Well, potentially, to stsnd down regading an ongoing situation. For example, to try to convince a populace that a certain action, (oh, let's pick for example), a coup, was necessary, was widely popular, when it was not.

They might, I suspect, try to get a large number of people on the street for one reason as cover for a planned(not good) occurrance, but then change the narrative during and after the event.

Can you tell this non-tech phonefag how to respond to a message to me on an old thread and post a response on a new research thread. They fill up so fast! Can't respond. Have looked in FAQ for how to respond but it's not addressed there at least.
