I know a convicted Manslaughterer who did it as a Juvenile, and served 11 years for it. He has been acquiring guns, and got busted stealing Ammo from Bass Pro Shops. Because he is living in Maine somewhere, the person he is living with can acquire guns and last I knew he had 5 times the legal limit for Ammo if there is such a thing. I am hearing this because my friend is in my ear asking for your help.The police never recovered the Ammo. He had his ex girlfriend buy a 9 MM which he ended up stealing when they broke up. His ex is my good friend and is worried that he will use the gun to murder her and make it look like a suicide. She wants to report him but doesn't know his current address, and the Murderer has a Brother in Law in the ATF. He used the Brother in Law as a character witness in a custody battle. My friend is afraid his name will come up in the ATF and they will retaliate. I don't think the F_I is any better. What do Anons think??
