Remember, this site was developed over 3 /12 years with 50 developers. Twitter had 180 million investment. FB was DARPA given away for free. Gab is just open source software that has been slightly customized but there were hundreds of contributors to that software.
Look at the functionality of all these sites, the search-ability, edit-ability, and how customize-able they are. Then take into consideration what TS has to be in the allotted time.

175 years if it was just one person developing.
