==The unstated scandal: The CIA collected info on President Trump

The DNC's direct line to the CIA

On Friday, Special Counsel John Durham filed a motion relating to a defense firm’s potential conflict of interest in the Michael Sussmann case. The conflict itself is certainly intriguing, with Sussmann’s lawyers at Latham & Watkins LLP (Latham) having represented potential witnesses in the case, including Perkins Coie, former Perkins Coie (and Clinton Campaign general counsel) Marc Elias, the Hillary Clinton Campaign, and Hillary for America.

The issue that made more noise, however, was Durham’s disclosure that Rodney Joffe – a contractor with deep ties to the Clintons, and what appears to be a deep hatred for Trump – had exploited Executive Office of the President of the United States data he obtained from a “sensitive arrangement” with the U.S. Government to damage President Trump. Here is our initial post on the topic.

And here is the talented Lee Smith providing a great explanation on Tucker:

Yet the data from the Executive Office of the President wasn’t all that Joffe had obtained. He also collected domain name system (DNS) internet traffic pertaining to a healthcare provider; Trump Tower; and Trump’s Central Park West apartment building.

Jan. 6 panel subpoenas Arizona GOP leader Kelli Ward, 5 others over ‘alternate electors’ sent for Trump

Bolton, MS — (News Release) – Chairman Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) today announced that, as part of its investigation into the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol and its causes, the Select Committee has issued subpoenas to six individuals who had knowledge of or participated in efforts to send false “alternate electors” for former President Trump in states carried by President Biden to the Joint Session of Congress on January 6th, 2021, or to otherwise delay or interfere with the certification of the legitimate 2020 election results. The committee is seeking records and testimony from these six individuals.

Chairman Thompson issued the following statement:

“The Select Committee is seeking information about efforts to send false slates of electors to Washington and change the outcome of the 2020 election. We’re seeking records and testimony from former campaign officials and other individuals in various states who we believe have relevant information about the planning and implementation of those plans. The Select Committee has heard from more than 550 witnesses, and we expect these six individuals to cooperate as well as we work to tell the American people the full story about the violence of January 6th and its causes.”

The Select Committee issued subpoenas for records and deposition testimony to the following individuals:

Michael A. Roman and Gary Michael Brown served, respectively, as the Director and Deputy Director of Election Day Operations for former President Trump’s 2020 reelection campaign. They reportedly participated in efforts to promote allegations of fraud in the November 2020 election and encourage state legislators to appoint false “alternate” slates of electors.

Douglas V. Mastriano was part of a plan to arrange for an “alternate” slate of electors from Pennsylvania for former President Trump and reportedly spoke with President Trump about post-election activities.

Laura Cox reportedly witnessed Rudy Giuliani pressure state lawmakers to disregard election results in Michigan and say that certifying the election results would be a “criminal act.”

Mark W. Finchem advanced unsubstantiated claims about the election and helped organize an event in Phoenix, Arizona on November 30th, 2020 at which former President Trump’s legal team and others spoke and advanced unproven claims of election and voter fraud. He was in Washington on January 6th, 2021 and stated that he had evidence to deliver to Vice President Pence in an effort to postpone the awarding of electors.

Kelli Ward reportedly spoke to the former President and members of his staff about election certification issues in Arizona and acted to transmit documents claiming to be an “alternate” Electoral College elector from Arizona.

'Many would regard this as an admission of guilt': Royal expert dissects Prince Andrew's out-of-court settlement with Virginia Giuffre, claiming the Duke has become 'a serious embarrassment and a national joke'

Duke dramatically settled bombshell sexual abuse lawsuit after agreeing deal

Richard Fitzwilliams questions why payment made if he's so sure of innocence

97 per cent of such cases are settled out of court in the United States, he added

Prince Andrew's out-of-court settlement with Virginia Giuffre will be seen by many as an 'admission of guilt', a royal expert has claimed.

The Duke dramatically settled the bombshell sexual abuse lawsuit after he agreed an undisclosed deal said to be worth £7.5million with his accuser.

Andrew will now make a 'substantial donation' to Mrs Giuffre's charity supporting victims' rights, and praised her 'bravery' and that of other trafficking victims, saying he has 'never intended' to malign her character.

Mrs Giuffre, previously known as Virginia Roberts, sued him last August, alleging he sexually abused her more than two decades ago when she was 17, a minor under US law, while the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was trafficking her.

Andrew has always strenuously denied the allegations against him and the settlement today did not admit to any misbehaviour.

However, royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams questioned why such a payment was agreed if he was so sure of his innocence.
