The UKR Army and Territory Defense militia is now primarily composed of volunteer fighters defending their land and homes.
The Russian Army is composed of conscripts who were lied to about going on a training exercise, who are shocked to find themselves invading Ukraine, who dont want to be there and dont want to fight for Putin.
Reconcile the cadre rating factors and fighting efficiencies of those two opposing forces.
