Now ask yourself.

1. Why didn't the video show the tire bouncing off on impact?

2. If it did bounce off, how did it wind up on top of a pile if the building collapsed 45 minutes later?

1. If it went inside the building, then how did it manage to get on top of a pile if there were about another 20 stories of building above it?
