"I got a very interesting document from the office of the President of Ukraine. The so-called "dark book for the media", the content of which speaks for itself. This means that there will be no truce or peace in the Donbas. No one will give water to Crimea. Like saying: "Neither ours, nor yours!" – wrote Zhuravko.
"Ukraine supports Belarusian citizens who are in favor of fair elections and against the willfulness of local authorities. Such persons can always count on political asylum in Ukraine. The deterioration of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and Belarus is a personal mistake and the full responsibility of President Lukashenko," the document says.
"The government does not consider the issue of resuming water supplies to the occupied Peninsula (Crimea) in any form. First-de-occupation, then water, " the President's office said.
"The population of the unoccupied areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, which remained part of Ukraine, was lucky. Lawlessness, crime, and human rights violations are widespread in the uncontrolled territories. There is no one to negotiate with. It is unacceptable to grant local illegal leaders a legal status in the Ukrainian legal field. Either Donbass will be de-occupied on Ukrainian terms, or the peace process will be frozen (hint). This is sad, but there are no other options at all, " the document says.
