Russia told the United States on Wednesday, “We have found your biological weapons!”

“There was statement made by the Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, leave no doubt, will not give Washington to be silent this time. Their attempts, while spilling blood, to find biological and chemical weapons throughout the world. We have found your own products. We have found your biological material. As it turns out it was all happening in Ukraine,” Russia state-affiliated media reported.

Russia now demands the US to explain bio labs in Ukraine.

Russia accused the U.S. of violations of the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention and has covered it up.

Chinese Hackers Reportedly Identified Hacking Six State Department Entities and European Entities as Well

In the US and Europe, China hackers are reportedly targeting US State Department entities and European entities related to the invasion of Ukraine.

Chinese hackers were reportedly identified hacking into six US State Department facilities in recent weeks.

A Chinese state-sponsored hacking group successfully compromised the computer networks of at least six U.S. state governments between May 2021 and February this year, according to research published by cybersecurity firm Mandiant on Tuesday.

APT41, which Mandiant claims carries out state-sponsored espionage on behalf of Beijing, took advantage of software flaws and quickly exploited security vulnerabilities that were made public by researchers. The hackers also adapted their tools to attack via different methods, it said.

“APT41’s recent activity against U.S. state governments consists of significant new capabilities, from new attack vectors to post-compromise tools and techniques,” the researchers said.

“APT41 can quickly adapt their initial access techniques by re-compromising an environment through a different vector, or by rapidly operationalizing a fresh vulnerability.”

Mandiant, the company behind Tuesday’s research, is a Nasdaq-listed cybersecurity firm based in the U.S. On Tuesday, Google said that it plans to acquire the company for around $5.4 billion.

In Europe hackers associated with China were also recently identified. According to Forbes Google identified a group of Chinese hackers in Europe.

Google reported on Monday that a Chinese group called Mustang Panda targeted European entities with lures related to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The company’s Threat Analysis Group (TAG) spotted phishing emails with malicious attached files with names such as ‘Situation at the EU borders with Ukraine.zip’.

“Contained within the zip file is an executable of the same name that is a basic downloader and when executed, downloads several additional files that load the final payload. To mitigate harm, TAG alerted relevant authorities of its findings,” Google wrote, adding: “Targeting of European organizations has represented a shift from Mustang Panda’s regularly observed Southeast Asian targets.”

This isn’t the first China hack reported in the US. In April 2021, China reportedly hacked the US government and companies in the US remotely.

US threatens China over Russia trade

Washington warns chip manufacturers against exporting semiconductors to Russia

If Chinese tech companies violate American sanctions and continue exporting semiconductors to Russia and Belarus, Washington may retaliate by cutting them off from critical supplies, US Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo warned on Tuesday in an interview with the New York Times.

In particular, she threatened the Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC), Beijing's partially state-owned major chip maker.

“They have their own self-interest to not supply this stuff to Russia. So they’re not doing it out of the goodness of their heart. It would be devastating to China’s ability to produce these chips,” Raimondo said

She warned any attempt from SMIC to override the US ban on trade with Russia will force Washington to restrict the company’s access to America’s most advanced software, which is essential for the manufacturer.

It is not the first time Raimondo has taken a harsh stance on China. During her confirmation hearings before Congress in January 2021, she also pledged to adopt a hard line in response to Beijing’s “unfair trade practices.” Earlier, the US Commerce Department under then President Donald Trump banned Chinese firm Huawei, as well as hundreds of other companies from importing American chips.

U.S. intelligence officials claimed Tuesday that Vladimir Putin is ‘desperate’ to end the conflict over Ukraine, with some privately suggesting he could set off a tactical nuclear weapon in a Ukrainian city to get the job done.

Heads of the CIA, FBI, NSA, Defense Intelligence Agency and the Director of National Intelligence all spoke at a House Select Committee on Intelligence hearing, and all claimed Putin is frustrated with the slow pace of the invasion.

The intelligence officials also claimed that up to 4000 Russian troops have been killed in the past two weeks.

Fuelled by his disappointments, Putin could resort to using a small nuke, they intimated, as insane as that sounds.

Garland Favorito from VoterGA.org proclaims: “If this isn’t the smoking gun, I don’t know what is.” (1:21:10) Literally, every vote in Fulton County has some type of manipulation problem. We know the actual (paper) ballots are not going to add up to the election results. I’ve been in the IT computer business for 40 years. These are not technical mistakes. This is electronic insertion. The (ballot) images were electronically tampered with. There can really be no dispute about that”.

What’s most incredible is the end of the presentation. There is a complete breakdown of any enforcement of election law in Georgia. To date, VoterGA has found no District Attorney in any county who is willing to prosecute the irrefutable fraud! Favorito explains: “We should be able to take our evidence, with our own attorney, to a grand jury in any county. But the District Attorney’s are basically facilitating corruption by blocking us from that access. All we have are ballot images. We can’t conduct a real investigation like a county DA, or State AG could, or an Independent Counsel, which would be the best.”

Favorito goes on to explain: “We get blocked…the DA’s don’t want to prosecute any of this election stuff. The District Attorneys only want to operate in their own county. We’ve been trying to convince some of the District Attorneys that when you have a federal election, and that election is rigged, it impacts all of your voters in your own county. We explain the Grand Jury has jurisdiction to go out across counties….they can engage other grand juries.” So far VoterGA has had no luck with local District Attorney’s “not even in rural Red counties” where Trump received 75-80% of the votes.

According to VoterGA investigator David Cross, things are much worse. Cross says: “Right now, the vast majority of attorneys we talk to say they are scared that they will be blackballed by friends, by their colleagues. That the bar association may say they are undermining the constitution. So we need help if we are going to make this happen. I’m putting a plea out there to lawyers across Georgia. If this topic interests you…, please reach out to VoterGA.org.” We expect those in the legal profession, private and public, will rise to the occasion. It’s well beyond the “preponderance of evidence” needed.

Most know President Trump was fully exonerated over a leaked phone call with GA election investigators. But a County DA in Georgia has decided otherwise. Favorito explains: “As you know, we can’t take this to Fulton County because the District Attorney is Fani T. Willis. She’s more interested in investigating a (Trump) phone call than investigating actual election corruption which is irrefutable. That tells you the kind of integrity the Fulton County DA has.”

"Approve Our Permits": US Oil Industry Responds After Biden Cuts Imports From Russia

On March 8, while President Joe Biden announced a ban on Russian oil and gas imports, regular gasoline at one BP gas station on Chicago’s South Side was nearly $5 a gallon.

“$25 is only giving you half a tank,” Dacia, a customer who was buying a few dollars of fuel, told The Epoch Times. “I probably have to go to Indiana to find somewhere else cheaper. People don’t really have that much money.”

On March 7, average national gas prices had shattered the record set in 2008, reaching a new high of $4.104, according to GasBuddy. That number surged even higher on March 8, reaching $4.173, according to AAA.

“Gas is now officially more expensive than the movie ‘I Am Legend’ imagined it would be during the apocalypse,” PragerU’s Taylor Trandahl wrote on Twitter.

Genetically Modified Mosquitoes Set to Be Released in California and Florida

Millions of genetically modified mosquitoes are set to be released in California and Florida in an effort to reduce the number of real, disease-carrying invasive mosquitoes.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Monday approved use of the genetically engineered insects in pilot projects in specific districts across both states.

The mosquitoes were made by UK-based biotechnology firm Oxitec, which is funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, in an effort to combat insect-borne diseases such as dengue fever, yellow fever, and the Zika virus.

According to Oxitec, its “sustainable and targeted biological pest control technology does not harm beneficial insects like bees and butterflies and is proven to control the disease-transmitting Aedes aegypti mosquito, which has invaded communities in Florida, California, and other U.S. states.”

Since it was first detected in California in 2013, the Aedes aegypti mosquito has spread rapidly to more than 20 counties throughout the state, increasing the risk of mosquito-borne diseases being transmitted to humans.

Oxitec’s new technology consists of genetically-modified male mosquitoes, which do not bite, that will be released into the wild where they are expected to mate with females, which do bite.

In mating with them, they will pass on a lethal gene that will effectively ensure their offspring die before reaching maturity.

Environmental Protection officials approved two projects on Monday, one with the Delta Mosquito and Vector Control District (Delta MVCD) in California and one with the Florida Keys Mosquito Control District (FKMCD) in Florida.

The Florida pilot project will be a continuation of Oxitec’s partnership with the Florida Keys Mosquito Control District after its pilot project in the Keys in 2021.

“Given the growing health threat this mosquito poses across the U.S., we’re working to make this technology available and accessible,” Grey Frandsen, CEO of Oxitec, said. “These pilot programs, wherein we can demonstrate the technology’s effectiveness in different climate settings, will play an important role in doing so. We look forward to getting to work this year.”

The upcoming release of the modified insects will be the largest release in world history.

However, critics, including scientists, public health experts, and environmental groups, are concerned about what impacts releasing the generically altered mosquitoes could have on public health as well as the environment.

“This is a destructive move that is dangerous for public health,” Dana Perls, food and technology program manager with Friends of the Earth, an environmental advocacy organization, told USA Today.

Perls said her biggest concern was the lack of widespread, peer-reviewed scientific data regarding the generically modified insects and the potential risk they could bring.

“Once you release these mosquitoes into the environment, you cannot recall them,” she said. “This could, in fact, create problems that we don’t have already.”

Jaydee Hanson, policy director with the Center for Food Safety said the “experiment is unnecessary and even dangerous” while pointing to the lack of prominent tropical diseases in California.

“There are no locally acquired cases of dengue, yellow fever, chikungunya or Zika in California,” Hanson said. “Releasing billions of GE mosquitoes makes it likely that female GE mosquitoes will get out and create hybrid mosquitoes that are more virulent and aggressive.”

“Other public health strategies, including the use of Wolbachia infected mosquitoes, could better control the Aedes aegypti in California and Florida,” Hanson added.

AOC-lite, Lina Hidalgo, appointed an Elections Administrator (rather than a duly elected Elections Clerk), Isabel Longoria, who, through incompetency and ( more likely) deliberate sabotage, has created chaos in Harris County primaries.

Harris County, Texas, Elections Administrator Isabel Longoria (D) resigned on Tuesday after multiple mishaps marred this month’s primary elections.

“Ultimately, the buck stops with me,” Longoria said, the Houston Chronicle reported. “Now, we have a real opportunity to have a hard but necessary conversation in order to solve the problems for future elections and further bolster elections administration.”

She will officially step down on July 1 after she was asked to resign by Republicans and Democratic County Judge Lina Hidalgo.

Issues with the March 1 primary included a lack of support form the elections office, malfunctioning machines and lack of supplies, according to the Chronicle.

The county also found 10,000 uncounted ballots the week after the election was over. Officials said the votes contained around 6,000 Democratic ballots and 4,000 Republican ballots.

Houston may have more of the same problems until far-left Lina Hidalgo resigns as well.

Cop Gets 10 Years After Police Found Him Running a Meth Lab While Arresting Him for Domestic Violence

Long Branch, NJ — As John Dalberg-Acton famously stated, “Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men…” When society grants authority to people — who are prone to corruption — many times, these people will use this authority to enrich themselves and violate the laws of the system that grants them their power. Because of the war on drugs, bad cops are put into positions all the time that allow them to make money breaking laws which they will arrest others for violating.

The following example of corrupt power shows how bad cops can collect their paychecks for decades while partaking in the criminal activity they claim to fight. For 19 years, Long Branch Police Department Christopher Walls, 50, likely threw countless people behind bars for domestic violence and drug activity. Then, last year, he was arrested for both.

He was subsequently tried and pleaded guilty to charges of second-degree Causing a Risk of Widespread Injury and third-degree Manufacturing a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS).

This week, Walls was sentenced to 10 years in prison for his crimes — a rare and lengthy sentence for a police officer.

Walls was charged with a laundry list of crimes including possession, manufacturing meth, and endangering the welfare of a child after police responded to a report of domestic violence at his home and discovered a meth lab last May.

According to police, they were called to Walls’ home over reports of a domestic disturbance. As they investigated the allegations of domestic violence, an unidentified resident in Walls’ home tipped off cops that there was a meth laboratory in the basement.

The New Jersey State Police’s Hazmat Unit discovered instruments and all the ingredients needed to make methamphetamine in the basement and in a shed on the property, along with meth residue on chemistry glassware, authorities said. Walls also had books about making methamphetamine, explosives and poison, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office stated at the time.

“In manufacturing illegal narcotics out of his home, Officer Walls threatened the safety and security of the very community he swore an oath to protect and serve,” Acting Prosecutor Linskey said. “We feel that this sentence sends an unmistakable message that such conduct among members of law enforcement will never be tolerated. This former officer’s actions are also a profound disservice to all of the hardworking and dedicated members of law enforcement who work diligently each day to protect their communities with honor.”

Apparently, Walls was cooking meth to supplement his $128,000 base salary he collected from his job at the Long Branch Police Department.

Kamala Harris’s Husband’s Old Law Firm Won’t Commit To Dropping Its Russian Clients.

The First Gentleman's firm is also known for its ties to the Chinese Communist Party.

Vice President Kamala Harris’s husband’s former law firm refused to commit to dropping Russian-state-owned companies as its client.

Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff joined DLA Piper as a partner in its Intellectual Property and Technology practice and its Media, Sports and Entertainment sector based in its Los Angeles and Washington, DC, offices. Emhoff departed the firm, which has represented several pharmaceutical companies and Chinese Communist Party-led companies, shortly after the 2020 election.

Amidst Russia’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine, which has prompted many American companies to cease operations in Russia, global law firms including DLA Piper have come under increased scrutiny.

A recent Bloomberg article inquired with several leading law firms about the status of their Russian clientele.

Many firms committed to either “cutting” or “reviewing” ties with Russian state-linked clients, while DLA Piper, which retains an office in Moscow, failed to do so.

It is unclear whether Emhoff himself ever worked for any Russian state-linked individuals or companies; however, the DLA Piper website reveals that the broader firm has.

“Our experienced restructuring team in Russia counsels clients on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency and bankruptcy, whether in anticipation of them or in dealing with their consequences,” explains an overview of the firm’s practice. The firm also appears to have worked on behalf of the Bank of Moscow, which previously counted the Russian government as one of its primary owners before a host of fraud scandals led to a hostile takeover by VTB Banks

“Bank of Moscow – Advising on the acquisition of various distressed assets with a value of up to US$ 750 million, including secured and unsecured loans to Russian borrowers. This is a great example of our ability to continue to assist major lenders throughout the economic downturn,” notes the DLA Piper website.

DLA Piper has also repeatedly advised Sberbank, a Russian majority state-owned banking and financial services company, on an acquisition of a gas station company and online video platform.

Russia is not the only foreign country DLA Piper has worked for, as The National Pulse has previously revealed the firm’s deep ties – both financially and through its employees – to the Chinese Communist Party.

Ex-Goldman exec Tim Leissner posed as ex-wife for years in fake emails

Ex-Goldman Sachs banker Tim Leissner admitted Tuesday that he sent fake emails for years while posing as his ex-wife Judy Chan — the latest revelation about past shenanigans during the ongoing embezzlement trial of his former co-worker Roger Ng.

Leissner is the prosecution’s star witness in the case against Ng, who faces federal charges over his alleged role in Malaysia’s 1MDB corruption scandal. Ng’s defense team has sought to raise questions about Leissner’s credibility by highlighting sordid details about his personal and professional life — previously accusing him of being a “double bigamist.”

While testifying on Tuesday, Leissner admitted that he pretended to be Chan, his then-wife, in emails sent to this future wife, model Kimora Lee Simmons, as well as Malaysian financier Jho Low. Leissner and Ng purportedly worked with Low to siphon hundreds of millions of dollars from Malaysia’s 1MDB sovereign development fund.

Leissner said he initially posed as Chan in the fake emails to convince Simmons — whom he was dating — that they were no longer legally married.

The former star banker kept up the charade for years, pretending to be his ex-wife while exchanging messages about everything from family vacations to a claim that Simmons was responsible for an IRS audit of Leissner’s finances, Bloomberg reported. Leissner said he didn’t “remember” sending the email about the IRS audit.

Leissner acknowledged using the alias to repeatedly deny Simmons’ request that Chan accompany them on family vacations to Paris, a Caribbean island and other locations. He once claimed, while posing as Chan, that she couldn’t attend a trip because she and her children were hurt in a car crash.

Ng’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, told the court the emails helped prove that Leissner was a “rare cunning liar” whose testimony should not be trusted.

At one point during the proceedings, Agnifilo pressed Leissner on whether the emails revealed “an entire life you completely falsified because you made the whole thing up?”

“The correspondence, yes,” Leissner replied. “But an entire life may be too far.”

Ng’s defense team also detailed instances in which Leissner used the fake email account to chat with Low in 2016, when the financier was attempting to sell art to Chan.

When asked why he faked those emails, Leissner claimed he was trying to “protect” Chan from Low.

“I wanted to pacify him or be friends. I wanted to make an effort or appear I was attempting to help him,” Leissner said.

Leissner, a former partner for Goldman Sachs’ Asia division, already pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to launder money and conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. He agreed to forfeit $43.7 million and faces sentencing later this year.

Earlier in the trial, Leissner copped to the defense’s claim that he was a “double bigamist” — admitting he twice “faked” divorces from women to marry others while he was still legally married.

Leissner has admitted to having several affairs, previously describing an episode in which a former lover allegedly blackmailed him into buying her a $10 million mansion after she threatened to reveal the tryst to Simmons, his future wife.

Ng’s defense attorney has argued Leissner “uses women, he uses false intimacy, and now he’s trying to use my client to get him to do his jail time.”

Ng, Goldman’s former head of investment banking in Malaysia, faces federal charges of conspiracy to launder money and violate US anti-bribery laws. He has pleaded not guilty.

Private School Teachers Nation-Wide Implementing Race-Essentialist Curricula, Trained by Black Panther

Through teacher training lectures with titles like “Cultivating Anti-Racists and Activists in Kindergarten,” “Decolonizing the Minds of Second Graders,” and “The White People Way,” the nation’s leading accreditation association for private schools is instructing educators to adopt a race-essentialist and cultural Marxist curriculum for children as young as five years old.

The National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) hosts professional development conferences for teachers at schools in their network, which promote a race-based curriculum and grading system — including tips on how to avoid transparency with parents — according to a trove of footage reviewed by Breitbart News.

The principal professional development conference hosted by NAIS for teachers, The People of Color Conference, was started by “Educational Diversity/Equity Consultant” and former NAIS Director of Diversity Randolph Carter, who is a self-described Black Panther.

“The NAIS People of Color Conference (PoCC) is the flagship of the National Association of Independent Schools’ commitment to equity and justice in teaching, learning, and sustainability for independent schools,” NAIS boasts on their website.

Carter is the founder and associate director of a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization called East Ed, according to his LinkedIn, which offers services to PreK-12 schools across the country seeking to “develop a clear implementation plan that connects all diversity and equity work,” according to the now-defunct East Ed website that was accessed by Breitbart News via Wayback Machine.

“As both the founder of East Ed and a member of the Black Panther Party, Randolph has devoted his career to promoting equity and diversity in education and communities,” his bio on the East Ed website said, when the page was active. “[W]hile at the National Association of Independent Schools, he directed their equity programming and founded two of their signature projects: People of Color Conference and Student Diversity Leadership Conference.”

Carter is also listed as director of another organization called Mid West Ed Collaborative, which states its mission is “to serve as a resource to schools, colleges, families and agencies and support the establishment of equitable, anti-bias, multicultural environments,” according to the Mid West Ed website.

Despite having parted ways from NAIS, Carter is still active in the People of Color Conference he founded and participated in a recent one — which took place in December 2021 — featuring lectures such as “Small Activists, Big Impact: Cultivating Anti-Racists and Activists in Kindergarten,” “Decolonizing the Minds of Second Graders,” and “The White People Way.”

Granholm: If Nuclear Deal Increases Supply of Iranian Oil, ‘So Be It’

On Tuesday’s broadcast of CNBC’s “Closing Bell,” Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said that it’s possible Iranian oil might come back on the global market if a nuclear deal is reached, and if increased Iranian oil is a byproduct of the deal, “so be it.”

Granholm stated, “I know that the Biden administration has conversations with allies and adversaries all the time. I know that we are looking to create partnerships with countries that may be unusual in the broader spectrum of energy, including energy technologies. I’ve been meeting with folks…who are from all manner of countries who also want to be part of the solution in the move toward clean energy and decarbonized fossil fuels.”

Co-host Sara Eisen then asked, “But is it your expectation that the Iranian barrels do come back online if there is a deal here on the nuclear agreement, soon?”

Granholm responded, “That’s certainly something that is a possibility. But, of course, you have to get to the deal first, and the deal — the fundamental — the reason for the deal is a denuclearized Iran. That’s the reason for the deal. If there is a byproduct of increased supply, so be it. But the deal is all about making sure the world is safer because Iran doesn’t have a nuclear weapon.”

Hillary Clinton Dismisses Possibility of Future Presidential Run

Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton downplayed the possibilities of another presidential run when asked by co-host Mika Brzezinski.

Clinton came up short in her two bids in 2008 and 2016. However, some have speculated about Clinton as a Democratic candidate in 2024 should incumbent President Joe Biden decide not to seek a second term.

BRZEZINSKI: And love the message 50 over 50, because for younger women they have such a long runway. But speaking of that, are you open to running for president again?

‘No Plans to Open Everything’ Germany Set to Pass MORE Coronavirus Rules as Europe Moves On

While Europe may be moving on from COVID-19 lockdown rules, Germany is instead looking to pass even more legislation in the name of Coronavirus.

Germany has announced that it is looking to pass another piece of lockdown legislation that would enable authorities to curb freedoms in the hopes of tackling the Chinese Coronavirus.

This is despite the fact that across much of the rest of Europe, countries are finally returning to normality, with even the likes of Ireland and Austria — which deployed among the harshest lockdowns in the world in the past, severely restricting the freedom of residents– abandoning almost all of the measures aimed at tackling the disease.

However, according to a report by Die Welt, German authorities are not done imposing on their population, now drafting a new law that would give local state authorities the ability to implement hardline restrictions.

This draft law will give authorities the power to reintroduce a host of lockdown rules in local areas, including harsh restrictions banning individuals who cannot present proof of either vaccination or recovery from COVID from venues like restaurants and bars.

Despite these new powers to implement hardline restrictions being given to local authorities, one politician actually praised the legislation as a good “compromise” regarding the return of freedoms to the public.

“I think we found a very good compromise,” Die Welt reports the German Justice Minister, Marco Buschmann, as saying.

“…on the one hand to get as much normality as possible for the citizens and on the other hand to be able to act if there is actually a concrete dangerous situation,” he continued.

However, despite Buschmann’s remarks that the legislation would allow Germany to have “virtually no more restrictions” from late March, the country’s forced-vax loving Health minister seems to have other plans.

“Of course, there are no plans to open everything,” Health Minister Karl Lauterbach remarked, noting that forced mask-wearing on public transport — a measure that has been done away with in both England and Ireland — transport should continue.

Cartel Boss Arrested for 2021 Murder of Mexican Journalist near Texas

Mexican authorities arrested a regional cartel boss for allegedly ordering the murder of a Coahuila journalist in 2021.

The arrest took place Monday night at a bus station in the town of Ramos Arizpe, southwest of the Monterrey metropolitan area. Coahuila state authorities say investigators tracked down 27-year-old Raymundo “N.,” a regional boss with the Cartel Del Noreste (CDN) faction of Los Zetas.

Authorities identified Raymundo as the mastermind behind the June 2021 murder of Saul Tijerina in Ciudad Acuna. At the time, Raymundo was the regional boss in Acuna, investigators revealed.

Saul Tijerina was an online news video and photojournalist who covered crime in northern Coahuila. Authorities discovered his body on a dirt road next to his vehicle. He had been stabbed in the neck. Police found a poster board with a threatening message, noting his work as a journalist as justification.

Rep. Michael Cloud Introduces Bill to Force ATF to Erase All Firearm Transaction Records

Rep. Michael Cloud (R-TX) is introducing legislation to require the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) to erase all firearm transaction data it has accumulated.

Cloud’s aim is to prevent the ATF from developing a de facto gun registry on Americans.

On February 1, 2022, Breitbart News pointed to a report claiming the ATF had stockpiled over 900 million records related to firearm purchases/transfers.

The report, published by the Washington Free Beacon, claimed, “The ATF disclosed to lawmakers that it manages a database of 920,664,765 firearm purchase records, including both digital and hard copy versions of these transactions.”

Rep. Cloud is now introducing the NO REGISTRY Rights Act to stop the ATF from accumulating records and to require the agency to destroy records it has already acquired.

Cloud’s bill would also require retiring Federal Firearms License holders (FFLs) to destroy their transaction information, ensuring that the ATF cannot get it.

Cloud’s office told Breitbart News the NO REGISTRY Rights ACT is endorsed by the House Second Amendment Caucus led by Chairman Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Co-Chair Lauren Boebert (R-CO), noting that Cloud’s bill “is the first piece of legislation they’ve pushed as a caucus.”

Tom Bevan of RealClearPolitics says his 5th grader was given vocabulary words for science class including 'transgender' and 'nonbinary'

RealClearPolitics co-founder and president Tom Bevan said that his 5th-grade child was given vocabulary words for a science class that included the terms "transgender," "cisgender," "adolescence," "consent," and "nonbinary."

"Last night my 5th grader told us his vocabulary words for 'science' class this week," Bevan tweeted along with a list of the words.

Bevan followed up his initial tweet by posting a photo of a sheet of paper that contained the five vocabulary words, as well as definitions and examples of each word being used in a sentence.

While Bevan did not state the name of the school, he referred to "our district" when linking to an article on the Post Millennial that discussed District 65 in Illinois.

Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against HBO for Allegedly Sharing Subscriber Data with Facebook

HBO is facing a class action lawsuit over allegations that it gave subscribers’ viewing history to Facebook without proper permission, Variety has reported. The suit accuses HBO of providing Facebook with customer lists, allowing the social network to match viewing habits with their profiles.

It further alleges that HBO knows Facebook can combine the data because HBO is a major Facebook advertiser — and Facebook can then use that information to retarget ads to its subscribers. Since HBO never received proper customer consent to do this, it allegedly violated the 1988 Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA), according to the lawsuit.

HBO, like other sites, discloses to users that it (and partners) use cookies to deliver personalized ads. However, the VPPA requires separate consent from users to share their video viewing history. “A standard privacy policy will not suffice,” according to the suit.

Other streaming providers have been hit with similar claims, and TikTok recently agreed to pay a $92 million settlement for (in part) violating the VPPA. In another case, however, a judge ruled in 2015 that Hulu didn’t knowingly share data with Facebook that could establish an individual’s viewing history. The law firm involved in the HBO suit previously won a $50 million settlement with Hearst after alleging that it violated Michigan privacy laws by selling subscriber data.

Pure Evil: Democrats Propose New Law That Would Allow Murdering Babies 28 Days AFTER Birth

Democrats in Maryland’s Senate are proposing a new bill that would make it lawful to murder babies 28 days after birth.

Senator William Smith is the sponsor of Senate Bill 669, also known as the Pregnant Person’s Freedom Act of 2022, which will be heard on March 15.

In her analysis of the controversial law, attorney Olivia Summers of the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) noted, “[T]he bill also seeks a change of the fetal murder/manslaughter legislation that would serve to shackle the investigation of child fatalities unrelated to abortion.”

Lifesitenews.com reports: This is because the legislation prohibits investigations and criminal prosecutions for women and medical professionals for a “failure to act” in relation to a “perinatal death.”

“In other words, a baby born alive and well could be abandoned and left to starve or freeze to death,” Summers wrote, “and nothing could be done to punish those who participated in that cruel death.”

She said that the language used is unclear, so the law could be interpreted to “prevent investigations into the death of infants at least seven days AFTER their birth, and may extend to infants as old as four weeks!”

The Maryland Code does not define “perinatal,” Summers said. A 2020 law does define “perinatal care” as the “provision of care during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum and neonatal periods.”

A definition on MedicineNet, a website owned by WebMD, defines it as “the 20th to 28th week of gestation” to “1 to 4 weeks after birth.”

Summers, with the ACLJ, noted in her analysis that the state already has a safe haven law that allows parents to leave a newborn baby with a responsible adult without fear of prosecution.

“Under the Safe Haven law, a distressed parent who is unable or unwilling to care for their infant can safely give up custody of their baby, no questions asked,” the Maryland Department of Human Services explains. “Newborns can be left at hospitals or law enforcement stations.”

“There is absolutely no reason for Maryland Senate Bill 669’s attempt to prevent someone who lets their baby die from being investigated,” Summers said. ”This bill just further exposes the complete lack of regard abortion advocates have for innocent human life.”

“If they truly want to protect life and women, then legislators could simply extend the length of the safe harbor provision already in place,” she said.

Senator Smith, the bill’s sponsor, did not provide a comment on the ACLJ’s analysis of the legislation. The office responded to the initial email but did not comment any further.
