If he's about to die, where is the critical care?
Where's the sanitary environment?
If it's because of battle, where are the wounded to be triaged?
If you're really going to take an Xray of this guy that's about to die why would you aim the beam at your fucking lobby?

Did you plan to move him into a different room for xray? Why not let the tech deal with film placement in that room?

If this guy really died, the people running this place killed him. I've seen elementary school clinics with better understanding of critical care than this. I call bullshit, but the footage itself doesn't have to be fake to figure this out.

well I still think it's acting. I just don't think editing is involved. if you look at one as an extension of the other and taking place from a slightly different angle, to me it's more likely one place (no scene change) than two.
