Hypothetical for Law Fags and Anons

Anons, what could be the fallout, do you think, if a Board of Examiners for a certain profession, say medical doctors, in a given state had been operating, for many years, under a structure that was not compliant with the statue under which the licensing board was supposed to have been governed?

What if the licensing board were fraudulently holding itself out as being compliant with all governing statutes but insiders blew the whistle and provided evidence that it was all fraud?

And what if there was evidence that the leader had been adjudicated, prior to leading the medical board, of fraud in his previous professional position?

Wouldn't that fraud vitiate every single act that the illegal entity engaged in, from the moment the composition of the licensing board became noncompliant with the statutes governing it?

And wouldn't that mean the tax dollars that the allleged fraudsters at the medical board took, over all those years, was stolen, since it was never used to pay a legally contracted medical licensing board?

Wouldn't that just be a mess, especially in light of all the alleged COVID and vax fraud in the news these days?
