How to Jump Timelines & Accelerate Ascension ∞ The 9D Arcturian Council

 

We are often pleasantly surprised by humanity and the way that you can have these sudden bursts of high-frequency vibrational states of being. We see many of you jumping timelines and going to much better realities in the blink of an eye, because you are willing to do the work that is necessary on yourselves and that enables you to keep up with the energies of ascension, which are energies of transformation. Ascension is not about just taking you to a better place because you’ve been a good person. Ascension is about helping you to transform yourselves from within, which then creates the better place around you. And that’s what you’re doing all the time.

 

So when you see improvements in your life, know that it is because you have made improvements within the self. When you feel that the energies are strong and powerful in any moment, you want to surrender to them. You want to trust that the energies are going to help you, that they were meant for you, and that they are taking you to a higher-vibrational plane of existence, which is also a better timeline. A timeline is just a series of now moments strung together that then make logical sense to the mind. But you don’t have to stay on a timeline. Your minds are quite capable of taking over and explaining to your childlike, imaginative self that you cannot expect things to be much different than they were yesterday. Your minds actually enjoy limitation, because limitation helps the mind make sense of your world and how it works.

 

But you are there to go beyond the mind, to go into realms that the mind cannot possibly fathom or understand. Your minds cannot even picture realities that you have coming up ahead of you. And so, when you surrender to what you’re feeling happening all around you, energies that are supportive of your transformation and of ascension, you can let go of control, you can go with the flow, you can let yourself be taken to the better feeling timeline. It’s easy when you stop trying to figure it out. It’s easy when you let go of the mental gymnastics and all the mental processing, and instead you let yourself feel into what is happening and do the emotional processing and the vibrational activation that you want to experience.

 

This is how the universe works; it’s quite simple, really. And once you get the hang of it, you can live however you want to live, and go wherever you want to go, and even be whomever you want to be. It just takes a little bit of focus. You have to focus in an appropriate way, because you’re always focusing on something, but you’re not always paying attention to how you feel about what you’re focusing on. When we see people caring more about how they feel, that’s when we see the giant leaps, the sharp left turns, and the huge spikes in the vibration of the overall human collective consciousness. And that is what we like to see, and that is why we keep giving you the instruction manual and then supporting you in all of those endeavors.

FFS, anon, just reread your post about your "new angle"…lol. What do you think Q was doing since late October 2017 with nearly 5,000 posts?

But you are correct. It's human nature to want to be able to solve a puzzle or work a solution on their own. The truth is then imprinted in their head so much easier and lasting than if you just told them the full truth.

 

Sometimes you have to let people FIND the truth on their own (by leaving breadcrumbs or drops) that just flat out telling them. It creates better "buy-in" and a better anon…a better Patriot.

Elon Musk's SpaceX said it has lost up to 40 Starlink satellites that it launched into orbit last week because of a geomagnetic storm.

 

The aerospace company sent 49 Starlink satellites into low Earth orbit on Thursday via a Falcon 9 rocket.

 

Around 80% of those satellites were "significantly impacted" by a geomagnetic storm Friday, SpaceX announced in a statement Tuesday.

 

Geomagnetic storms are triggered by disturbances between the Earth's magnetic field and charged particles from the sun, known as solar wind, according to the Space Weather Prediction Center.

 

The speed and intensity of the storm caused the "atmospheric drag" to climb to levels 50% higher than previous launches, SpaceX said in the statement, making it harder for satellites to reach their orbital position.

 

SpaceX said that Starlink tried to fly the satellites in "safe-mode" to reduce atmospheric drag but they still weren't able to reach their intended destination.

 

Up to 40 of the satellites will reenter the Earth's atmosphere and burn up, with some already having done so, Musk's firm said.

 

SpaceX said in the statement that the affected satellites won't collide with other satellites as they deorbit. There won't be any orbital debris, nor will any satellite parts hit Earth, SpaceX added.

 

SpaceX has launched more than 2,000 Starlink satellites into orbit, out of which nearly 1,900 are functioning.

 

"This is the biggest loss to date for them," Harvard astronomer Jonathan McDowell told Insider. But he noted that the company hasn't had a single rocket failure — which itself could easily take out a batch of satellites at once.

 

"I don't think this is a game-changer for them. But they may change their deployment orbit a bit," he said.

Towing companies on city contracts refuse to move convoy vehicles

City, police say finding willing tow truck operators is a Canada-wide challenge

The tow trucks operators on contract to the City of Ottawa are taking a hard pass on requests to haul vehicles out of protest areas, according to the city's top public servant.

"I've contacted them all and they're all refusing, as of today, to provide heavy tow truck work," city manager Steve Kanellakos told reporters Monday evening after a six-hour special council meeting.

"Right now we're reviewing their contracts or standing offer, and reviewing what actions we can take to deal with this unprecedented situation."

More than 400 vehicles are parked illegally in the downtown core, according to Ottawa police, the majority of them heavy trucks (and at least one crane). One of several challenges facing the Ottawa Police Service and the city is how to get them off the streets if protesters refuse to drive them away.

The demonstrators, who began arriving in Ottawa more than a week ago, have said they will only leave after COVID-19 mandates are lifted.

This is proving to be a serious issue for city officials. Experts told the CBC towing a truck without the help of a driver is already difficult. It's impossible without towing equipment.

It's not clear how many towing companies have standing offers with the city, or the terms of their contracts.

And it doesn't seem like Ottawa is having much luck outside city limits.

According to Kanellakos, Mayor Jim Watson has reached out to his counterparts in other Ontario municipalities, but no dice.

"Right now, the consensus seems to be that many of them — or most of them — don't want to do the work because … they rely on on the the heavy truck industry for their livelihood, and they don't want to damage that part of their business. That's the position they're taking, at least."

Kanellakos said the city is speaking with federal and provincial officials to come up with a solution.

Deputy police chief Steve Bell agreed that finding companies that will agree to tow protesters has been a challenge in "every jurisdiction that's faced this, and it's forcing us to come up with some creative solutions."

He wouldn't elaborate on what those creative solutions might be, but said police are coming "toward a position where we're not going to let the tow truck operators … be an obstacle to ending what's occurring."

The Energy in the last few days has been so intense!

 

The Sun is alive with sun spots and solar flares.

 

I was expecting a big one, an X Class, to help to raise frequency on the Earth. I still think we will have an X Class flare soon as we move towards the 22/02/2022 on the 22nd February.

 

I think we can call this “Fabulous February” as Light Codes increase and everything is just radiant and humming.

 

This is what we are being called to do right now – to hold as much Light in our Heart and in our DNA as we can tolerate.

 

The DNA is lighting up and creating connections with our multi-dimensional self.

 

This can be exhausting, as you have not carried this level and frequency before and for so long!

 

And it is going to increase as we are now only just hitting New Earth Frequency!

 

You may also be having intense dreams as your DNA and timelines connect with other aspects of yourself on other timelines and spaces.

 

It is all good, friends! As I said, this is what we came for, and we definitely got this!

 

Remember too that the more light there is, then the more love there is!

 

We will start to feel more clearly the Love and Joy that connects us all as we rise into our full potential as New Earth humans and as we come home to who we truly are!

Putin Gets A Kick Out Of Being A Bully

 

Vladimir Putin is having the time of his life making the West guess his next move.

It’s cute that people think Putin needs a pretext to go to war.

 

Did you see last week’s story about the staged atrocity shot on video, with Russian actors playing vicious Ukrainians? There was no big strategy behind it. It was just Putin having fun. Nothing to see here.

 

It was just as silly when Hitler pulled the same thing in 1939. He dressed a few of his thugs in Polish army uniforms, who then raided a German radio station near the Polish border.

 

Impersonating Poles, they started broadcasting bad things about Germany, a provocation that the German high command declared — almost as if they’d rehearsed it — too bellicose to ignore.

 

They brought in a few prisoners from Dachau and shot them, just to make the scene look convincing, and the next day Germany invaded Poland with several tank divisions that, just by coincidence, were right there at the border when the “incident” occurred.

 

So before we get too crazed about Putin ginning up the bloodlust of his citizenry, let’s acknowledge that this is just the old “false flag” trick, and even Putin himself has used it before — in Crimea in 2014.

 

It doesn’t mean he is, or isn’t, going to war. It doesn’t mean he will, or won’t, use this as a pretext. It doesn’t mean this isn’t a head-fake that distracts from something else he’s doing. To him it’s just one of the many dirty tricks he can pull, any time he wants.

 

This particular trick could even have been a publicity stunt, a story he leaked to western news outlets just to see how worked up we’d get. Playing with our heads is what he does.

 

I’ve been following writers with far more knowledge of Putin than I, and they all seem to agree that even he isn’t sure what he will or will not do. They’ll tell you that he enjoys cranking up the anxiety level of the West to eleven, keeping everyone stressed-out and prone to mistakes. It’s classic bully behavior, but on an unimaginably grand scale. He creates a fraught situation, assigns enormous resources to making it worse, then tweaks it based on how it plays out.

 

These Putin watchers are by no means unanimous in their assessments of the current situation. But taken together, I think I have a feel for their consensus.

 

They seem to agree that he has more to gain by not going to war. As long as he can keep us all off balance and guessing what he’ll do next, an actual invasion — with a subsequent occupation, possibly forever — makes no sense. Especially since he is arguably already getting what he wants.

 

I say “arguably” because there’s plenty of arguing about what he wants, and because he and his people are blowing all kinds of smoke at us. We hear that he’s restoring Russia’s rightful place as a world power. We hear that he’s protecting the Motherland from the malign forces of NATO. We hear that he’s getting the old Soviet Union back together and taking it on the road. Don’t believe any of it.

What he really seems to want, more than anything, is attention. In many ways it’s as juvenile as Trump’s reign of petulance, but with far more power.

 

He wants respect. He wants stature on the world stage. And, being Russian, he knows these things will never be a given.

 

Because Russia has, throughout its history, always been a chronic underachiever. The Renaissance and the Reformation — the two foundational pillars upon which western liberal democracy rests — never reached Russia. The West grew from those movements, building both workable governments and, not coincidentally, vibrant economies. But Russia, held back by sclerotic autocracies, rampant corruption, and a feudal system centuries past its sell-by date, became an economic basket case.

 

In many ways, little has changed. Despite being among the world’s largest and best-educated countries, Russia still does not make a single world-class consumer product. Even now, 60 percent of its economy derives from oil, gas, minerals, and other “extractive” industries. This is not a recipe for long-term success, and Putin knows it.

 

In that respect, he’s playing a weak hand. If he decides to invade Ukraine, he brings a world of hurt down on his military, his oligarchs, his banking system, and, oh yes, the long-suffering Russian people.

 

Speaking of whom, the average Russian’s understanding of the Ukraine situation is hardly encouraging. Most Russians think what state-run media tells them to think. Sort of like having all your media — everything you watch, read, or click on — owned by Rupert Murdoch. Ordinary Russians, like ordinary Americans, think almost nothing about foreign affairs. Which makes them, and us, easier to manipulate.

 

What the media is telling them these days is that Ukraine is an American puppet, that bloodthirsty Joe Biden is provoking Russia into a war it doesn’t want, and that this military buildup is nothing more than an understandable defensive action against western aggression. The vast majority believe it.

 

As for the sanctions being threatened, Americans are characteristically naïve about them. Yes, they will most likely cause enormous pain, with geopolitical ripple effects that can’t be predicted. But they won’t make the problem go away. As Julia Ioffe writes:

 

[Americans believe that] sanctions will force a change in Putin’s behavior because they will ruin the Russian economy and make life difficult for ordinary Russians, who will, as a result, push for change in the Kremlin. Let’s just say that it’s a very American way of looking at things. Not only does Russia not have a political feedback system, but this is just not reflective of the predominant cultural mentality … Americans feel entitled to a growing economy, but Russians just hope it won’t get worse.

 

So even though Putin is on track to make the average Russian’s life significantly worse, nobody knows if that even figures in his thinking. He has little or no personal vulnerability. His vast security apparatus exists, in large part, to protect him. He can, at any time, lay low in his personal palace on the Black Sea — a high-tech fortress right out of a James Bond film — living in unimaginable luxury while the rest of the world burns. So yes, the big fear among the Putin watchers is that he doesn’t care, even slightly, about anyone but himself.

 

He has already succeeded in getting the West to pay attention. He already has us jittery, quarrelsome, and in danger of overreaction. And like bullies the world over, he clearly gets a big kick out of it.

 

Is it enough to satisfy him? Are bullies ever satisfied?

FBI Busts Utah Pedo with 100 Gigabytes of Child Porn Depicting Toddlers Being Raped

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has announced the arrest of a horrendously dangerous pedophile in Utah, where the FBI says Daniel Walter Warner was busted with over 100 Gigabytes of child pornography depicting the rape of toddlers.

 

38-year-old Daniel Walter Warner became a suspect as the FBI's Child Exploitation Task Force was investigating a BitTorrent network for people sharing child porn, according to Utah's Deseret News.

 

Utah Attorney General Office's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force first opened their investigation in September, according to a newly unsealed search warrant.

 

A probable cause statement issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation states that on September 19th of 2018, special Agents observed an IP address downloading tremendous amounts of data that was known child pornography.

 

As part of their investigation, they would later seek a search warrant from a federal district court Judge. That subpoena was then issued to his service provider, Comcast.

 

Investigators say the IP address came back to an address in Kaysville, where FBI special Agents then began to monitor the transmissions of the IP address downloading the illicit material.

 

After obtaining provable evidence that the residence of Daniel Walter Warner was engaged in the downloading of child pornography, authorities sought a residential search warrant for Warner's Kaysville home.

Warner, both a sergeant with the United States Army Reserves, and a married father of four, was not present during the search, but his family was.

 

Upon entry, authorities would uncover a 100 GB of child pornography, according to police.

 

Warner claimed he was at Hill__ Air Force Base __at the time of the child pornography being downloaded, saying that he is a volunteer for a foster care program court appointed special advocates, according to police reports.

 

Later, he changed his story.

 

"He admitted to obtaining the pornography on the darknet and from torrent files," according to a Davis County Jail booking report.

 

Warner later flew to Utah via the Salt Lake City Airport, where he was arrested.

 

The scourge of child pornographic distribution continues to be eliminated under the Trump Administration, which has result in over 11,000 arrests related to human and child-sex trafficking, child molestation, or child pornography since President Trump's inauguration in January of 2017, setting records in the widespread victories against the rampant pedophilia in America.

Boris Johnson is removing self isolation requirements a full month early.

 

Boris Johnson has said his government plans to allow people in England not to self-isolate after testing positive for coronavirus from as early as 21 February. The isolation rules were due to end on 24 March but Johnson said encouraging trends meant he expected the date could be moved forward.

'Lighthouse Project' aims to keep kids out of justice system

During the COVID-19 pandemic,District Attorney Dan Rubinstein came to a realization: he’s missing a chance to keep kids away from the juvenile justice system before they start committing crimes.

Rubinstein and his wife, Stephanie, a former magistrate who now works as a business attorney, were on a hike on the Palisade Rim Trail in June 2020 when she told him kids are getting into the DA’s Office’s juvenile diversion program two years too late.

Stephanie Rubinstein said when she was magistrate doing the truancy docket, she would see a lot of the same families and a lot of the same people. Later, she’d start seeing them in the newspaper for getting into trouble. She developed a feeling the truancy system itself was not working. The court system is expensive for parents and makes it difficult to find solutions, she said.

Part of the frustration, Stephanie said, was kids would miss enough school that they felt they had no chance of catching up to their classmates or what was expected of them.

“Then they don’t have anything to do but get in trouble,” she said.

Stephanie said when she was doing the truancy docket, she always tried to think outside the box to get kids excited about school, but nothing worked.

“I’m a parent, and I know bored kids, kids without anything to do, that’s where issues lie,” she said.

“If you want to stop juveniles from committing crimes, get them before they start skipping school,” Dan said.

The idea is to run the diversion program alongside Mesa County Valley School District 51’s suspension and expulsion programs.

The two departments are currently moving into a new space, on Colorado Mesa University’s campus.

The program, dubbed the “Lighthouse Project,” will start by identifying kids who are deemed high risk for going into the justice system, and getting them the resources diversion would normally provide to kids who are already in the system, Dan explained.

Those resources include counseling, tutoring, mentoring and experiences such as campus tours, Dan said.

As that happens, Colorado Mesa University is working on identifying students on its campus who are good candidates to serve as mentors to D51 kids, using federal work study dollars to pay the CMU students for their work.

“This could completely change what the process looks like from the kids’ side,” Stephanie said.

The court system is not efficient for juveniles, Stephanie said, it’s expensive for parents and makes it difficult to find resolutions. Also, the court system is getting kids too late for them to get caught back up.

“Sometimes it seems like there’s a feeling of ‘all these kids need to be on the same trajectory,’ and that’s just not the case,” Stephanie said.

DIVERSION STRATEGIES

The DA’s juvenile diversion program takes kids accused of crimes from the juvenile justice system and integrates services and restorative justice practices faster than the formal court process, according to the DA’s website.

A diversion contract is created with the youth, parents and diversion coordinator, which generally includes things like school attendance, employment or participation in an extra-curricular activity, curfew, payment of fees, public service, restorative justice and payment of restitution if required, according to the website.

The program can also include things like drug and alcohol screenings, mediation, mental health assessment, anger management, addiction treatment, grief counseling and individual and family counseling.

If the contract is completed, the case is expunged from the kid’s record. If the contract is not completed, the case may be taken to court for formal prosecution.

Currently, the DA’s office is screening kids for diversion after they commit a crime, according to Diversion Coordinator Jacque Berry.

That part isn’t going to change, Rubinstein said.

Kids who are in the juvenile diversion system are there for a lot of different reasons, Dan noted, from small drug problems to property crimes.

“Oftentimes the offense is really not what the underlying issue is, and that’s what we want to find out,” he said.

Those issues could be lack of supervision, substance abuse or something else and those issues require different levels of services to mitigate.

The goal with the Lighthouse Project is to screen kids earlier, if they are, say truant from school or in the child welfare system.

COLLABORATION

Berry said the diversion program has identified 16 variables that affect kids not going to school, and using those they can identify kids who might be struggling with attendance and reach out to their families in person to see if they can help.

“Hopefully families realize we’re here to help and support, not judge and condemn,” Berry said.

Now that the DA’s office and D51 are sharing space, they can correspond back and forth and share resources, although one of the tricky parts is going to be figuring out how sharing sensitive or protected information might work, Berry said

“We’re going to be under the same roof and supporting each other as we move forward, so that’ll be good,” Berry said.

One of the things that will be beneficial from D51’s perspective is getting access to the diversion program’s resources such as classes and family system resources, D51 director of social/emotional learning and behavioral support Cathy Ebel said.

“Lots of our families are looking for resources all the time to help their kids, so that would be amazing for us,” Ebel said.

Ebel said she’s excited for closer collaboration with diversion, because the programs share a lot of kids.

Ebel also said she’s excited by the preventative nature of the program, getting kids who are not necessarily involved with the court system services that can help keep them away from the justice system.

“This gives us a whole new battery of support to keep them out of the court system,” Ebel said.

Kids who are expelled either have a substance issue or an anger issue, or they just don’t do school well, with behaviors such as insubordination, Ebel said.

Those things require support for them, to help them be successful when they get back to school or into the workforce.

IMPLEMENTATION

This all isn’t going to happen overnight, though.

“Once we get comfortable and moved into the space we will start slowly,” Rubinstein said.

If the program is to be successful, according to Berry, there are a few things that need to be addressed.

Berry cited families feeling comfortable getting support, having fewer kids going through the juvenile justice system, higher attendance and graduation rates, less substance abuse, a community effort helping kids and managing family systems issues through community support as potential indicators of success.

That’s going to take a lot of work, though.

“I can see us being very busy, which I’m fine with,” Berry said.

Another advantage of combining resources is it gives both departments more flexibility in handling cases, something that’s necessary when working with people.

“There’s not one family that’s the same, they all have a unique perspective and a unique culture,” Berry said.

“It’s a prevention and intervention, interwoven depending on the flavor of the kid,” Ebel said.

Ebel said she’s excited for CMU’s mentorship program to start because D51’s volunteer base doesn’t reflect the demographics of the kids in the program, and it would be better for the kids to be mentored by people who look like them and have similar backgrounds.

“It’s hard to see their future story” when they don’t have role models who look like them, Ebel said. Hopefully, she said they’ll be able to see a broader world than they’re exposed to, and help them realize a future.

“It’s just going to make all the difference in the world, to help our kids in a meaningful way,” Ebel said.

“This seems like such an obvious way to get the kids excited about education in a productive way and that’s what excites me the most,” Stephanie Rubinstein said.

One theme that has popped up in conversations about the Lighthouse Project over and over again is that of prevention.

“A lot of what we’re seeing not only in Colorado, but across the country, is to the preventative front end,” Berry said. “Keeping kids out of the justice system and in school, and I think that’s the right direction.”

Ebel credited the DA’s office for moving in this direction.

“I think it’s fabulous of our district attorney’s office, which is not tasked with prevention quite frankly, to focus toward this,” Ebel said.

“If my job extends beyond prosecuting crimes, to making the community safer, why not do this?” Dan Rubinstein said. “Why sit there and know which kids are going to be coming to the criminal justice system and do nothing about it?”

A top official in neighboring Fiji tweeted that a team from Musk's SpaceX company was in Fiji establishing a station that would help reconnect Tonga through SpaceX satellites.

 

SpaceX runs a network of nearly 2,000 low-orbit satellites called Starlink, which provides internet service to remote places around the world.

 

Fiji Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum tweeted about the SpaceX work, saying the volcano's shockwave shattered Tonga's internet connection, adding days of gut-wrenching uncertainty to disaster assessments.

 

A spokeswoman for Sayed-Khaiyum said Wednesday she was waiting for more information about the Starlink project before providing further details. SpaceX did not respond to requests for comment.

 

Musk had earlier shown interest in Tonga's plight. Less than a week after the eruption, he asked on Twitter: Could people from Tonga let us know if it is important for SpaceX to send over Starlink terminals?

Meanwhile Samiuela Fonua, the chairperson at Tonga Cable Ltd., the state-owned company that owns the crucial undersea cable, told The Associated Press on Wednesday that repairs to the cable might not be completed until the end of next week.

 

Fonua said the good news was that the crew aboard the repair ship CS Reliance had managed to locate both ends of the damaged cable. The bad news, he said, was the damage was extensive and his company didn't have enough cable aboard the ship to replace a mangled section of more than 80 kilometers (50 miles).

 

Fonua said there was extra cable aboard the Reliance that was owned by other companies, and Tonga Cable was hoping to secure agreements with those companies to use it.

Stern and Takei were discussing the “irony” of the Weinstein case and the audiotape of President Donald Trump boasting about grabbing women’s genitals years ago when Stern asked Takei whether he had ever grabbed a man’s genitals against his will.

Takei, a staunch opponent of the Republican president, initially was silent, then said “uh oh” and laughed. Stern asked again and Takei said, “Some people are kind of skittish, or maybe, um, uh, afraid, and you’re trying to persuade.”

Stern and his co-host, Robin Quivers, persisted, asking Takei whether he ever held a job over somebody for sex and he said no.

Quivers asked if he did “this grabbing at work.” Takei said, “It was either in my home. They came to my home.”

In a series of tweets and in a Facebook post Saturday morning, Takei denied Brunton’s allegations.

“The events he describes back in the 1980s simply did not occur, and I do not know why he has claimed them now. The Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity (Doherty Institute) – a joint venture between the University of Melbourne and The Royal Melbourne Hospital – has been awarded AU$3.2 million (US$2.15 million) by the Jack Ma Foundation to expedite the creation of a vaccine against COVID-19.

 

The funding for the Doherty Institute COVID-19 Vaccine Development Initiative aims to find an effective vaccine against the virus that has spread rapidly around the world infecting 87 137 people and killing 2977 (as at 10am 1 March) since the outbreak was first detected in the Chinese city of Wuhan at the end of last year.

 

Scientists from the Royal Melbourne Hospital’s Victorian Infectious Diseases Reference Laboratory at the Doherty Institute were the first to grow COVID-19 in the laboratory outside of China, and the first to share it with public health laboratories nationally and globally at the end of January.

 

Funding for the Initiative will be directed towards three areas, the first of which is an active vaccine platform, the process of stimulating the body to produce antibodies through administration of a vaccine. The second is a passive vaccine platform, which is the direct transfer of antibodies to a non-immune individual, providing temporary protection; and the third, determining vaccine efficacy, safety and readiness for phase one human trials.

 

Director of the Doherty Institute, University of Melbourne Professor Sharon Lewin, thanked the Jack Ma Foundation for its generous support and said the Institute was mobilised to find a vaccine against COVID-19.

 

“While the path to creating a vaccine is complex, we have the expertise and infrastructure here at the Doherty Institute to take on this task, and now, thanks to the Jack Ma Foundation, the funding to accelerate this significant project,” she said.

 

“Together with active surveillance, quarantine and other public health interventions, a vaccine is the most effective means of preventing new infections at scale in a population. If transmission continues as predicted, safe and effective vaccines will be needed to help sustain long-term approaches to disease control and to prevent severe mortality and morbidity over time.”

Eric Lander’s resignation as President Biden’s science adviser and director of the Office of Science Technology and Policy (OSTP), amid allegations that he bullied and demeaned subordinates, is the latest disappointment from an administration that has been struggling to guide the nation with sound science and science leadership. Lander’s departure now leaves empty the first ever OSTP directorship to be added to the President’s Cabinet. This vacancy joins the absence of permanent directors for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH), not to mention a secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) so disengaged as to appear absent. Let’s hope the president appoints the best people—in brilliance and character—into these positions, stops undermining his own workplace policy of respect and dignity, and gets the country back on course to follow the science, as he pledged.

Biden’s victory celebration, with signs boasting “The People Have Chosen Science,” brought hope to the scientific community. After 4 years of attacks on science by former President Trump and his accomplices, Biden’s early days were encouraging. Outstanding appointments were made to Biden’s science team, including Alondra Nelson, Jane Lubchenco, Frances Arnold, and Maria Zuber. The new director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Rochelle Walensky, was an accomplished physician-scientist who argued for strict adherence to pandemic mitigation measures. But disappointment has built steadily over the past year, beginning with various nominees. There was a long delay in Lander’s confirmation for the very reasons that have now brought on the current scandal. There was a protracted search for an FDA commissioner, a vital position during the pandemic. Even after Robert Califf was finally announced as the nominee, he has yet to be confirmed by the full Senate. And months after Francis Collins announced his retirement as NIH director, there is no sign of his replacement.

When it comes to the pandemic, the administration has not been able to get out of its own way. Rapid reversals of messaging on masks and boosters from the CDC have been commonplace, with the agency’s director contradicting statements she made before she joined the administration. In two consecutive weeks, Anthony Fauci, the chief medical adviser made predictions that didn’t happen: first on an airline vaccine mandate that didn’t materialize and then on a test requirement for ending quarantine. It’s been natural to wonder who’s in charge. In his Science editorial, Eric Topol laid blame on ineffective leadership by Xavier Becerra, the HHS Secretary, who should be coordinating the nation’s pandemic response.

And now, the latest mess. What is troubling about Lander’s resignation is that it came under pressure and two months after the White House completed the investigation. Firing Lander was clearly not the White House’s original intent, contradicting the president’s promise to enforce a zero tolerance policy when it comes to treating colleagues disrespectfully. Lander’s bullying of OSTP co-workers was initially reported by Politico, which obtained a recording of an OSTP staff briefing by White House administrators who conducted the investigation. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki confirmed the findings in a press briefing, where she faced understandably tough questions about the administration’s approach to appropriate conduct. All Lander was required to do was apologize and hold “brown bags” with staff. Yet this was Biden’s inaugural pledge: “If you are ever working with me and I hear you treat another colleague with disrespect, talk down to someone, I promise you I will fire you on the spot. On the spot. No ifs, ands or buts.”

Maybe the White House decided to set aside that promise for Lander because he was about to take charge of Biden’s recently announced Cancer Moonshot initiative and testify before Congress about the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), which seeks to redesign the nation’s biomedical ecosystem. But Lander should be a lesson for the White House. Legitimate questions about his personal conduct were raised before and during his confirmation hearing. Enthusiasm for his brilliance and political acumen was tempered by accusations that he did not appropriately acknowledge the contributions of Nobel Prize winners Jennifer Doudna and Emmanuelle Charpentier to gene-editing technology. He apologized and then was appointed.

Biden has much work to do to maintain the confidence of the scientific community. It must begin with assembling strong science leadership, and that now includes replacing Lander immediately at the cabinet level. No ifs, ands, or buts.

1.Moderna is an $80billion company with a "God complex" (in the literal sense) that, prior to its COVID mRNA vaccine, had never brought a product to market.

  1. Moderna has close ties to US federal agencies through grants and IP transfers, including the NIH/NIAID run by Tony Fauci, the US principle on COVID, and Ralph Baric, successful expert in gain-of-function research on coronaviruses.

  2. In Feb 2020 "scientific consensus" very quickly closed ranks behind Fauci in stating that the SARS-CoV-2 virus was natural in origin despite many independent experts continuing to challenge the assertion.

  3. Over a year later, significant volumes of new information reveal support for the theory that the virus was man-made and lab-leaked.

  4. A key component in the gain-of-function theory is that the only differences between the spike proteins of SARS-CoV-1 and SARS-CoV-2 is four distinct, non-trivial inserts which are not seen in any other coronavirus.

  5. As if this was not already a very low probability natural or random occurrence, all of the insertions WERE found in the HIV virus.

  6. On top of that, all 4 insertions are from binding sites, allowing the virus to stick better to human cells (2 without modification and the other 2 with modifications that specifically gain that function).

  7. In particular one of the insertions contains a "furin cleavage sequence" that is important for the gain of function but whose full genomic sequence does not naturally occur elsewhere.

  8. In fact, the only place it occurs prior to SARS-Cov-2 is in a patent owned by…

  1. In order for that sequence to have arisen in that virus, the virus which was manufactured with its HIV inserts, had to have had been infected into patented cell lines supplied by Moderna that had that unique sequence not seen in any other virus.

Greenpeace chief lands top job in govt of EU state

 

American Jennifer Morgan has been appointed Germany’s international climate envoy

 

Greenpeace chief Jennifer Morgan has been named Germany’s new special envoy for international climate policy by Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, a Green Party leader in the coalition government.

 

“I feel honored by the trust you put in me and I take on this important role with pleasure and determination. We are at a crossroads,” Morgan said of the appointment on Wednesday, reportedly speaking in fluent German.

 

The American told reporters that she would bring her years of experience in the climate movement as well as in think tanks into politics and help Germany achieve its green goals.

 

“The effects of the climate crisis are being felt everywhere – people and nature are suffering,” she added.

 

Brussels is slated to be Morgan’s first foreign trip, followed by a visit to Paris. She will take up her new role from March 1 after she relinquishes her position at Greenpeace.

 

“Germany has built itself a role-model image internationally with its decision to exit coal and nuclear, and its intensive investments in renewable energy and hydrogen. The energy transition is Germany’s soft power. And we will pursue this actively,” said Morgan.

Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Wellcome each pledged US$150 million for a total of US$300 million to the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI).

 

CEPI is a global partnership launched five years ago by the governments of Norway and India, the Gates Foundation, Wellcome, and the World Economic Forum.

 

The pledges come ahead of a global replenishment conference in March to support CEPI’s visionary five-year plan to better prepare for, prevent, and equitably respond to future epidemics and pandemics.

“As the world responds to the challenge of a rapidly evolving virus, the need to deliver new, lifesaving tools has never been more urgent,” said Bill Gates, co-chair of the Gates Foundation.

 

“Our work over the past 20 years has taught us that early investment in research and development can save lives and prevent worst-case scenarios. Five years ago, following the Ebola and Zika epidemics, our foundation helped launch CEPI,” he added.

 

Since its inception, CEPI has played a central scientific role in curbing epidemics around the world, overseeing a number of scientific breakthroughs, and putting pandemic preparedness at the center of the global health R&D agenda.

 

When the COVID-19 pandemic began, CEPI responded immediately, building one of the world’s largest and most diverse portfolios of COVID-19 vaccine candidates—14 in all, including six of which continue to receive funding, and three of which have been granted emergency use listing by the World Health Organization (WHO).

 

CEPI made early investments in the development of the Oxford-AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine, which is now saving lives around the world. The organization has also played a critical role in efforts to end Ebola, including supporting the development of a second Ebola vaccine by Janssen. On May 11, 1987, The London Times, one of the world's most respected newspapers, published an explosive article entitled, "Smallpox vaccine triggered AIDS virus."

The story suggested the smallpox eradication vaccine program sponsored by the WHO (World Health Organization) was responsible for unleashing AIDS in Africa. Almost 100 million Africans living in central Africa were inoculated by the WHO (World Health Organization). The vaccine was held responsible for awakening a "dormant" AIDS virus infection on the continent.

 

 

An advisor to the WHO admitted, "Now I believe the smallpox vaccine theory is the explanation for the explosion of AIDS."

Robert Gallo, M,D., the co-discoverer of HIV, told The Times, "The link between the WHO program and the epidemic is an interesting and important hypothesis.

 

I cannot say that it actually happened, but I have been saying for some years that the use of live vaccines such as that used for smallpox can activate a dormant infection such as HIV." Despite the tremendous importance of this story, the U.S. media was totally silent on the report, and Gallo never spoke of it again.

 

In September 1987, at a conference sponsored by the National Health Federation in Monrovia, California, William Campbell Douglass, M.D., bluntly blamed the WHO for murdering Africa with the AIDS virus.

In a widely circulated reprint of his talk entitled "W.H.O. Murdered Africa" , he accused the organization of encouraging virologists and molecular biologists to work with deadly animal viruses in an attempt to make an immunosuppressive hybrid virus that would be deadly to humans.

 

From the Bulletin of the World Health Organization (Volume 47, p.259, 1972), he quoted a passage that stated: "An attempt should be made to see if viruses can in fact exert selective effects on immune function. The possibility should be looked into that the immune response to the virus itself may be impaired if the infecting virus damages, more or less selectively, the cell responding to the virus."

According to Douglass, "That's AIDS. What the WHO is saying in plain English is Let's cook up a virus that selectively destroys the T-cell system of man, an acquired immune deficiency.'" The entire article can be read on google.com ("WHO Murdered Africa").

 

In his 1989 book, 'AIDS: The End of Civilization,' Douglass claims the WHO laced the African vaccines. He blames "the virologists of the world, the sorcerers who brought us this ghastly plague, and have formed a united front in denying that the virus was laboratory-made from known, lethal animal viruses. The scientific party line is that a monkey in Africa with AIDS bit a native on the butt. The native then went to town and gave it to a prostitute who gave it to a local banker who gave it to his wife and three girl friends, and wham - 75 million people became infected with AIDS in Africa. An entirely preposterous story."

White House Authorizes US Troops In Poland To Spearhead Ukraine Evacuation Plan

 

Apparently fearing another Afghan evacuation disaster, the White House has approved a new Pentagon plan authorizing US troops currently in Poland to spearhead the evacuation of Americans in Ukraine in the event of a Russian invasion. At this point, it's being described as a contingency plan but requiring the necessary logistics to be in place, with troops on standby.

 

According to details revealed in The Wall Street Journal, "Some of the 1,700 troops from the 82nd Airborne Corps being deployed to Poland to bolster that ally will in coming days begin to set up checkpoints, tent camps and other temporary facilities inside Poland’s border with Ukraine in preparation to serve arriving Americans, U.S. officials said."

 

However, the official cautioned that "The troops aren’t authorized to enter Ukraine and won’t evacuate Americans or fly aircraft missions from inside Ukraine," according to the report.

 

"Instead, the officials said, the mission would be to provide logistics support to help coordinate the evacuation of Americans from Poland, after they arrive there from Kyiv and other parts of Ukraine, likely by land and without U.S. military support, the officials said."

 

US troops began arriving in Poland this week, as part of a new Biden-authorized deployment of 3,000 extra troops to bolster Eastern European allies in face of Russian "aggression".

 

It's commonly estimated that some 30,000 American citizens are currently in Ukraine. Last month there was open contention between Kiev and Washington when the State Department began advising families of embassy staff to begin departing the country.

 

Ukrainian officials said the move was "premature" and unwarranted at that point, also at a moment the White House was claiming a Russian offensive was "imminent" - also which never materialized. The "imminent" claim too was deemed wildly inaccurate by Ukraine officials. Ukraine's leaders have also been trying to keep the population from panicking when nothing has actually happened yet.

 

President Volodymyr Zelensky meanwhile has told The Wall Street Journal that a Russian invasion is still unlikely.

 

He was cited in publication Tuesday as saying he "still believes an invasion is unlikely, according to people familiar with his thinking, and worries that dire public warnings from the U.S. about a possible invasion are serving to amplify Russian efforts to destabilize Ukraine and its economy."

US lawmaker outlines plan ‘to drain swamp’ in Congress

 

Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-North Carolina) has proposed a 12 year term limit for members of both the US Senate and House

 

Term limits could soon be introduced for members of both the US Senate and House of Representatives thanks to Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-North Carolina), who told Fox News on Tuesday that he is launching a campaign to get such a measure passed.

 

“If you're not able to accomplish your goals in over a decade, I really don't want you to represent me anyway,” the Republican said Tuesday.

 

Term limits have been discussed in the past by politicians, with former President Donald Trump even making it a last-minute campaign promise during the 2020 presidential election.

 

But the task of passing such seismic legislation is one Cawthorn admits will likely not be achieved this year, especially as it needs a Constitutional amendment, a two-thirds majority in the House and Senate, and ratification by over three dozen states. The current Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, has served since 1987 and recently announced she will be running for reelection. Her Senate counterpart, Chuck Schumer, has served since 1999.

 

Cawthorn revealed he will be launching a “term limits tour” across the country to amass public support to help “drain the swamp.” Another goal of the congressman is to make his term limits legislation popular enough that it becomes something future Republicans must support to earn major endorsements. Cawthorn’s term limits would apply to new members of Congress.

 

“I think the American people deserve a class of elected officials that aren't entrenched in Washington, DC because once you've been here for over 12 years, you stop to repel the swamp, and I think you kind of start to morph into it,” the 26-year-old congressman said.

 

Current President Joe Biden hasn’t spoken much about the idea of term limits, but he did oppose term-limit legislation that was part of the GOP’s Contract with America in 1994. Then a senator, Biden argued that the “power of the ballot box” gave people the opportunity to vote out anyone they do not like.

Three Ontario nurses who have faced discipline for their stances on the pandemic are suing the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) and a media outlet in British Columbia, with the libel suit seeking $1 million.

Kristen Nagle of London, Kristal Pitter of Tillsonburg and Sara Choujounian of Toronto have been investigated by the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) for sharing their controversial views about the pandemic on social media.

All three nurses are entitled to practise in Ontario without restrictions.

Pitter, a nurse practitioner and former nursing home inspector for the Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care, has been cautioned by the CNO, along with Nagle, about spreading misinformation on social media about the pandemic.

Nagle, a former neonatal intensive-care nurse at London Health Sciences Centre, was fired last January after she was charged by law enforcement for failing to comply with Ontario's emergency pandemic health restrictions in November 2020. She was charged again in April 2021.

The Pandemic That Wasn't

 

The H1N1 swine flu outbreak appears to have ended less like the rogue wild boar that United Nations bureaucrats predicted and more like roasted pork tenderloin with apples and sage. From the beginning the World Health Organization's actions have ranged from the dubious to the flagrantly incompetent.

 

Last June the WHO boosted the pandemic alert to the highest level, Phase 6. That meant that, according to the WHO, a pandemic was under waythe first time in 41 years that the organization had made such a declaration. But the WHO must have been suffering from four decades of amnesia because ordinary seasonal flu, which sweeps the world annuallyand which is far more lethal than the currently circulating low-virulence H1N1 swine flu–certainly meets the organization's definition of a pandemic: infections over a wide geographic area that affect a large proportion of the population.

 

Ironically, one might even consider the emergence of the H1N1 flu during the past year a net public health benefit, since it appears to have suppressed, or at least supplanted, the far more virulent and lethal seasonal flu strains. During the second week of January, 3.7% of Americans tested positive for the seasonal flu, compared with 11.5% during the same week last year. The death toll in the U.S. from H1N1 is estimated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to be around 3,900, while in an average year seasonal flu kills about 36,000.

 

The WHO's April 2009 decision to raise the pandemic flu threat to the penultimate level, Phase 5, "Pandemic Imminent," was unwarranted and far outpaced the data accumulated. Even worse was the June declaration that a pandemic was under way, which exposed the WHO's flawed fundamental paradigm. A warning system based solely on how widely a virus has spread, but that does not consider the nature, severity and impact of the illness it causes, is prone to false positives; it would classify not only seasonal flu but also the frequent but largely inconsequential outbreaks of virus-caused colds and gastroenteritis as "pandemics." WHO has never offered any explanation for why these examples that seem to fit its definition of a pandemic do not meet its criteria.

 

False alarms make the "pandemic under way" designation almost meaningless, and they diminish its usefulness, which, in turn, has important consequences. As Dr. Jack Fisher, a professor of surgery at the University of California, San Diego, School of Medicine, observed, "Keep crying 'wolf,' and WHO can expect lower than customary compliance with flu vaccine advisories next fall." Not only next fall, but also at some future time when we encounter a genuinely dangerous new pathogen such as a strain of H5N1 avian flu (which in its present form boasts a mortality rate more than 100 fold higher than the H1N1 swine flu) that is easily transmissible between humans.

 

The U.N.'s false alarms have had more immediate, negative effects. Matthew Hingerty, managing director of Australia's Tourism Export Council, lamented that the country lost thousands of tourists because of the WHO's pandemic declaration. Egyptian public health authorities overreacted and summarily ordered the slaughter of all the pigs in the country. In addition to the devastating economic losses, garbage filled the streets of Cairo and the numbers of rodents rose to fearsome levels because the pigs were no longer available to consume much of the garbage produced in the city. The U.N. indicted by the Law of Unintended Consequences.

 

The publicity and resulting panic surrounding the WHO's announcement of Phase 5 and 6 alertsespecially since the vaccine was not widely available until Decemberalso brought out the fraudulent peddling of all sorts of ineffective and possibly dangerous protective gear and nostrums, including gloves, masks, dietary supplements, shampoo, a nasal sanitizer and a spray that supposedly coats the hands with a layer of anti-microbial "ionic silver."

Fauci and His Bioethicist Wife Argued for LOWER Care Standards in an Unearthed Paper.

 

National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Anthony Fauci and his wife Christine Grady, who directs the National Institutes of Health’s Bioethics Department, co-authored a paper outlining criteria for international grants administered by the National Institutes of Health.

 

Published March 1st, 2002 in the journal Nature Reviews Immunology, the paper counted two other authors in addition to the Faucis: Gregory Folkers, who directs the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director (NIAID) Immediate Office of the Director, and Jack Killen, the former Director of the Division of AIDS at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

 

The unearthed paper – “Ethics of Clinical Research in the Developing World” – comes amidst controversy over Fauci’s decision to fund research on “killer” bat coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Additionally, Grady’s prominent role in supervising ethics of NIH research and policy appear to present a conflict of interest given her husband’s role in shaping America’s COVID-19 response and vaccination guidelines.

 

The paper addresses what type of studies the U.S. should fund in the developing world, arguing against a “Uniform Care Requirement.”

 

“Many commentators believe that all clinical trial participants must receive a level of care equivalent to the world’s best. Using HIV/AIDS research as an example, we show how this ‘Uniform Care Requirement’ can undermine biomedical research aimed at improving global health, and then we point towards a more rational and balanced approach to ethical assessment,” begins the paper.

 

“Studies carried out in resource-poor countries might differ substantially from those in the developed countries that are most likely to sponsor the research,” add Fauci and Grady.

 

The pair continue to outline criteria for internal research, which would have ostensibly applied to work carried out in Wuhan.

 

“The first requirement for ethical research is that the study has potential social and scientific value. In the context of international clinical research, this would include responsiveness to the health needs of the population in which it is to be carried out, a factor that is increasingly recognized as being essential to ethical research,” explains the paper.

 

“The second requirement for ethical clinical research is valid scientific methodology — that is, that it stands a high probability of yielding reliable and useful data related to the research questions it addresses.”

China’s TikTok Helps Teens Go Viral with Racy Videos, Harming Mental Health

 

The algorithm for the Chinese-owned TikTok app makes it easier for teens to go viral and gain internet fame, especially with sexualized videos. But the downside of posting racy videos to social media is the toll taken on teens’ mental health, according to mental health professionals.

 

To the dismay of many, the Chinese-owned social media app TikTok has become the preferred platform amongst teens today.

 

But unlike other social media platforms — such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter — going viral on TikTok and becoming “TikTok famous” is much easier and quicker, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal.

 

TikTok weighs whether viewers show strong interest in a particular type of content — measured by whether they finish watching videos — the company says. The app’s recommendation engine then chooses videos to send to viewers, regardless of the creator’s follower count or past video virality.

 

Given that TikTok users appear to take more of an interest in sexual or risqué content, teens have realized that the more sexual their videos are, the more likely they are to get likes or go viral, mental health professionals say.

 

“Many of them have figured out that the formula for that is producing more sexual content,” said Carter Barnhart, co-founder of Charlie Health, a virtual mental health care provider.

 

Barnhart added that a growing number of teens she treats report their self-esteem is dependent on how many likes they get on TikTok.

 

Jula Anderson, for example, joined TikTok when she was 16. Her first video featuring her family’s home renovations only got five likes. But when she saw that other users were posting more suggestive content, she tried it, too.

 

“I wanted to get famous on TikTok, and I learned that if you post stuff showing your body, people will start liking it,” Anderson, now an 18-year-old high school student, told the Wall Street Journal.

 

A few months later, the teen’s wish came true, as a video of her wearing a tight-fitting tank top while lip-syncing to “Sunday Best” by Surfaces went viral, the newspaper reports.

 

TikTok’s algorithm had pushed the video to viewers’ “For You” pages, which resulted in more than one million people viewing the content, and nearly 500,000 people liking it.

 

Anderson’s TikTok following then went from a few hundred users to more than 200,000. The comment section of the teen’s video was then inundated with boys and men saying how hot she looked. Inspired by the success, Anderson made her videos more risqué.

 

“I’d wear clothes that I wouldn’t wear to school but that I felt good in,” she said. “I didn’t view them as that sexual, but other people did.”

 

The teen then found herself constantly checking her TikTok likes, saying, “It was my whole world.”

Britain’s Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, has said that he expects all remaining Chinese Coronavirus restrictions in England — including those to do with self-isolation — to be lifted by the end of the month, provided current “encouraging trends” continue regarding the disease.

 

Johnson made the comments during this week’s session of Prime Minister’s Questions, during which the premier came under opposition pressure for the ongoing “partygate” scandal, as well his handling of inflation and rising energy prices.

 

According to a report by Sky News, the Prime Minister told parliament that he expected all of England’s COVID rules to be rolled back one month earlier than initially planned.

 

“Providing the current encouraging trends in the data continue, it is my expectation that we will be able to end the last domestic restrictions, including the legal requirement to self-isolate if you test positive, a full month early,” the publication reports Johnson as telling the House of Commons, with cheers erupting inside parliament.

 

An end to rules requiring individuals with COVID to self-isolate had previously been expected to expire on March 24.

Canada Truckers Arrested, Supporters Warned as Police Act Against Protests

 

A series of arrests were made late Tuesday against members of the trucker-led Freedom Convoy in Canada as the capital Ottawa remained in a state of emergency.

 

Police have made 23 arrests out of thousands of protesters so far across the country, with some 80 criminal investigations underway in relation to the demonstrations, the Daily Express reports.

 

Ottawa Deputy Police Chief Steve Bell said: “Our message to the demonstrators remains the same: Don’t come. If you do, there will be consequences.”

 

He told reporters the police have immobilised many heavy vehicles taking part in the blockade as officers seek to slowly take back control.

 

Bell’s warning of “consequences” for protesters and their supporters comes less than 24-hours after Ottawa police detained and brutalized a 78-year-old man identified as Gerry Charlebois on Monday for violating the ban imposed that day on honking car horns.

 

They acted as more people against Canada rallied both for their freedom and against left-wing Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s dismissal of their concerns.

 

As Breitbart News reported, police appear in multiple videos twisting the elderly man’s arm around his back and shoving him into the side of a car.

 

The arrest came as part of a broader crack down on a trucker-led protest in Canada’s capital dubbed the “Freedom Convoy.”

 

Members of the protest demand an end to civil rights abuses by the Canadian government in the name of stopping the spread of Chinese coronavirus, including vaccine and mask mandates and business shutdowns.
