>All other clocks are just to control us.

Time is the great equalizer.

>The only clock that matters is the sun.

How is the sun less controlling? It's the mother of all time, all other time measurements are just poor imitators.

>What did people do before man invented the clock?

When did we invent the clock? Remember sundial technology isn't new.

>They lived naturally.

Used to sun calculate days. Even cavemen could distinguish one day from another because of the sun. They might not have had granular time measurement, but they knew that it was dark at night and bright at day (barring a few places on earth).

>Now the "civilized" world is managed by the clocks.

You're conflating stress with scheduling.

>That's why I said the sun is the only clock that matters.

And that's how we return to my initial inquiry.

Why? All other measurements are based off of it. A wrist watch is just an easier to read and more convenient sundial.
