilton reported a 'UAS swarm' and by 9:11 p.m., one UAS was directly above at 2,000 feet. By 9:15, the UAS moved away from the ship at almost 70mph before returning less than 10 minutes later.

 

The USS Hamilton reported that the 'swarm' lasted almost three hours from 7:56 p.m. to 10:39 p.m.

The total number of UAS spotted by the Navy destroyer is unknown, due to abbreviated briefing slides, which were viewed by The Drive.

 

Three days earlier, the USS John Finn also spotted 'red flashing lights' off the starboard side of the ship and indicated that they had turned off their AIS system. The ship spotted two UAS at elevations of 1,000 and 1,500 feet.

 

One of the ships involved, the USS Omaha, released incomplete ship logs, The Drive reported.

 

According to The Drive, the Navy did conduct countermeasure drills later in the week and the Navy may have introduced portable counter-drone devices.

 

In April 2021, Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Michael Gilday said the military had not been able to identify the aircrafts and the Department of Defense has since decline an answer thus far.

 

The drama began on the night of July 14, 2019. Deck logs from the USS Kidd show that just before 10pm that night, two drones were spotted.

 

An onboard intelligence crew responsible for documenting and investigating contact with unknown vessels - known as the Ship Nautical Or Otherwise Photographic Interpretation and Exploitation team, or SNOOPIE - was engaged to figure out who, or what, the mystery flying objects were.

SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, CA — A recently released analysis of the most "structurally deficient U.S. bridges in poor condition" reveals California is home to 1,493 of these crossings. Among the most traveled of those bridges, 15 are in the Bay Area.

 

Each bridge logs between 180,000 and 200,000 daily trips. The bridges are in Contra Costa, Alameda, Solano and San Mateo counties.

 

The information is contained in a new report from a road contractors' lobbying group that lists 43,578 bridges across the country that are structurally deficient and in danger of collapsing.

 

The report is from the American Road and Transportation Builders Association and is based on data downloaded Jan. 3.

 

A bridge is classified as structurally deficient if the deck, superstructure or substructure are in poor condition, or if the culvert below it is in poor condition, according to government definitions.

 

The Interstate 680 corridor through Contra Costa County has eight of the 15 Bay Area bridges, carrying a minimum of 181,700 vehicles a day. Seven of the bridges are over 50 years old, with the remaining bridge approaching 30 years old.

EU Investigates Reports of Menstrual Disorders Following Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 Vaccinations

 

 

The PRAC is assessing reported cases of heavy menstrual bleeding (heavy periods) and absence of menstruation (amenorrhea) with the COVID-19 vaccines Comirnaty and Spikevax.

 

The Committee had previously analysed reports of menstrual (period) disorders in the context of the safety summary reports for COVID-19 vaccines approved in the EU and concluded at the time that the evidence did not support a causal link between these vaccines and menstrual disorders.

 

In view of spontaneous reports of menstrual disorders with both vaccines and of findings from the literature, the PRAC decided to further assess occurrences of heavy periods or amenorrhea following vaccination.

 

Menstrual disorders are very common and can occur with a wide range of underlying medical conditions as well as from stress and tiredness. Cases of these disorders have also been reported following COVID-19 infection.

 

Last April, researchers began investigating the link between COVID and menstruation after THOUSANDS of women reported changes to their cycle after getting the coronavirus vaccine

 

Women who received the Covid vaccine reported spotting between their cycles, shortened cycles, and lengthened cycles.

 

According to the study published in the journal Obstetrics & Gynecology, many women vaccinated against Covid saw a change in their menstrual cycle.

 

“Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccination is associated with a small change in cycle length but not menses length,” the study concluded.

 

However, anyone who spoke about a link between Covid vaccines and menstrual problems/fertility issues was labeled a “conspiracy theorist.”

 

According to the VAERS website, around 22,987 cases of menstrual disorders after receiving COVID vaccines were reported through January 28, 2022.

The World Economic Forum came under fire online, being accused of promoting “divisive” propaganda after it released an explainer pushing critical race theory along with an accompanying essay describing racism as “persistent and prevalent” everywhere.

Against the backdrop of classrooms and racial protests, the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) video published on Tuesday begins by asking what critical race theory (CRT) is and why it’s “so controversial.”

CRT supporters say “it’s a way to understand and tackle racial inequality,” the video explains, while opponents say it “does the opposite.”

The nearly two-minute clip defines CRT as a theory “first developed by US legal scholars in the 1980s” that “argues that the laws, rules and, regulations that govern society today have been shaped by the historical subordination of people of colour and that this is a driving force behind racial inequality today.”

The clip, which has received over 230,000 views on Twitter as of Thursday evening, concludes by asking viewers, “What do you think about CRT?”

However, the post immediately links to an essay for readers to “learn more about racial equality” in which racism is described as “persistent and prevalent in every community, country and continent,” with “systemic and structural barriers hav[ing] long denied access and opportunity for leaders of colour.”

In response to the clip, many big names called out the Switzerland-based globalist organization, accusing it of pushing Marxism and propaganda.

“Insane pro-CRT propaganda video,” wrote author, writer, and researcher Christopher Rufo, who is also a senior fellow and director of the initiative on CRT at the Manhattan Institute.

“Ah yes, the world economic forum promoting a radical departure from the current relations of power,” wrote video essayist and author Peter Coffin.

“This PROVES CRT is the revolution. I’ve been wrong this whole time!” he mocked.

“Run from the WEF working class people,” warned clinical psychologist and psychology professor Dr. Jordan Peterson.

“Why would the World Economic Forum come out in support of Critical Race Theory?” asked author and mathematician Dr. James Lindsay, who warned last month that CRT activists aim to dismantle the U.S. and establish “a total dictatorship” of the so-called “anti-racists.”

“Because they’re the ones who want to divide our society with this Marxist Theory or any other tool they can use to break the world and seize power,” he said.

Being that CRT is demonstrably “divisive,” “based on a false premise,” and is “detrimental to social cohesion,” conservative commentator Calvin Robinson wondered why the WEF is “producing a propaganda piece promoting an ideology that is harmful and damaging to Western values?”

“I can’t believe you’re advocating for ‘equality’ at the expense of equity” in 2022, wrote Omri Ceren, the national security advisor for Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX). “You’re either on board or you’re not. Be better.”

Others on Twitter also criticized the international group and its latest clip.

“Nice to see the @wef has taken a break from the Great Reset to promote CRT,” wrote one user.

“It’s a disaster when major organizations support an idea they don’t understand, ignore its fatal flaws, and stand by it because it looks good to appear anti-racist,” another wrote. “So much is missing in this video…”

“Absolutely insane propaganda,” one Twitter user wrote. “Keep your Race Marxism and your Great Reset (aka the Cultural Revolution 2.0).”

“Those who want us to own nothing and be happy defend CRT,” wrote another user in reference to a 2017 WEF clip that predicted that by the year 2030, “You’ll own nothing. And you’ll be happy.”

“Massive propaganda piece from the WEF,” another wrote. “These are the elitist undermining our Constitution & national sovereignty.”

“WEF’s endorsement of Critical Race Theory, is probably the best argument against it’s concepts being taught to educators & then put into practice in your child’s classroom,” one Twitter user argued.

“If you ever needed more proof that the WEF are evil communists that want to divide and tear apart our society, here they are promoting critical race theory,” another Twitter user wrote.

“The communists have many tools to destroy your society. This is their current favourite method,” another claimed.

“I thought critical race theory didn’t exist? Blatant communist propaganda,” wrote another user.

We are Canadian lawyers. In our country, civil liberties are under unprecedented attack. Governments, public health authorities, universities, public and private employers, municipalities, and businesses are trampling Canadians’ rights and freedoms. Our free society is at risk.

 

Covid rules restrict citizens’ abilities to work, shop, travel and socialize. They erode civil liberties strategically, attempting to not run afoul of the law or to trigger protections in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms such as liberty and security of the person, the freedoms of association, assembly, expression, conscience, religion, and mobility rights. Where Covid rules appear to have violated the Charter, courts have deferred to the state to take whatever measures it deems necessary, whether demonstrably justifiable or not.

 

Legislatures have passed statutes that delegate broad discretionary powers to unelected public health officials, who then create draconian legal restrictions by fiat, without public scrutiny or open debate. These directives give private and public employers cover to suspend and dismiss workers who insist on their right to decide their own medical treatments. In our system of law, no principle is more important than the right to control your own body and to make your own medical and health decisions. An anxious populace, swept up in a deliberate campaign of fear, now believes that individual liberties upon which our liberal democracy is founded are dangerous and selfish. A growing collectivism that demands safety at the expense of autonomy shapes public policy.

 

Courts have embraced the pandemic narrative, some taking judicial notice of the nature of risks of the virus and safety of vaccines to adults and children. But the facts are anything but settled. Courts are supposed to be neutral. On Covid, as on any other contentious subject, their mandate is to find facts exclusively upon the evidence adduced by the parties in the courtroom. Instead, courts appear to have taken a side on Covid. Access to justice and the rule of law are now at risk. Unvaccinated persons are banned from juries, throwing into question the ability of all to obtain a fair trial heard by a jury of their peers. Irrational policies born of panic affect no one more than disadvantaged communities who already suffer from lack of access to justice.

 

The right to privacy and control of personal medical information has been abandoned. Disclosure of vaccination status is becoming a requirement for working, travelling, entering public and private establishments, crossing the border, and sometimes medical treatment. Those who cannot or will not disclose face aggressive social disapprobation. Vaccine passports create the infrastructure for a global digital surveillance system. Institutions that last year were prohibited from collecting individual medical history now demand it as a condition of employment or admission. University and college students are being denied their education for refusing to disclose their own medical choices.

Medical regulators have become dictatorial. They have warned doctors not to express medical opinions that might conflict with official Covid policies, effectively censoring them, and directed them not to certify grounds for medical exemptions from vaccination requirements, rupturing the physician-patient relationship and breaching the principle that only a practitioner who has examined a patient is equipped to give a diagnosis. The risks posed by Covid vaccines may be in dispute, but they are not zero. Particularly for children and healthy young adults, they may be riskier than the virus.

 

We fear the erosion of our free society. We question the single-minded fixation on a virus that poses little risk to most people. We protest the uncalculated harms that Covid policies are causing to people’s health, livelihoods, relationships, and mental states. We oppose the mass hysteria and anxiety that governments and the media are fuelling. Most of all, we object to the deterioration of our civil liberties and the failure of our legal institutions – legislatures, governments, administrative bodies, and courts – to protect them.

 

We are appalled by what is happening in our country. We call for the immediate end of vaccine passports and mandates. We propose a public inquiry into the handling of all aspects of the declared pandemic. Canadians should have control of their own lives and have the right to make their own decisions about their health, medical treatments, personal information, travels, and associations. Canada is supposed to be a free country governed by the rule of law. Restore it now or risk losing it for good.

Trump Asks Supreme Court to Block National Archives From Releasing His White House Records To House Dems

Former President Donald Trump is hitting back and asking the Supreme Court to step in and stop the National Archives from handing White House documents to the House Select Committee on January 6.

 

This comes weeks after the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ordered the National Archives to give the committee the requested documents, The Daily Mail reported.

 

It now puts the constitutional challenge before the high court, where Trump nominated three of the nine sitting justices and represents a last-ditch effort to shield the documents from the committee that has interviewed hundreds of witnesses in its effort to reconstruct the events leading up to the Capitol riot.

 

Earlier this month, a three-judge panel – two judges appointed by Barack Obama and one by Biden – unanimously upheld a lower court’s ruling denying Trump a preliminary injunction to stop the release of records.

 

Trump’s lawyers filed an emergency appeal to meet a deadline imposed by the lower court.

 

The January 6th Committee has sought records, logs, photographs, and calendars as it probes Trump’s election overturn effort and the Capitol riot on the day Congress met to count the electoral votes that made Biden president.

 

Attorneys for Trump “both the Constitution and the Presidential Records Act give former Presidents a clear right to protect their confidential records from premature dissemination. This case presents a clear threat to that right.”

 

And they argued that the Appeals Court ruling was “troubling,” and they said that it “lacks any meaningful or objective limiting principle. In an increasingly partisan political climate, such records requests will become the norm regardless of what party is in power.”

 

Because President Joe Biden did not protect the documents with executive privilege the appeals court decided that the former president could not.

 

“On the record before us, former President Trump has provided no basis for this court to override President Biden’s judgment and the agreement and accommodations worked out between the Political Branches over these documents,” the court said.

The Supreme Court ruled in January not to allow Trump to block the documents via executive privilege, Politico reported.

 

The nation’s highest court stated that Trump’s effort failed because his assertion of executive privilege would have failed even if he were still in office.

 

The Supreme Court ruled 8-1 in favor of the panel getting the Trump White House documents.

 

Justice Clarence Thomas was the only member of the high court who said he would have granted Trump’s request for emergency relief.

 

“The questions whether and in what circumstances a former President may obtain a court order preventing disclosure of privileged records from his tenure in office, in the face of a determination by the incumbent President to waive the privilege, are unprecedented and raise serious and substantial concerns,” the high court said.

 

“Because the Court of Appeals concluded that President Trump’s claims would have failed even if he were the incumbent, his status as a former President necessarily made no difference to the court’s decision,” the unsigned order added.

 

Trump had previously sued to block the records from being given to the committee from the National Archives, but an appeals court denied him.

 

“The President of the United States and Congress have each made the judgment that access to this subset of presidential communication records is necessary to address a matter of great constitutional moment for the Republic,” the court said.

 

Attorneys for Trump told the Supreme Court that a recent interview with the chair of the committee in The Washington Post showed that the committee wants to establish a criminal complaint against Trump, which is beyond its scope.

 

The brief with the court was in reference to a December 23 interview with Mississippi Rep. Bennie G. Thompson where he said that the committee is looking intently into the former president’s actions on January 6 as it decides whether to recommend The Justice Department start a criminal investigation into Trump.

 

“The Washington Post has confirmed what was already apparent — the Committee is indeed seeking any excuse to refer a political rival for criminal ­charges, and they are using this investigation to do so,” Jesse R. Binnall, an attorney for the former president, said.

CIA operative John Clark forms a secret multi-national counter-terrorist unit known as Rainbow. Based in Hereford, England, the unit consists of two operational squads composed of elite soldiers from NATO countries, and is supplemented by intelligence and technological experts from MI6, Mossad, and FBI. Clark serves as the commanding officer, his son-in-law Domingo Chavez leads one of the two squads, and the second in command is Special Air Service (SAS) officer Alistair Stanley.

 

For their first deployment, Chavez's squad rescues hostages during a bank robbery in Bern, Switzerland. Several weeks later, they are deployed to Austria, where a group of left-wing German terrorists have taken over the schloss of a wealthy Austrian businessman in order to obtain "special access codes" to the international trading markets. They are then deployed to a hostage situation in an amusement park in Spain, where a group of French terrorists have taken a group of children hostage and demand that various prisoners, including Carlos the Jackal, be released.

 

Clark and his colleagues become suspicious about the sudden rise in terrorist attacks. Unbeknownst to them, the first two attacks are part of a master plan to wipe out nearly all of the human race, codenamed "the Project". Dr. John Brightling, a staunch environmentalist who heads a biotechnology firm called the Horizon Corporation, ordered the attacks through ex-KGB officer Dmitriy Popov in order to raise awareness against terrorism, which would then allow co-conspirator Bill Henriksen's security firm to land a key contract during the Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia. From within the Olympics security apparatus, Henriksen plans to use a bioweapon containing the Shiva virus, a strengthened form of the Ebola virus that had been used by Iran in its biological attack on the U.S. Since people from virtually every country in the world are present at the Olympics, infecting them would ensure the swift worldwide spread of the virus. The resulting epidemic would kill millions, and Horizon would distribute a "vaccine" that actually contains a slow-acting version of the virus itself, which would then kill the rest of the world's population. The "chosen few", having been provided with the real vaccine, would then be allowed to inherit the emptied world, justifying their genocidal actions as "saving the world" from the destructive nature of humanity.

 

Popov, unaware of the Project, discovers the existence of Rainbow as he reviews the responses to his attacks, and brings it to Brightling's attention. He is later tasked by Brightling and Henriksen to orchestrate an attack on Rainbow in order to prevent them from being deployed to the Sydney Olympics. He persuades breakaway members of the Provisional Irish Republican Army to take over a hospital near Rainbow's base and take Clark and Chavez's wives (who work there as, respectively, a nurse and a doctor) hostage. Although two Rainbow operatives are killed and several others wounded in an ambush, the two Rainbow teams manage to retake the building without civilian casualties and capture some of the terrorists. Interrogation of their leader, Sean Grady, reveals Popov's involvement, and Brightling brings him to Horizon's secret OLYMPUS base in Kansas.

 

However, this action turns out to have been a fatal miscalculation by the conspirators; Popov had no idea of the genocidal plans of his employers, but people which he meets at the Kansas facility talk openly about them. Upon learning about "The Project", an appalled Popov escapes and reveals his knowledge to Clark. Popov's warning comes just in time for Chavez and his team, who were deployed to the Olympics to oversee venue security, to thwart the attack.

 

Their plans in shambles, Brightling and key co-conspirators escape to another, smaller Horizon base deep in the Brazilian rain forest. Clark personally leads a team there, and they dispatch the remaining terrorists and destroy the facility and supplies. Knowing that there is not enough evidence to convict them, Clark instead has the survivors stripped naked and left to fend for themselves in the jungle, taunting them to "reconnect with nature."
