I can see Trump liking Nixon. Nixon was a guy's president, IMO. Football. car racing fan. Original game plan guy. Pretty sure the term game plan in the NFK came from the Nixon era, for example.

I can't see Obama wanting a Clinton bag man in the WH, if Obama had his druthers, so the fact that Sullivan is there probably means Obama gets the protection from Sullivan as well. Rival gangs needing to team up to battle a competent enemy, and Sullivan is the only one they both trust.
