Truth Social raised over a billion dollars cash on the announcement.
They could have leveraged the fuck out of that and done a buy out (ideally with a partner or two - Musk & Thiel come to mind, but there have to be others) - and bought a controlling stake in Twitter.
After the first board meeting, they (Truth Social Team) could fire the Executive Staff, 3/4 of the employees and start that shit up over and clean out the CP servers witha hand off to the FBI (or at least that Sheriff in Polk County).
