Reports keep coming out about "innocent civilians" dying and therefore Putin is guilty (tried and convicted by the polluted press and pundits) of "war crimes."

>> Query:

When civilians are armed and joining in the fight, are being called to do so by their President, are obtaining weapons from police stations for that purpose, and are boasting about it on TV daily,at what point are they no longer classified as "civilians" as opposed to "combatants"?

>> Past Application -

U.S. soldiers faced this issue in Iraq and Afghanistan. Enemy combatants in civilian garb. How do you know who is who? Is it a war crime if you take action and you're mistaken? If so, how can you operate effectively? You have to wait until they kill you before you can respond? Rather- if they created the confusion by operating in civilian clothes, then it is not a war crime and they are responsible for their fellow civilian deaths.

>> Future Application -

What can Americans look forward to being categorized as when civilians take up arms to defend against tyranny?

>> Current Attempt to Discourage American Civilian Response to Present and Future Voter Fraud and other Unconstitutional Coups

Glimpse the grotesque attempt at preemptive discouragement and demoralization in the unconstitutional handling of the Jan 6th 2021 UNarmed 1st Amendment marchers who are being held without bail reportedly in inhumane conditions for over a year without speedy trials and without due process (all Constitutional violations), among others.

If those responsible are not held accountable, and soon, it will be yet another layer of American individualism and ruggedness and uniqueness that is peeled away forever through illegal and unconstitutional acts - against people engaging in protected behavior - that is allowed to go unpunished by those destroying America bit by bit. How many more examples of that do we need before good people stop engaging in - or fighting for - American Constitutional protections?

We cannot ever allow "whats the use?" to be the reality. This has to stop now. (1) The Jan 6ers who did not break the law (the non-Antifa and other paid agitators) need to be exonerated and compensated handsomely for the violation of their rights, and (2) Those who did it to them under the color of law, using tax payer dollars to do it, to add insult to injury, need to be jailed and stripped of their ill-gotten gains. All in full public view. So questions like "what's the use?" will not be allowed to seep in and corrode the great American collective spirit.

And the voter fraud the Jan 6ers were lawfully and constitutionally protesting on Jan 6 needs to be reversed and rectified. Otherwise, what is the use?

We cannot allow this purposeful confusion and bastardization of civilian versus enemy combatant, illegal/criminal versus protected rights protects, "domestic terrorism" versus patriots shining light on illegal voter fraud (the true domestic terrorists) to continue without clarification and freedom, exonerarion and compensation for those wronged and criminal consequences for those doing the actual wrongs.

Enough is enough.

News reports show fighting age men coming back from Poland to "join the fight" - categorizing them as patriotic Ukrainians. I suspected Poland might be refusing refugee status to fighting aged men. So I looked it up.

In fact it is Ukraine refusing it:

Ukrainian rules restrict men aged 18 to 60, who could be conscripted, from crossing the border.
