U.S. intelligence officials are privately bracing for a massive influx of more than 170,000 migrants at the Mexico border if COVID-era policies that allow instant expulsions during the public health emergency are ended, sources with direct knowledge of the discussions tell Axios.

The response under way includes a newly created — and previously unreported — Southwest Border Coordination Center (SBCC), essentially a war room to coordinate an interagency response.

Why it matters: Border officials have used Title 42 more than 1 million times to rapidly expel migrants at the southern border without hearing asylum claims. But the Trump-era order wasn’t set up to be permanent, and senior Biden officials are preparing for its end as the virus is brought under control.

Department of Homeland Security intelligence estimates that perhaps 25,000 migrants already are waiting in Mexican shelters just south of the border for Title 42 to end.

On Wednesday, DHS Deputy Secretary John Tien asked employees “to consider stepping forward to support the DHS Volunteer Force,” citing large numbers of migrants at the southwest border, according to an email seen by Axios. The email seeks general support for U.S. Customs and Border Protection and help with data entry.

Elector Files Complaint Accusing Madison, Wisconsin, Mayor and City Clerk of Election Bribery

An elector in Madison, Wisconsin, filed a complaint on Thursday against Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway and Clerk Maribeth Witzel-Behl, accusing them of election bribery after making a deal with Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) which constituted prohibited election bribery under Wisconsin statutes.

“In the agreement, the Respondents and their City agreed to take Center for Tech and Civic Life’s money to facilitate in-person and absentee voting within their city,” according to the complaint.

“Any agreement where the City’s election officials receive Center for Tech and Civic Life’s or other’s private money to facilitate in-person and absentee voting within the city violates Wisconsin Statutes 12.11’s prohibition on election bribery,” the complaint stated.

Attorney Erick Kaardal of Thomas More Society said, “The evidence in this complaint is overwhelming and condemning.”

“Even on the surface, given all benefit of doubt, there is no question that Mayor Rhodes-Conway and Clerk Witzel-Behl accepted private money from the Center for Tech and Civic Life to facilitate in-person and absentee voting in Madison. This is in violation of Wisconsin election law,” he added.

The mayor and city clerk of Madison, Wisconsin, are being accused of election bribery in a complaint filed March 17, 2022, in the State of Wisconsin before the Elections Commission. Thomas More Society attorneys acted on behalf of a Madison, Wisconsin, voter to levy allegations against Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway and Madison City Clerk Maribeth Witzel-Behl, stating that these officials acted in violation of Wisconsin’s election bribery law, Statute § 12.11, by accepting private money from the Center for Tech and Civic Life in order to facilitate in-person and absentee voting.

The complaint filing comes on the heels of a trend, in which 16 states have now passed legislation to ban or regulate the acceptance and use of private funds by public election officers. Thomas More Society attorneys have litigated this issue successfully in eight states. Arizona and Texas passed legislation addressing this issue, and in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, the legislature passed laws regulating this conduct, but those laws were vetoed by Democrat governors. Three other states, Minnesota, Iowa, and South Carolina have passed bills regulating this conduct, and are now waiting for those bills to be enacted. In Wisconsin, several counties, including Walworth County and Brown County, have passed, or are considering such bans, of so-labeled “dark money” in elections.

The Madison complaint contends that Rhodes-Conway and Witzel-Behl entered into an agreement with the Center for Tech and Civic Life, a partisan, special interest organization, to accept more than $1.2 million to facilitate in-person and absentee voting in the city, which is a violation of Wisconsin law. The Center for Tech and Civic Life is a non-profit Chicago-based organization, led and staffed by former Democratic activists and funded by billionaire Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, to influence the 2020 election.

This latest complaint before the commission follows a previous complaint against Kenosha, which asserted violations of election law and bribery of election officials by the Center for Tech and Civic Life. Additionally, the first round of Wisconsin Election Commission complaints filed by Thomas More Society attorneys representing groups of private citizens also included allegations against Kenosha, Racine, Green Bay, and Milwaukee.

Attorney Erick Kaardal, Thomas More Society Special Counsel, explained that the complaint details a massive scheme on the part of the Center for Tech and Civic Life, to usurp the administration of the election, a core traditional governmental function. Under the guise of COVID-19 prevention and via the illegal dumping of private money into the municipal process, the Center for Tech and Civic Life handed control of the 2020 election in Wisconsin over to private partisan interests, in the form of its “partners.”

Lawyer For Mother Of Hunter Biden's Daughter Says He Expects President's Son To Be Indicted

The past few weeks have been tough for Hunter Biden and, by extension, the rest of the Biden family. On March 1, news broke that Hunter Biden's longtime business partner and friend Devon Archer was sentenced to a year in federal prison for defrauding a Native American tribe. Then just yesterday, the New York Times published an investigation revealing that although the younger Biden had paid his outstanding tax liability - which was reportedly greater than $1 million, and which required him to take out a loan to pay it off - a federal investigation into his failure to pay taxes on his earnings from overseas has continued.

Much lower in the NYT story, America's "paper of record" mentioned the laptop belonging to Hunter Biden that was reportedly abandoned at a computer repair shop, and subsequently became the heart of a NY Post story published shortly before the 2020 election (which was subsequently ignored by the MSM because of unfounded rumors that the materials had been stolen by Russian hackers, or that the laptop itself was some kind of plant). It didn't only mention the laptop, but also confirmed that it was authentic. We previously reported on how the NYT sued to obtain copies of emails mentioning Biden and his exploits allegedly gleaned from Romanian embassy officials.

And in the latest blow to the reputation of the president's perennially troubled son, a lawyer for the mother of Hunter Biden's 3-year-old daughter (who was born out of wedlock to a woman who allegedly slept with the younger Biden while working as an exotic dancer) said during an interview with CNBC that he expects the younger Biden "to be indicted" for tax fraud.

Attorney Clint Lancaster told CNBC that his client, Lunden Roberts, had recently testified in Delaware before a federal grand jury in the criminal investigation into the 52-year-old presidential scion. The lawyer based his commentary on "what I saw" in Biden's financial records.

Lancaster said he and Roberts were interviewed by an assistant U.S. attorney, an FBI agent and an IRS agent — “one that carries a badge and gun” — more than a year ago about Biden in Little Rock, Ark., where Lancaster practices law.

"I expect him to be indicted," the lawyer said about Biden. "Just based on what I saw in his financial records, I would be surprised if he’s not indicted."

Lancaster later added that neither he nor his client want Hunter Biden to go to jail.

"It’s not my goal, much to the unhappiness of many people in the Republican Party," said Lancaster, a supporter of former President Donald Trump who in late 2020 worked on a legal challenge to results that showed Biden had won the state of Wisconsin that year.

Putin Blames Western Ruling Elite For Global Economic Problems

Vladimir Putin gave a speech in which he blamed the ‘western ruling elite’ for creating the economic hardships impacting people in Europe and the United States.

During a speech that was broadcast live on Russian television, the Kremlin frontman also slammed Russian oligarchs fleeing to Israel as a “fifth column” of “national traitors” who see themselves as a “superior race” and “cannot make do without foie gras, oysters or gender freedom as they call it.”

“Any nation, and even more so the Russian people, will always be able to distinguish true patriots from scum and traitors and will simply spit them out like an insect in their mouth, spit them onto the pavement,” Putin ranted.

“I am convinced that a natural and necessary self-detoxification of society like this would strengthen our country, our solidarity and cohesion and our readiness to respond to any challenge,” he added.

The Russian president also directly addressed westerners who are being told by the legacy media that skyrocketing gas prices and other economic hardships are purely to blame on Putin.

“I want ordinary Western people hear me, too,” Putin said.

“You are being persistently told that your current difficulties are the result of Russia’s hostile actions and that you have to pay for the efforts to counter the alleged Russian threat from your own pockets. All of that is a lie.”

“The truth is that the problems faced by millions of people in the West are the result of many years of actions by the ruling elite of your respective countries, their mistakes, and short-sighted policies and ambitions. This elite is not thinking about how to improve the lives of their citizens in Western countries. They are obsessed with their own self-serving interests and super profits.”

No doubt that very same elite will now cite Putin’s criticism of them as reason to assert they have the moral high ground.

Putin is now so roundly vilified, he is turning into some kind of mythical Emmanuel Goldstein figure onto which every crisis and catastrophe can be pinned by the regime.

Russia sets new foreign currency rules

Certain transactions are banned without being greenlit by the Central Bank

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday signed a decree introducing additional and temporary economic measures regulating financial operations with foreign creditors. The measures aim to ensure the country’s financial stability amid Western sanctions.

The document boosts the powers of the central bank with regard to operations with foreign financial institutions. The Bank of Russia can now determine the highest amount of any transaction for the transfer of funds to foreign companies and individuals.

The president has also banned, until the end of this year, the carrying out of certain transactions without prior approval from the central bank. This covers operations to pay dividends to foreign investors.

The decree allows Russian banks subject to sanctions to pay off foreign currency debt in rubles at the official exchange rate until September 1.

The document also states that Russian exporters will not have to sell part of their foreign exchange earnings if they need to repay loans to Russian banks. Earlier this month, the central bank ordered all exporters to sell 80% of their foreign currency earnings and convert them into rubles to prevent capital outflows.

The decree provides additional measures to those already adopted over the past month. In particular, according to a decree signed on February 28, Russian residents are prohibited from providing foreign loans in foreign currency and from depositing foreign currency to bank accounts outside the country.

NJ chef who appeared on ‘Chopped’ charged with sexually assaulting minor

A New Jersey restaurateur who appeared on the Food Network’s “Chopped” has been charged with sexually assaulting a minor, prosecutors said.

Shalom “Sal” Yehudiel, who owns Teaneck’s kosher eatery The Humble Toast and Italian restaurant La Cucina Di Nava, was arrested Wednesday in Newark on charges of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, Bergen County prosecutors said.

FBI agents contacted Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Mussella’s office in November regarding the alleged assault. A months-long probe revealed Yehudiel, 40, sexually assaulted a child under the age of 16 in Teaneck on more than one occasion, Mussella said.

Yehudiel, a married father originally from Israel, remains held without bail Friday at the Bergen County Jail, online records show.

The well-known local chef appeared on “Chopped” in 2020, becoming the first contestant to observe kosher dietary laws during the competition, according to NorthJersey.com.

Yuhudiel didn’t win, but many Jewish customers and fans considered his appearance a victory for the community.

The chef was also known for donating food to needy people and local soup kitchens, but that philanthropic image was shattered when two women accused Yuhudiel in lawsuits last year of sexually assaulting them, NorthJersey.com reported in December.

The Rabbinical Council of Bergen County announced earlier that month Yehudiel, of Surfside, Florida, voluntarily stepped away from day-to-day operations at his eateries.

Activists for local rabbis also wanted The Humble Toast’s kosher certification revoked as a result of the accusations, NorthJersey.com reported.

It’s unclear if the charges filed Wednesday against Yehudiel are connected to one of the women who sued him last year. He has denied wrongdoing and filed counterclaims against the two women, alleging he’s being extorted, according to NorthJersey.com.

In late November, roughly 30 protesters urged people not to eat at Yehudiel’s kosher deli, insisting they “support victims” instead of abusers, the outlet reported.

“People were shocked,” rally organizer Netanel Zellis-Paley told NorthJersey.com. “Some of them said they wouldn’t eat [at] the restaurant anymore.”

In the pair of lawsuits, a former waitress and hostess at The Humble Toast alleged Yehudiel abused her between October 2018 and May 2019 when she was 17 years old. He made lewd comments and forced her to perform oral sex in his office before she later resigned, “emotionally distraught and overwhelmed,” her filing alleged.

A second lawsuit was filed by a woman who claimed Yehudiel met her at a synagogue in Fair Lawn when she was 15, NorthJersey.com reported. He later allegedly pushed her up against a wall, kissing and groping her during alleged abuse that lasted about two years.

One Third of ‘Ukrainian Refugees’ Arriving in France Are Not Ukrainian.

The United Nations demands everyone is allowed across borders, but is this undermining the spirit of generosity for people fleeing Ukraine?

The intense wave of migration from Ukraine is said to be the Europe’s fastest in decades. But it has now been reported that as many as 30 percent of the Ukrainian arrivals are migrants of other nationalities, many of whom originate from Africa and the Middle East.

France, one of the many countries opening their borders to Ukrainian refugees, has declared a welcome for up to 100,000 people. The country does not require visas for entry for refugees from Ukraine, having recently permitted an asylum scheme for Ukrainians which allows them to remain in the country visa-free for at least a year. The announcement came after a speech from President Emmanuel Macron wherein he stated, “France, like all other European countries, will do its part to assist the Ukrainian people, but also to welcome refugees from this country.”

French Prime Minister Jean Castex recently revealed that around 5,000 have arrived so far in the country since Russia’s invasion on February 24th, and that the number of Ukrainian refugees was “increasing rapidly”.

Now it is reported that many of the new arrivals being identified by French authorities are not Ukrainian. Allegedly, “7.5 percent are of Algerian nationality, while 3.5 percent of arrivals are from the Ivory Coast and Morocco respectively … Indians and Kyrgyzstan nationals are next on the list at 2.5 percent apiece, while other nationalities arriving include the Democratic Republic of Congo, Cameroon, Pakistan, Nigeria, and China” according to Remix News and Le Figaro.

The United Nations Refugee Agency has insisted that countries do not discriminate “against any person or group” and to “continue to maintain access to territory for all those fleeing”. Neighboring nations across Europe have kept their borders open for refugees, with roughly three million migrants having fled the war in Ukraine, so far.

Putin Tells Germany’s Scholz That Kyiv Is Stalling Peace Talks With Moscow

Russian President Vladimir Putin told German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in a phone call on Friday that Kyiv was trying to stall peace talks but that Moscow is ready to continue negotiations.

Putin claimed that Ukrainian negotiators were trying “every possible way to delay the negotiation process, putting forward more and more unrealistic proposals,” according to a Kremlin-issued readout of the call.

“Nonetheless the Russian side is ready to continue searching for a solution in line with its well-known principled approaches,” the readout says.

During the call, Scholz called for a ceasefire in Ukraine, a German government spokesperson said. Scholz also stressed the need for improvement of the humanitarian situation in Ukraine and called for finding a diplomatic resolution to the war, which Moscow calls a “special military operation.”

Russian demands include Ukraine’s surrender, a pledge never to join NATO, recognition of the independence of breakaway pro-Russia separatist regions of Donetsk and Luhansk, and acknowledgment of Russia-annexed Crimea as belonging to Moscow.

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky has expressed willingness to make concessions on NATO membership and is open to discussing the status of the contested territories, while insisting Ukraine would not capitulate.

Watch: ‘Pencil Neck’ Schiff in 2020 Said Hunter’s Laptop ‘Smear’ Story Is Russian Propaganda

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) said in 2020 that revelations about Hunter Biden’s authenticated “laptop from hell” is a “smear” campaign from the Kremlin.

“We know that this whole smear on Joe Biden comes from the Kremlin. That’s been clear for well over a year now that they’ve been pushing this false narrative about the vice president and his son,” so-called “Pencil Neck Schiff,” told anchor CNN’s, Wolf Blitzer.

“Clearly, the origins of this whole smear are from the Kremlin, and the president is only too happy to have Kremlin help and try to amplify it,” he added.

Schiff was not alone in claiming Hunter’s laptop was likely Russian disinformation. Speaking with Senate Foreign Relations Committee member Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT), CNN anchor Jim Sciutto asked why he believes Hunter’s laptop was Russian disinformation that was constructed by a “Kremlin contacted, anti-Biden propaganda campaign.”

“So the very fact that these emails come into the pubic sphere by Rudy Giuliani… tells you when they are coming from,” the Senator tried to support his wild theory. “At some point, you kind of have to believe what you see, which is that when individuals are either identified Russian agents or are conspiring with Russian agents are providing the information upon which the mainstream media are reporting, you have to understand what the deal is here.”

Schiff’s comments come after the New York Times admitted the laptop was Hunter’s nearly two years since the New York Post story broke from now-Breitbart News’ Political Editor Emma-Jo Morris. The authentication is a blow to Biden and his Democrat lieutenants, who have claimed for years the laptop is Russian disinformation.

Children's hospital directs boys to sex-toy shop in instruction manual on how to tuck their genitals. Also provides guides on 'chest binding' for girls and puberty blockers.

The Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland provides an instructional guide to boys on how to tuck their genitals. The hospital – which bills itself as "Oregon's top ranked children’s hospital" – states, "Tucking can reduce any concerns you have about your body, how your clothes fit and how safe you feel in public."

The guidance from the "Gender Clinic" of the children's hospital states, "Tucking is moving the penis, testicles, or both out of the way. This makes the genital area look smoother and flatter."

Despite the guidance being directed to males with male genitalia, the hospital asserts, "People of all genders can tuck."

The children's hospital warns readers, "This information uses the words 'penis,' 'scrotum,' and 'testicles.' We know you may not use those terms or identify with them. We use them here to refer to body parts that people with tucking needs have, while understanding those words are not for everyone."

Regarding tucking, the children's hospital encourages boys to "try it out at home."

"It is best to tuck for the first time when you are planning to be at home," the recommendation explains. "This keeps you from stressing about having to get it right the first time. It is also easier to learn what your body needs to be comfortable when you tuck."

The document from the children's hospital says that boys can use tape to tuck their genitals but adds, "You might find that simply wearing tight underwear smooths things out enough." The children's hospital notes that taping genitals is "more secure," and "less likely to come undone." However, the tucking instruction manual for boys cautions that using tape presents a "higher risk of skin irritation" and makes it "harder to use the bathroom because you need to take off the tape and then reapply it."

For boys not using tape for tucking their genitals, the hospital recommends children to wear "Spanx or other shapewear" or "top pantyhose or tights, with the legs cut off to your desired length." The children's hospital suggests that boys could wear a gaff – "a special type of underwear made specifically for tucking."

"If you would like things to look a little smoother, wearing a pantyliner can help," the guide proposes.

The Doernbecher Children's Hospital provides links to where boys can purchase "underwear designed for tucking."

The handout from the children's hospital endorses an online store that sells "customized and handmade line of swimwear, lingerie, and more for folks of all genders" and "offers people of any size, shape, age, ability and gender expression a safe way to have customized items that meet their needs." The children's hospital promotes the store by saying, "They have been featured in Planned Parenthood guides for people seeking gender-affirming treatment."

The children's hospital also advises boys to shop at an Etsy retailer which offers "affordable gaffs and underwear for tucking."

"They have positive reviews from trans feminine folks," the children's hospital says of the Etsy shop. "They also make products that are designed specifically for children with tucking needs."

In the guidance, the children's hospital also directs minors to a "sex-positive shop in Portland."
