He didn’t rule out running for President when asked by AJ, ergo he intends to run and split the base. I have no reason to be like "NOOOO NOT FLYNN!" If that's the case, that's the case.

 

But the best evidence in a situation where there's so much classified stuff, and double and triple agents and what not, is people's behavior. It's the one thing that's impossible to fake.

Fisk alleged the existence of a vast network of prominent individuals from the legal profession, media, political establishment and medical profession who were paedophiles/pederasts and were colluding with senior ranks of the police service to protect its members from prosecution.

 

In pursuing this term of reference, the commission investigated the activities of the particular pederastic/hebephilic network of which Fisk was a member, and its relationship with a group of corrupt NSW Police Service detectives. The network operated as a mutual syndicate and was designed to facilitate the distribution of child pornography, the procuring and sharing of underage sexual partners by members, investment in property such as an underage male brothel in Surry Hills and a pooling of resources and information for the purposes of evading law enforcement and maintaining access to illicit markets. Syndicate members also carried on an amphetamine-trafficking enterprise to raise money to help with the significant expense imposed by the requirement to pay bribes, and the high price of illicit materials and services.

 

The relationship between the network and the group of corrupt detectives was extensive and multifaceted, including regular bribe payments to the detectives in exchange for advance warning of law enforcement scrutiny, consignment of large amounts of methamphetamine to the network members on a profit-sharing basis and the planning of insurance frauds and financial crimes. The detective closest to the network, Larry Churchill, also shared some of the hebephilic tendencies of the network members.

 

The Commission found that the syndicates were effective and efficient in protecting the perpetrators from law enforcement scrutiny and facilitating their criminal activities, and there had been a corrupt relationship between the Fisk syndicate and a group of corrupt officers led by Larry Churchill. The inquiry also conceded that there were probably other such networks and corrupt dealings unknown to them but based on the extensive evidence provided by large numbers of sex-offenders, victims and law enforcement officers, it felt able to put that aside and concentrate on its instruction to examine police procedure and care arrangements for minors.

 

It was highly critical of police, prosecutors and public servants in their approach to the prosecution of sex offences against minors and their lack of specialist police resources and clear guidelines. The Commission made comprehensive recommendations for the reform of care arrangements and police and public service procedures in dealing with child victims of sexual offences.

 

However, the inquiry debunked the most sensational allegations made by Fisk and was emphatic that there was no compelling evidence for the existence of a large network of prominent professionals with paedophile tendencies and a criminal bargain with senior officers of the police service to protect them from prosecution.

As the Delta variant continues to fuel a fourth wave of COVID-19 in Canada, some provincial and territorial governments have begun to require residents over a certain age to provide proof of vaccination (dubbed β€œvaccine passports”) for access to non-essential events and businesses. Those who are not vaccinated will not be permitted to go to gyms, restaurants, movie theatres, and more.

 

In September, Canada’s vaccination rate started levelling off across the country, leading to an uptick in COVID cases, especially among the unvaccinated population. The hope is that vaccine passports will encourage unvaccinated Canadians to get immunized. In Quebec, the first province to announce a vaccine passport plan, the number of COVID-19 vaccine bookings doubled after the system was announced. Currently, about 84 percent of the population is fully vaccinated.

Federal

The federal government has announced a standardized proof of vaccination in an effort to facilitate domestic and international travel. Unlike some provinces which have physical proof of vaccination cards, the federal vaccine passport will be in the form of a digital QR code. All of Canada's provinces and territories will be moving forward with the federal vaccine passport, meaning that eventually Canadians will be able to present their federal QR code as proof of vaccination, no matter where in Canada they received their vaccinations.

On October 21, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced the pan-Canadian proof of vaccination is now available to residents of Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan and Yukon. The vaccine passport is expected to be available in more provinces soon. The federal standardized proof of vaccination went into effect on October 30 and is required by travellers 12 and over boarding domestic flights or trains. Canadians travelling internationally will be required to present their passport along with their federal QR code, which can also be used with the ArriveCan mobile app when returning to Canada.

British Columbia

Starting September 13, proof of vaccination will be required for residents aged 12 and up accessing social events like ticketed sporting events, indoor concerts, indoor theatre/dance/symphony events, and indoor organized events like conferences and weddings. Proof of vaccination will also be required when visiting non-essential businesses like patio and indoor dining at restaurants, fitness centres, casinos, night clubs, and movie theatres.

Alberta

On September 15, Alberta declared a state of public health emergency and announced a "Restrictions Exemption Program." As of September 20, the measure required people aged 12 or older to provide government-issued proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test in order to access restaurants, indoor gatherings, retail and gyms. Those opting to get a COVID-19 test instead of vaccinations must present proof of a negative privately paid test, either PCR or Rapid Test, from within the previous 72 hours. Those with medical exception are required to provide documentation.

Effective November 15, Alberta now requires proof of vaccination to be presented as a QR code. Alberta COVID-19 vaccine records with a QR code are available online, and can be easily saved on a smartphone or printed out. Albertans can also receive a free printed vaccination records and QR code via a registry agent office or by calling 811. Businesses require patrons to present their proof of vaccination QR code along with a valid ID.

This is what's puzzling to me as to why POTUS continues to state that VP Mike Pence had the authority to deny the electoral vote to Biden. I have gone through and read not only the 12th Amendment, but the Electoral Vote Act of 1887 sections 1. 3, and 15. I read Louie Goemert's brief he filled at SCOTUS in support of Ken Paxton's lawsuit (Texas AG) against the other contested states and I've read John Eastman's lawsuit he filed on behalf of President Trump that SCOTUS refuse to hear.

 

In none of the statutes or the 12th Amendment does it state ANYWHERE indirectly or directly that the Vice President has the authority to reject contested electoral certifications. NO WHERE does it even come close to iterating that.

 

The Texas lawsuit was against the other contested states and the unlawful and unConstitutional acts committed by those states in changing election law without the state legislatures. Rep. Goemert's brief was predicated on the Electoral Vote Act being unConstitutional but this statute mimicks the 12th Amendment. John Eastman's lawsuit was exactly on point and of course the msdnc media smeared him as some kind of lunatic and again, SCOTUS was too cowardly to act.

 

So, after spending all of this time reading all of this shit, it is fucking clear to me that the VP as the President of the Senate, has NO AUTHORITY whatsoever to reject anything. If this is to be done, then it is the House and Senate that debates any objections to any certified electoral vote and these two elected bodies are the ones who decide. If both houses come back with the same conclusion, (yes, Arizona's electoral vote certification is fraudulent) then those votes get tossed. If either chamber comes back with opposing conclusions then the votes are accepted. That's how it's done.

 

So what in the fuck is President Trump talking about and why does he continue to make this an issue?

Chapter 1. Presidential Elections and Vacancies

Counting electoral votes in congress

 

Β§ 15. Congress shall be in session on the sixth day of January succeeding every meeting of the electors. The Senate and House of Representatives shall meet in the Hall of the House of Representatives at the hour of 1 o'clock in the afternoon on that day, and the President of the Senate shall be their presiding officer. Two tellers shall be previously appointed on the part of the Senate and two on the part of the House of Representatives, to whom shall be handed, as they are opened by the President of the Senate, all the certificates and papers purporting to be certificates of the electoral votes, which certificates and papers shall be opened, presented, and acted upon in the alphabetical order of the States, beginning with the letter A; and said tellers, having then read the same in the presence and hearing of the two Houses, shall make a list of the votes as they shall appear from the said certificates; and the votes having been ascertained and counted according to the rules in this subchapter provided, the result of the same shall be delivered to the President of the Senate, who shall thereupon announce the state of the vote, which announcement shall be deemed a sufficient declaration of the persons, if any, elected President and Vice President of the United States, and, together with a list of the votes, be entered on the Journals of the two Houses. Upon such reading of any such certificate or paper, the President of the Senate shall call for objections, if any. Every objection shall be made in writing, and shall state clearly and concisely, and without argument, the ground thereof, and shall be signed by at least one Senator and one Member of the House of Representatives before the same shall be received. When all objections so made to any vote or paper from a State shall have been received and read, the Senate shall thereupon withdraw, and such objections shall be submitted to the Senate for its decision; and the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall, in like manner, submit such objections to the House of Representatives for its decision; and no electoral vote or votes from any State which shall have been regularly given by electors whose appointment has been lawfully certified to according to section 6 of this title from which but one return has been received shall be rejected, but the two Houses concurrently may reject the vote or votes when they agree that such vote or votes have not been so regularly given by electors whose appointment has been so certified. If more than one return or paper purporting to be a return from a State shall have been received by the President of the Senate, those votes, and those only, shall be counted which shall have been regularly given by the electors who are shown by the determination mentioned in section 5 of this title to have been appointed
