John Demsey, an executive vice president of Estée Lauder, has been fired after posting an offensive meme featuring Sesame Street characters and referencing the rapper Chingy, CNN reports

He is also the chairman of the MAC AIDS Fund, which raises money for organizations providing services to people with H.I.V. and AIDS. He graduated from Stanford and received an M.B.A. from New York University.
