I've said it so many times before & it still rings true…They waited too long to do the Alien thing. I think part of the test for that was back in 2016/2017(I forget when) when that FB group was made "They can't stop us all" about raiding Area 51 to find the Aliens there lol. I thought it was so funny back then(I still think it's amusing) but when you really look at it, they learned A LOT from that. Hundreds of thousands of people signed up to the point they had to make special warnings about not going there or you will be shot etc etc.
We are far past the point where Aliens being shown arriving on Earth causes mass hysteria. It would now be seen as expected, fake, not a big deal, etc.

Did you know there are multiple Bridges & Pipelines called "Friendship"? And digging into the ownership of at least one of those bridges brings up shady AF people who I would bet everything I have, that they would set something up to cause a bridge to be destroyed to claim the insurance.
