The provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act protect the military contractors and federal agents who engage in irregular warfare from prosecution. The NDAA also authorizes and legalizes their ability to arrest and indefinitely detain any and all US citizens for any reasons they deem fit – including but not limited to that which is perceived to be an act of sedition as it is provoked by the activities of said contractors.
