Dammit, I overslept and missed the nuclear war. RIP Ukraine
Ever notice religion unites little tribes into factions to go to war over 3rd hand heresay interpretations of drunken fantasies? Swear fealty to my Lord, or die and burn in hell!

While I respect Buddhism as a spiritual Philosophy, it does not recognize or advocate for a "creator god". As a non-theistic philosophy, it doesn't yield the same fruit as the tri-partite Abrahamic religions or other Religions with "Gods" who demand war and sacrifices.
Buddhism, is a tradition, but not a "religion". Merriam-Webster defines religion as: โThe belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, especially a personal God or gods.โ
Theism, of some sort, is the foundation of a "religion". Buddhism is non-theistic, so while it's a real practice, like yoga, t's not a religion.
