The Government’s Discovery Update in the Sussmann case, filed 1/25/2022, provides some of this information at pages 6-7.

 

Former FBI General Counsel James Baker.

 

A former FBI Assistant Director for Counter Intelligence. We are confident this is Bill Priestap, to whom Baker relayed the Alfa Bank materials after it was provided by Michael Sussmann. See Baker’s 10/3/2018 House testimony at page 100.

 

Peter Strzok (likely). The 1/25/22 Sussmann filing by Durham states there has been grand jury testimony by “A former FBI Deputy Assistant Director for Counterintelligence.” We conclude this is probably Peter Strzok. Baker testified that he might have contacted “Pete Strzok or Bill Priestap” after receiving the documents from Sussmann. See Baker’s 10/3/2018 House testimony at page 99. Strzok wrote that he had a “minor role” in these events. We asked Strzok about this; he hasn’t responded.

 

Daniel Jones (likely). Back in October 2020, Dexter Filkins with the New Yorker reported that Durham had “asked” Jones to give testimony before a grand jury. Jones is a former staffer for Diane Feinstein who, per the Daily Caller, secured $50 million in funding to investigate, with Fusion GPS and Steele Russian interference with the 2016 election.

 

Charles Dolan (likely). Dolan is the Clinton ally “source” of Steele primary subsource Igor Danchenko. We conclude he has testified before a grand jury based on statements within the Danchenko indictment (such as Dolan stating the Clinton Campaign did not direct his interactions with Danchenko and other Russian nationals).

 

An FBI Special Agent who served as case agent for the FBI’s Alfa Bank investigation. Identity currently unknown.

 

An FBI Headquarters Supervisory Special Agent assigned to the Alfa Bank investigation. Identity currently unknown.

 

Two former employees of DARPA (identified as Agency-1 in the Sussmann indictment). This NYT article explains DARPA’s relationship with Georgia Tech, and how Georgia Tech researchers worked with Rodney Joffe.

 

Eight current and former employees of the CIA (identified as “Agency-2” in the Sussmann indictment.) This would likely include Caroline Krass, a John Brennan ally who was the CIA General Counsel at the time.

Hillary Clinton is hawking new “But Her Emails” hats, selling the headwear amid a report that former President Trump disposed of documents in the toilet of the White House.

 

Clinton highlighted the $30 caps on Friday, writing on Instagram that they were being offered “just in time for Galentine’s Day, and the news that Trump was flushing documents down White House toilets.”

 

The 2016 Democratic presidential nominee’s post included an edited throwback photo of her sporting a hat with the message “But Her Emails” written in pink capital letters.

 

The items are described on a sales site as “black unstructured dad hats” that are union-made in the United States.

 

Clinton faced scrutiny and made headlines in 2016 over her use of personal email server while secretary of State, with the practice becoming a major political issue during her presidential campaign against Trump.

 

Clinton’s emails were subject to numerous investigations including by the FBI, which declined to charge her with violating federal records-keeping requirements or other crimes.

 

On Thursday, New York Times White House correspondent Maggie Haberman reports in her forthcoming book that staffers at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. regularly found ripped-up printed paper clogging a toilet in the presidential residence when Trump was in office.

 

The staffers, according to Haberman, believed that Trump was flushing pieces of paper down the toilet.

 

Trump called the claim “categorically untrue” in a statement, saying it was “made up by a reporter in order to get publicity for a mostly fictitious book.”

 

In light of the report on Trump’s handling of documents, critics have assailed what they call the outsized focus on Clinton’s emails by the media.

 

In a Thursday tweet, Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill said the “two-year frenzy” over the former first lady’s emails was “bullshit.”

 

“Call it sexism, Republican depravity, ratings-hungry media, it’s time we acknowledge it was bullshit, and write that into the history books,” Merrill said.

 

Purchases of Clinton’s “But Her Emails” hat go to her Onward Together group, which she said will work to “protect voting rights, help young progressives run for office, and more.” It’s not the first time that Clinton has issued an email-related product: Onward Together also sells a $20 “But Her Emails” mug.

Yup. Has to be a connection there to Stone if Nixon was involved. Savin was very detailed about the Trump/Nixon stuff.

 

The other thing that came to mind is Trump's kid brother was named Robert. The one who died while Trump was in office.

 

Found a link on Nixon/Trump. CBC, but have to hold your nose, I guess, and look at the minutia. The Nixons saw Trump on TV in the 80's and struck up a correspondence.

A breakthrough case is when a person is diagnosed with COVID-19 at least two weeks after getting fully vaccinated.

Teachers Unions: From Academics to Activists

How Teachers Unions Reward Insiders, Promote Political Activism, and Push a Divisive Agenda

Key Findings

 

No U.S institution has been affected more by current events than the K-12 education system. The COVID pandemic wreaked havoc on the mechanics of delivering education, while the social justice movement sparked a debate over what should be taught in the classroom. The convergence of these two issues turned traditionally mundane school board meetings into a platform for frustrated parents and often pitted these parents against administrators and teachers. While parents voiced their concerns about COVID policies, critical race theory, and gender issues to their local schools, the powerful teachers unions pressed a national campaign to stake out positions on these same controversial issues. The actions taken by the unions go far beyond their traditional mission of bargaining for better pay, benefits, and improved working conditions for teachers. For example, the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) passed resolutions that supported Democratic presidential candidates and advocated for liberal positions on politically divisive issues. The leader of the National Education Association (NEA) admitted that the union’s mission had been expanded to include social activism. Expenditures by both unions reflected these priorities, going exclusively to support progressive causes and candidates. To understand the effects of this expanded role of teachers unions, GAI analyzed almost two years of resolutions by the AFT. We also researched the backgrounds and the public statements made by the influential leaders of both the AFT and the NEA.

This is what we found:

 

• Randi Weingarten, the leader of the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) since 2008, dramatically increased the union’s political spending since taking office. According to the Government Accountability Institute’s analysis of campaign finance records, AFT campaign contributions spiked from $3.7 million in 2008 to $20 million during the 2020 election cycle.

 

• Lily Eskelsen Garcia, the leader of the National Education Association (NEA), confirmed to Education Week that the “core business” of the NEA is no longer pensions and health insurance, but social activism and political lobbying.

 

• Eskelsen Garcia stated that leadership changes at her union have allowed it to focus on broader social issues like immigration policy and racial justice. She justifies this expansion of union activism because it reflects the leadership’s deeply held personal and political beliefs.

 

The Union Dues of Teachers Now Fund Radical Social Justice Groups that Don’t Reflect Mainstream American Values

 

• Data from the US Department of Labor reveal that between 2006 and 2020, AFT and NEA donated approximately $726,200 to GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network). GSLEN bills itself as a “leading national organization working to guarantee LGBTQ+ students safe and affirming education.”3

 

• Research indicates that over the last three years, the AFT and NEA have donated approximately $3 million to pass through groups that then fund Black Lives Matters.

 

GAI Analysis Reveals Union Leadership Focuses on Electing Democrats and Advocating for Left-Wing Issues

 

• GAI’s analysis of AFT resolutions shows the most frequent topics discussed in AFT resolutions in 2020 and 2021 were COVID-19, elections, race, violence, and criminal justice, followed by education.

 

• In 2020 alone, there were 227 separate mentions of “elections” contained in fourteen different resolutions that were published on the AFT website. Likewise, there were 165 separate mentions of “COVID-19” in twenty-one different resolutions; 111 mentions of “violence” in fourteen different resolutions; 93 mentions of “race” (excluding discussions of racial discrimination, which add a further 32 separate mentions) in 16 different resolutions; and 49 separate mentions of “police” and “criminal justice” across eight different resolutions. In 2020, a total of thirty-four resolutions were published by the AFT.

 

• When COVID-19 is mentioned in AFT resolutions, it is often mentioned in advocacy for policies that expand the role of the federal government in public education and implement broad reforms in US education. During the Covid Pandemic, Teachers Unions Seized an Opportunity to Change Education

 

• America’s two largest teachers unions used the Covid-19 pandemic as the pretext to push for radical changes to public education and exploited the crisis to financially benefit powerful elites with close ties to their leadership.

 

• AFT and NEA both adopted the leftist trope of “Reimagining Education” to frame their wide-ranging demands for school transformation. According to internal union leadership communication, unions began advocating for global pandemic solutions that require harvesting and sharing vast amounts of personal data on students and increasing the number of “wrap-around services” provided through schools.

 

• AFT President Randi Weingarten wasted a million dollars of union funds on counterfeit Covid supplies from China, and funneled loads of cash to her cronies in New York.

 

Unions Now Direct Schools to Promote and Advocate Controversial Issues

 

• Teachers unions disseminate radical curricula to teachers and schools, creating new professional standards that encourage controversy among teachers and families. Union initiatives encouraging activism in the classroom tie the hands of those teachers who wish to remain neutral and objective among their colleagues, their students, and their community.

 

• Despite the persistent argument that Critical Race Theory (CRT) is not taught in schools below the college level, many of the educational programs addressing racial equity and racial justice in public schools push such narratives. Primarily, students are being taught that the United States is inherently racist and that skin color determines the institutional hierarchy of oppressed and oppressor in which people are placed.

 

• Teachers unions encouraged teachers to intervene in the sexual and gender identities of students, especially during the isolation of the COVID-19 pandemic. These interventions include establishing private online communications with students, then concealing these communications from parents and other family members in the home. For many teachers, this could expose them to conflict with parents, a betrayal of the family’s trust, and even legal liability.

 

• Advancing radical gender politics in the classroom has harmed teachers, raising tension between teachers and their communities that spills over into lawsuits and public shouting matches. Teachers unions continue to push for the expansion of teacher responsibility in the life of the child, alienating parents and making the real work of education more difficult.

 

Unions Want to Expand the Influence of Liberal Policies Through “Community School” Programs

 

• The idea of Community Schools has been around for over three decades in the US, but under the Biden Administration financial support for this alternative schooling model has increased nearly fourteen-fold, from $30 million to more than $400 million per year. A bill called the Full-Service Community School Expansion Act of 2021 in Congress seeks to spend $3.65 billion over the next five years on community schools.

 

• The major reason for this expansion is the teachers unions, which advocate for community schools using three primary tactics: 1) lobbying federal and local governments, 2) partnering with union insiders to provide wraparound services, and 3) “bargaining for the common good.”

The 16-year FDNY veteran was promoted to lieutenant in July 2013, and then to captain in 2018, public records show. Iftikhar’s total pay last year was $218,000, according to seethroughny.net.

 

Iftikhar was in line to rise higher in the FDNY.

James Warner, former airport official convicted in record-setting bribe scheme, found dead after failing to report to prison

 

A judge is defending how she handled the case of a former Detroit-area airport official who killed himself rather than report to prison for accepting more than $6 million in kickbacks in a record-setting corruption investigation.

 

James Warner's body was discovered Friday, a day after he was supposed to turn himself in for a 10-year sentence. He was convicted in 2019 but allowed to remain free while pursuing appeals.

 

On Thursday, an emergency request for an arrest warrant was approved after prosecutors said Warner failed to surrender at 10 a.m.

Durham filed a motion on Feb. 11 focused on potential conflicts of interest related to the representation of former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman, who has been charged with making a false statement to a federal agent. Sussman has pleaded not guilty.

 

The indictment against Sussman says he told then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in September 2016, less than two months before the 2016 presidential election, that he was not doing work “for any client” when he requested and held a meeting in which he presented “purported data and ‘white papers’ that allegedly demonstrated a covert communications channel” between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank, which has ties to the Kremlin.

 

But Durham’s filing on Feb. 11, in a section titled “Factual Background,” reveals that Sussman “had assembled and conveyed the allegations to the FBI on behalf of at least two specific clients, including a technology executive (Tech Executive 1) at a U.S.-based internet company (Internet Company 1) and the Clinton campaign.”

 

…Durham’s filing states that in July 2016, the tech executive worked with Sussman, a U.S. investigative firm retained by Law Firm 1 on behalf of the Clinton campaign, numerous cyber researchers and employees at multiple internet companies to “assemble the purported data and white papers.”

 

“In connection with these efforts, Tech Executive-1 exploited his access to non-public and/or proprietary Internet data,” the filing states. “Tech Executive-1 also enlisted the assistance of researchers at a U.S.-based

university who were receiving and analyzing large amounts of Internet data in connection with a pending federal government cybersecurity research contract.”

 

“Tech Executive-1 tasked these researchers to mine Internet data to establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’ tying then-candidate Trump to Russia,” Durham states. “In doing so, Tech Executive-1 indicated that he was seeking to please certain ‘VIPs,’ referring to individuals at Law Firm-1 and the Clinton campaign.”

I stopped drinking after all this. I believe that I need to keep sober for what is coming. I had a very hard time with stopping drinking for so many years, I cried and prayed for a long time for God to help with the strength to stop.

Happened the very same way to me too. Drank every day for 25 years when Q started posting, then by late 2018 I simply lost interest in kinds of beer/spirits/wine. Today I have not the slightest craving or temptation with regard to those things.

 

I never went to a 'program' or otherwise made an effort to quit… just in a short time, a bottle of beer simply looked like a bottle of headache to me.

Truckers who participated in a cross-country convoy culminating in protest at Parliament Hill this weekend have been duped into believing the convoy was about them.

 

It never was. It wasn’t about your rights to continue crossing the border unvaccinated. And by the time the convoy rolled through Ontario it had already fully morphed into something much bigger – and more dangerous – than what truckers were ever told.

 

I raised alarms early in a blog ‘The murky matter of protests and the donations that drive them,’ when I noticed who was behind the convoy. These weren’t truckers organizing a GoFundMe that at the time of that writing hadn’t yet surpassed $1 million, on the way to $8.5 million just a week later.

 

The principal fundraiser was Tamara Lich, the secretary of the federal separatist Maverick Party in Alberta. Prior to that role, she was active with other far-right movements such as Wexit Alberta – a party whose founder advocated for Alberta to separate from Canada and join the Trump-led U.S.

 

The blog fueled a lot of anger. How dare you question the motives of the organizers? Why don’t you support the revolution? How much money did Trudeau pay you to write such drivel? Take your jab and die.

 

It also brought a lot of attention to the fundraiser and the people behind it. GoFundMe froze the funds for a time until it was satisfied the money would be disbursed appropriately.

 

I received many calls from mainstream media outlets, asking me what the protest was about. I couldn’t bring myself to call this a trucker protest. I opined it was an anti-vax, anti-mandate, anti-government, and possibly even pro-separatist movement that’s attached itself to the frustrations of a small segment of the trucker population.

 

And then Canada Unity, another of the organizers, posted a ludicrous Memorandum of Understanding/Manifesto on its website, which it plans to present to the Governor General of Canada. It essentially calls for the resignation of everyone within the federal government, the formation of a new government comprised of the Governor General, Senate, and members of Canada Unity, and the removal of all Covid-related measures – even those put into place at the provincial level. The trucks will remain until the document is signed, organizers said, dubbing its mission Bearhug.

 

I understand the frustrations truckers feel over the border vaccine mandate, I really do. You’ve done your jobs safely for two years going back and forth across the border keeping our economy moving and our stores stocked, and were declared heroes as you did so.

 

Canada bungled the communication around its Jan. 15 vaccine mandate, creating confusion and for 24 hours giving truckers false hope they’d be exempted. But the reality is, Canada’s arrival requirements for unvaccinated Canadian truckers are completely moot now that the U.S. has put into place its own requirement

Recovering COVID-19 patients should stop being relocated from hospitals to area nursing homes, said Sen. Lana Theis.

Theis made the request Tuesday in a letter to Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Chief Medical Executive Dr. Joneigh Khaldun and the Livingston County Health Department after learning about such incidences taking place in Livingston County.

According to Executive Order 2020-37, which was issued by the governor on April 5th, an order of temporary restrictions was extended to include entry into health care facilities, residential care facilities, congregate care facilities and juvenile justice facilities.
